1. Application
The 1218S, 4 Hole Connector, Receiver, SS is to be
exclusively used for the prosthetic fitting of lower
extremity amputations.
2. Description
The 4 Hole Connector, Receiver, SS is used to
connect to any 4 Hole thread system and pyramid
connection. Use 4 flat head screws to connect to 4
Hole connector. The four set screws are used for
anchoring the mating pyramid system as well as for
making angular adjustment for alignment. Apply
recommended torque to alignment adjustment
screws for connection. Apply Loctite to all screws
once the alignment and connection is finalized.
3. Warranty
Warranty applies only when the product is used as
intended without modification, following all
manufacturer’s recommendations. ST&G offers 2
years warranty.

4. Declaration of Conformity
ST&G as manufacturer declares that the 1218S,
4 Hole Connector, Receiver, SS conforms to the
requirements of 93/42/ EEC Guideline.

Tighten all the screws, which are side by side,
using the torque wrench.
