Installation
Verify packaging contents before proceeding with assembly.
Stand one of the Front/Rear frame pieces upright , so the square mounting holes run either vertically along1.
the sides of the frame or horizontal along the top and bottom.
Place one of the horizontal frame posts along the inside corner of the Front/Rear Frame assembly, such that2.
the two screw holes on both pieces are lined up. Fasten together using the provided hex bolts and washers
from the outside of the frame with an adjustable wrench.
Setup the other Front/Rear frame piece and attach it to the other end of the horizontal frame post.3.
Attach the remaining horizontal frame posts. Stand the rack upright, so the square mounting holes on the4.
front and rear frame run vertically.
The two adjustable posts can be installed into the rack and are attached at the top and bottom to the5.
horizontal frame posts. The posts can be adjusted in 1” increments. Make sure both posts are installed at the
same positions.
NOTE: There is a 15” section in the center of the horizontal frame posts, where the adjustable posts cannot be
attached. The posts can be placed up to 11” from either the front or rear sides before reaching the 15” gap.
On the bottom two horizontal frame posts there will be 4 holes located at either end. The casters can be fitted6.
here and fastened using the supplied KEP nuts.
To mount rack-mountable equipment into the rack, first determine an appropriate place on the rack and match7.
the mounting points on the equipment’s mounting brackets with the square holes on the rack posts.
Place the square cage nuts into the appropriate square mounting holes (from the inside).8.
Mount your equipment into the rack and fasten to the cage nuts with the appropriate cabinet screws.9.
