INTRODUCTION
WARNING
Introducing the Show Hand Corner Deluxe assembly manual. In this manual, we will show you
how to assemble your own Show Hand Corner Deluxe. Before beginning the assembly, make
sure that there is ample room for installing and assembling your product. Please check the
following chart to ensure the product size exactly suits your cabinet based on the following
dimensions.

There are four baskets that come with your Show Hand Corner Deluxe.
Please make sure not to overburden the weight capacity of your baskets.

crucial components that will be the mainframe of your entire assembly. The following tools are
recommended for this installation.

in the following steps. You can install the Show Hand Deluxe Corner on the right side of the
cabinet and on the left side of the cabinet.

burdening the basket
weight limit capacity.

Locate the cabinet and measure accordingly
Begin Step One by locating the cabinet and measuring out
the dimensions of the cabinet so that you can properly
install the desired orientation that best suites your cabinet’s
measurements.

Step 1 - Checking the Cabinet Size
The layout of both left and right orientations are shown below. The measurements shown
below are served as a reference to your preferred orientation Please ensure that proper
measurements have been recorded so that you can determine the proper placement for parts
and installation.

Secure the frame base
INSTRUCTIONS
Locate the frame base and align to holes
Attach the base cover and plastic spacer
Attach the base cover to the location shown, and snap into
place. After the base cover has been secured, locate the
plastic cover and place it in the following section, as shown.

Step 2 - Installing the Frame Base
Secure the frame base to the bottom of the cabinet using
six ST 3.5screws. Tigthen the screws using a power drill with
a Phillips head bit. Take care not to over tighten the screws.
Begin Step Two by locating the frame base and align it to
the previously drilled holes from Step 1.

Locate the Frame Assembly
Attach the handles
Locate the handles and attach them to the upper right
section of the frame assembly, and tighten the frames into
the locations shown.

Step 3 - Installing the Frame Assembly
Secure the Frame Assembly
Next, secure the bottom section of the sides using six M6*16
Hexagon Screws , three on each side. Use the provided Allen
Key. Take care not to over tighten the screws. Repeat these
steps for the opposite side.
Begin Step Three by locating the Frame Assembly and aligning it to the
section of the upper six holes are located, as shown.

Locate the two Wheels and two M6 Hexagon Nuts

Step 4 - Installing the Front Wheels
Secure both wheels and nuts
Tighten the nuts and wheels into the following locations based on the
orientation of your opening.
Begin Step Four by locating the two wheels and two m6 hexagon nuts
and align them to the following locations, as shown. The placement
of the whells and nuts are dependent on the layout of your desired
orientation. For right side openings, the right wheel is installed into
the round hole with the left wheel into the ellipse hole. For left side
openings, the right wheel is installed into the ellipse hole with the left
wheel into the round hole

Step 5 - Attaching the Baskets
Storing the baskets into place
To store the baskets into the cabinet, simply push each section of the
frame one by one towards the back of the inner section of the cabinet
until all baskets are pushed into place
To take the baskets with items on it, simply pull out each section of
the frame using the previously installed handles and extend the frame
outward one by one until both sections are extended outward.
Locate four baskets and align each basket into each allocated section
of the frame assembly. The frame assembly will have specic hooks
portruding from the frame that will serve as a way to hold the baskets
and secure them into place. Push the baskets so that the hooks will
hold each basket, as shown.
