2.3 Increase 5V current to 30A and combined 3.3V/5V power to 160W for the 700-800W power levels.
Increase 12V1/2 current for 550W-650W power levels. Relax require regulation limits. Added
optional regulation limits.
2.31 Fixed error in 3.3V and 5V loading. Increased 3.3V/5V combined power.
