Safety and Care Advice
Important – Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly
• Check you have all the
components and tools listed on
page 2.
• Remove all fittings from the
plastic bags and separate them
into their groups.
• Keep children and animals
away from the work area, small
parts could choke if swallowed.
• Make sure you have enough
space to layout the parts before
starting.
• Do not stand or put weight on
the product, this could cause
damage.
• Assemble the item as close
to its final position (in the same
room) as possible.
• Assemble on a soft level
surface to avoid damaging the
unit or your floor.
• Parts of the assembly will be
easier with 2 people.
• We do not
recommend the
use of power
drill/drivers for
inserting screws,
as this could damage the unit.
Only use hand screwdrivers.
• Dispose of all packaging
carefully and responsibly.
• Only clean using a damp cloth
and mild detergent, do no use
bleach or abrasive cleaners.
• From time to time check that
there are no loose screws on
this unit.
• This product should not be
discarded with household
waste. Take to your local
authority waste disposal centre.
Care and maintenance
Skin contact: Remove
contamination by washing with
soap and water. This procedure
should also be followed prior to
eating and drinking.
Eye contact: Rinse immediately
with clean water for 15 minutes
and seek medical advice.
If swallowed: Seek medical
advice immediately.
Glue safety - Take care when using glue, please follow the advice below
• Do not place very hot or cold
items on the glass surface(s)
unless adequately thick table
mats or coasters are used to
prevent such items from coming
into contact with the glass
• Do not sit or stand upon the
glass.
• Do no use the glass as a
chopping surface.
• Do no strike the glass with
hard or pointed items.
• When cleaning glass panels
use a damp cloth or leather
with washing up liquid or soft
soap if necessary: do not
use washing powders or any
other substances containing
abrasives since these
substances scratch glass.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Assemble frame
a: Insert 4 x wooden
dowel 5, 2 in each end,
into fixed shelf E.
Insert 1 x camlock bolt
2into left side D.
Insert 1 x camlock nut 1
into fixed shelf Ewith
the arrow pointing to the
nearest edge.
Rotate the camlock nuts
1clockwise for about
1/4 to 1/2 a turn or until
the bolt “connects” with
the screw and is secure.
b: Insert 2 x camlock
bolt 2into top A.
c: Insert 2 x wooden
dowel 5into left side
D. Repeat for right side
C.
Attach left side Dand
right side Cto top A.
Insert 1 x camlock nut
1into left side Dwith
the arrow pointing to the

Assemble frame
d: Attach base Bto
assembled frame using
6 x large screws 3as
shown.
e: Place unit on its front.
To attach the back panel
Fto the back of the
assembled frame make
sure that the wood eect
side is facing inwards.
Fix the back panel Fto
the sides, top and base
as shown using 28 x tack

the fixed shelf as shown
using 4 x small screw 4.
Move unit upright to sit
on the base B.

Note: Start with the
corners and keep
checking that the
unit is square before
adding the remaining
tacks.

Step 2
Adding shelves
Warning:
Handle glass
shelves with care
f: Insert 4 x shelf
support 7into level
holes - two on each
side of the desired shelf
position.
Insert glass shelf H
resting it on the shelf
supports 7. Do this for
each of the six shelves.
The shelf supports can
be repositioned at any
time to give taller or
shorter shelves.
Adding doors
Warning:
Handle glass
doors with care
g: Slot glass door panel
Ginto the assembled
frame by gently pushing
upwards into the top
groove and resting
downwards into the
bottom groove.

Step 3
Note: make sure
the item is sitting on
its base and on a
level surface before
adding the glass
doors.
Note: the grooves
the doors sit in are
shallower in the
base than the top
to enable the door
to slot in easily but
be held within the
frame.

Step 4
Attaching to the wall
For added security you
can attach this unit to
your wall using wall strap
and fixings kit 9.
Measure the distance
between two suitable
securing positions on
the rear of the cabinet.
Transpose these
measurements to the
wall making sure the
marks are level.
Drill holes suitable for
your wall plugs. Tap wall
plugs into drilled holes.
Attach unit to wall using
2 x wall fixing straps 9.
Note: make sure you
use wall plugs suitable
for your type of wall.
Assembly is complete.

You can use one of the following types of wall plug if your walls are made
of brick, breeze block, concrete, stone or wood.
Important: When drilling into walls always
check that there are no hidden wires or pipes etc.
Hints:
1: General rule: Always use a larger screw and wall plug
if you are not sure.
2: Ensure you use the recommended drill bit to match the wall
plug and hole size.
3: Ensure you drill the hole horizontally, do not force the drill or
enlarge the hole.
4: Take extra care when drilling high walls, ceilings and ceramic
tiles. Ensure wall plugs are inserted beyond the thickness of
the ceramic tiles to avoid the tiles splitting or cracking.
