Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die LED Arbeitsleuchte SH-5.100 von Staudte Hirsch dient der mobilen Beleuchtung
im Innen- und Außenbereich und wurde für den extremen Arbeitseinsatz konstruiert.
Sie eignet sich für den Einsatz als Arbeits- und Warnleuchte sowie als Notlicht.

Die nachfolgenden Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise dienen sowohl zum Schutz
des Geräts als auch zum Schutz Ihrer Gesundheit. Lesen Sie sich also bitte die folgen-
den Punkte aufmerksam durch.
Aus Sicherheits- und Zulassungsgründen (CE) ist das eigenmächtige Umbauen
und/oder Verändern des Produkts nicht zulässig.
Die SH-5.100 erfüllt die Voraussetzungen für die Schutzart IP 54 (Vollständiger
Berührungsschutz, Schutz gegen Staubablagerungen im Innern und Schutz gegen
Spritzwasser aus beliebigem Winkel). Öffnen Sie deshalb auf keinen Fall das
Gehäuse, da dieser Schutz danach unter Umständen nicht mehr gewährleistet ist.
Um Augenverletzungen zu vermeiden, blicken Sie nicht in die Lichtquelle oder
richten Sie den Lichtstrahl nicht auf Personen und Tiere.
Der Betrieb unter widrigen Umgebungsbedingungen ist zu vermeiden. Widrige
Umgebungsbedingungen sind: Umgebungstemperaturen über 50 °C, brennbare
Gase, Lösungsmittel, Dämpfe, Staub, Luftfeuchtigkeit über 80 % rel. Luftfeuchte
sowie Nässe.
Wenn anzunehmen ist, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist, so ist
das Gerät unverzüglich außer Betrieb zu setzen und gegen unbeabsichtigten
Betrieb zu sichern.
Servicearbeiten und Reparaturen dürfen nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal
durchgeführt werden.
Durch unsachgemäße Handhabung oder Nichtbeachtung dieser Bedie-
nungsanleitung bzw. der hier aufgeführten Sicherheitshinweise erlischt
die Garantie. Für Sach-, Personen- und Folgeschäden, die dadurch ver-
ursacht werden, übernehmen wir keine Haftung.

Die Staudte Hirsch LED Arbeitsleuchte SH-5.100 sorgt mit ihrer Doppel-Beam-Techno-
logie für eine intensive und gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung des Arbeitsbereichs. Sie besitzt
sowohl ein Flutlicht für die breite als auch ein Fokuslicht für die präzise Beleuchtung.

Ladung und Schutzfunktionen
Zur optimalen Energieversorgung ist die SH-5.100 mit einem Li-Ion Akku ausge-
stattet. Dieser ist wiederauadbar und wartungsfrei und zeichnet sich durch eine
geringe Selbstentladung aus.
Laden des Akkus:
Um den Akku zu laden, verwenden Sie die im Lieferumfang enthaltene Ladeschale
SH-5.900. Diese wird wahlweise durch das Steckernetzteil oder den Kfz-Ladeadapter
mit Energie versorgt, was die grünen LEDs signalisieren.
Stellen Sie nun die Arbeitsleuchte SH-5.100 polungsrichtig in die Ladeschale. Der
Ladevorgang wird unverzüglich gestartet. Leuchten die roten LEDs der Ladeschale
SH-5.900, wird die SH-5.100 aufgeladen. Das Leuchten der grünen LEDs signalisiert
ihre vollständige Ladung. Die Ladezeit beträgt ca. 9 h.
Schutzfunktionen:
Die SH-5.100 ist zum Schutz des Akkus mit einem Überladeschutz ausgestattet, wo-
durch die Leuchte dauerhaft in der Ladeschale aufbewahrt werden kann. Dank des
Tiefentladeschutzes ist der Akku immer vor schädlicher Tiefentladung geschützt, was
seine Lebensdauer verlängert.
Wir empfehlen den Akku vor der erstmaligen Inbetriebnahme vollständig aufzula-
den, um die maximale Leistungsfähigkeit der Leuchte nutzen zu können.
Spezialfunktionen
Notlichtfunktion:
Bendet sich die SH-5.100 in der Ladeschale, schaltet sie sich dank der integrier-
ten Notlichtfunktion bei Stromausfall automatisch ein. Um diese Funktion zu
nutzen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
1. Ladeschale SH-5.900 an Stromversorgung anschließen (grüne LEDs leuchten)
2. SH-5.100 polungsrichtig in die Ladeschale stellen (je nach Ladezustand
leuchten die roten oder grünen LEDs)
3. Gewünschten Leuchtmodus für Notlichtfunktion per Drehknopf einstellen
(Leuchte bleibt aus)
Überprüfung der Notlichtfunktion:
Trennen Sie die Ladeschale von der Stromversorgung, um einen Stromausfall zu
simulieren. Die Arbeitsleuchte schaltet sich nun automatisch im gewählten Modus
ein.
Einsatz als Warnlicht:
Durch die wählbare Blinkfunktion und die einsetzbare, orange Streuscheibe
(im Lieferumfang enthalten) ist eine Verwendung der SH-5.100 als Warnleuchte
möglich.

Safety and warning instructions
The following safety notes and hazard warnings serve for the protection of both the
device and your health. So please read the following points thoroughly.
For safety and technical approval reasons (CE), any unauthorized conversion and/
or modication of the product is not permitted.
The SH-5.100 fulls the requirements of the protection type IP 54 (complete
protection against contact, dust depositing on the internal surfaces and splashing
water from any directions). This is why you should never open the housing,
as this protection may no longer be guaranteed.
To avoid eye injury, never look into the light source or do not point the light
beam in the direction of persons or animals.
The use of the product under unfavorable environmental conditions must be
avoided. Unfavorable environmental conditions include: ambient temperatures
above 50 °C, ammable gases, solvents, vapors, dust, relative humidity in excess
of 80 %, and moisture.
If there is reason to believe that safe operation is no longer possible, the device
must be switched off immediately and secured against unintentional operation.
Service and repairs may only be carried out by authorized and qualied
personnel.
In case of improper handling or non-observance of these operating
instructions or the safety notes stated herein, the warrant/guarantee
shall lapse. We do not assume liability for any personal injury, damage
to property or subsequent damage that can be attributed to this.

an intensive and even illumination of your work space. It is equipped with a ood light
for broad illumination as well as a focus light for precise lighting.

Operation and display elements:

Charging and protection features
To provide optimum power supply the SH-5.100 is equipped with a Li-ion battery. It
is rechargeable and maintenance-free and distinguishes itself by low self-discharge.
Charging the battery:
To recharge the battery, use the Charging Cradle SH-5.900 included in the scope of
delivery. It is supplied with energy either via the plug-in power unit or the car char-
ging adapter, which is signaled by the green LEDs.
Place the Work Lamp SH-5.100 in the charging cradle observing correct polarity.
The charging process is started immediately. If the red LEDs of the Charging Cradle
SH-5.900 are on, the SH-5.100 is being charged. If the green LEDs are on, it is
indicated that the battery is fully charged. The charging time is approx. 9 h.
Protection features:
The SH-5.100 is equipped with an overcharge protection for the rechargeable bat-
tery, which means that the lamp may be stored permanently in the charging cradle.
Due to the deep discharge protection the rechargeable battery is always protected
against damaging deep discharge to prolong its service life.
We recommend that you fully charge the battery before using the lamp for the rst
time in order to make full use of its efciency.
Special features
Emergency light function:
If the SH-5.100 is in the charging cradle, it switches off automatically due to the
integrated emergency light function in case of power failure. To use this function,
please proceed as follows:
1. Connect the Charging Cradle SH-5.900 to the power supply (green LEDs are on)
2. Place the SH-5.100 in the charging cradle with the correct polarity (depending
on the charging status the red or green LEDs light up)
3. Use the rotary switch to set the desired lighting mode for the emergency light
function (lamp will be off)
Checking the emergency light function:
Disconnect the charging cradle from the power supply to simulate a power
failure. The work lamp now switches on automatically to the selected mode.
Using the lamp as warning light:
The SH-5.100 may be used as warning light by selecting the ashing light mode
and inserting the orange diffusing plate (included in the scope of delivery).

SH-5.100 remplit les conditions du type de protection IP 54 (protection complète
contre le contact, protection contre les dépôts de poussière à l’intérieur et pro-
tection contre les projections d’eau de quelque angle que ce soit). C’est pourquoi,
il ne faut en aucun cas ouvrir le boîtier, étant donné que cette protection ne sera
plus assurée dans certains cas.
Pour éviter toute lésion oculaire, ne pas regarder directement la source lumineu
se et ne pas diriger le faisceau lumineux sur les personnes et les animaux.
Eviter de la faire fonctionner dans des conditions défavorables. On entend no-
tamment par conditions défavorables : une température ambiante est supérieure
à 50 °C, la présence de gaz combustibles, de solvants, de vapeurs, de poussières,
une humidité relative de l’air est supérieure à 80 %, ainsi qu’un milieu humide.

Charge et fonctions de protection
SH-5.100 est équipée d’une batterie Li-ion pour une alimentation optimale en éner-
gie. Celle-ci est rechargeable, ne nécessite aucun entretien et se caractérise par une
faible auto-décharge.
Chargement de la batterie :
Pour charger la batterie, utiliser le chargeur SH-5.900 fourni. Celui-ci peut être ali-
menté en énergie au choix via le bloc secteur ou via le chargeur pour voiture, ce qui
est signalé par les LED vertes.
Placer maintenant la lampe de travail SH-5.100 dans le chargeur en respectant la
polarité. L’opération de charge commence immédiatement. Si les LED rouges du char-
geur SH-5.900 sont allumées, SH-5.100 est en train d’être chargée. Lorsque les LED
vertes sont allumées, elle est entièrement chargée. La durée de charge est d’env. 9 h.
Fonctions de protection :
SH-5.100 est dotée d’une protection contre les surcharges pour protéger la batterie,
ce qui permet de garder durablement la lampe dans le chargeur. Grâce à la protection
c
ontre les décharges profondes, la batterie est toujours protégée contre les décharges
profondes dommageables, ce qui augmente sa durée de vie.
Avant la première mise en service, nous recommandons de charger entièrement la
batterie pour pouvoir utiliser la performance maximum de la lampe.
Fonctions spéciales
Fonction d’éclairage de secours :
Si SH-5.100 se trouve dans le chargeur, elle s’enclenche automatiquement en cas
de panne de courant grâce à la fonction d’éclairage de secours intégrée. Pour
utiliser cette fonction, procéder comme suit :
1. Racco
rder le chargeur SH-5.900 à l’alimentation électrique (LED vertes allumées)
2. Placer SH-5.100 dans le chargeur en respectant la polarité (les LED rouges ou
vertes sont allumées en fonction du niveau de charge)
3. Régler le mode d’éclairage souhaité pour la fonction d’éclairage de secours à
l’aide du bouton rotatif (la lampe reste éteinte)
Contrôle de la fonction d’éclairage de secours :
Couper le chargeur de l’alimentation électrique pour simuler une panne de
courant. La lampe de travail s’enclenche maintenant automatiquement dans le
mode sélectionné.
Utilisation comme avertisseur lumineux :
La fonction clignotant sélectionnable et le diffuseur orange utilisable (fourni)
permettent d’employer SH-5.100 comme avertisseur lumineux.

De volgende aanwijzingen in verband met de veiligheid en de mogelijke gevaren

Ter wille van de veiligheid en de conformiteit met de EG-richtlijnen is het eigen-
machtig ombouwen en/of wijzigen van het product niet toegestaan.

e SH-5.100 voldoet aan de voorwaarden voor de beschermingsgraad IP 54
(volledige bescherming tegen aanraking, tegen stofneerslag binnen in de lamp en
tegen spatwater vanuit eender welke hoek. Open daarom in geen geval het huis,
aangezien deze beschermingsgraad daarna eventueel niet meer gegarande erd is.
Kijk niet in de lichtbron en richt de lichtbundel niet op personen of dieren
om oogletsel te voorkomen.
Gebruik onder ongunstige omgevingsvoorwaarden moet vermeden worden.
Ongunstige omgevingsvoorwaarden zijn: omgevingstemperaturen van meer dan
50°C, brandbare gassen, oplosmiddelen, dampen, stof, relatieve luchtvochtigheid
van meer dan 80% luchtvochtigheid en vochtigheid.
Wanneer het aannemelijk is dat gevaarvrij gebruik niet langer mogelijk is, moet
het toestel meteen buiten bedrijf worden gesteld en tegen onopzettelijk gebruik
beveiligd.
Reparatie en onderhoud mogen enkel door bevoegde vaklui worden uitgevoerd.
Bij verkeerde behandeling of het niet-naleven van deze handleiding en/
of de hier gegeven veiligheidsaanwijzingen vervalt de garantie. We
kunnen niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor daardoor veroorzaakte
materiële schade, letsels aan personen en gevolgschade.
Beschrijving van het product en mogelijkheden
Het LED-werklicht SH-5.100 van Staudte Hirsch zorgt met zijn dubbele lichtbundel
voor een krachtige en gelijkmatige verlichting van de werkplek. Het bevat zowel een
schijnwerper met brede lichtbundel als een smalle lichtbundel (zoeklicht) voor een
geconcentreerde verlichting.

Oplaad- en beschermingsfuncties
Voor een optimale energietoevoer is de SH-5.100 uitgerust met een lithium-ion-accu.
Deze is
oplaadbaar en onderhoudsvrij en gekenmerkt door een geringe zelfontlading.
Opladen van de accu:
Om de accu op te laden, gebruikt u de meegeleverde oplaadschaal SH-5.900. Deze
wordt naar keuze - via de netvoeding of de autolaadadapter - van energie voorzien.
Dit opladen is te zien aan de brandende groene leds.
Zet het werklicht SH-5.100 met de juiste polarisatie in de oplaadschaal. Het laad-
proces wordt onmiddellijk gestart. Als de rode leds van de oplaadschaal SH-5.900
branden, dan wordt de SH-5.100 opgeladen. Als de groene leds branden, dan is het
opladen afgelopen. De oplaadtijd bedraagt ca. 9 uur.
Beschermingsfuncties:
De SH-5.100 is ter beveiliging van de accu uitgerust met een overbelastingsbeveili-
ging, waardoor de lamp altijd in de oplaadschaal bewaard mag worden. Dankzij de
beveiliging tegen diepontlading is de accu altijd beschermd tegen schadelijk diepont-
laden, wat de levensduur ervan verlengt.
We raden aan de accu voor het eerste gebruik volledig op te laden om de maximale
capaciteit van de lamp te kunnen gebruiken.
Speciale functies
Noodverlichtingsfunctie:
Als de SH-5.100 zich in de oplaadschaal bevindt, dan schakelt hij zichzelf bij het
uitvallen van de stroom in dankzij de ingebouwde noodverlichtingsfunctie. Ga als
volgt te werk om deze functie te gebruiken:
1. De oplaadschaal SH-5.900 met de elektrische voeding verbinden (groene leds
branden)
2. De SH-5.100 met de juiste polarisatie in de oplaadschaal plaatsen (naargelang
van ladingstoestand branden de rode of de groene leds)
3. De gewenste verlichtingsmodus voor de noodverlichtingsfunctie instellen door
middel van de draaiknop (de lamp blijft uit)
Controle van de noodverlichtingsfunctie:
Scheid de oplaadschaal van de elektrische voeding om een stroomstoring te
simuleren. Het werklicht gaat nu automatisch naar de gekozen modus over.
Gebruik als waarschuwingslicht:
Door de selecteerbare knipperlichtfunctie en de oranje strooischijf (meegeleverd)
aan te brengen, kan de SH-5.100 als waarschuwingslicht gebruikt worden.

Dit product mag aan het eind van zijn levensduur niet met het normale
huishoudelijke afval worden meegegeven, maar moet op een inzamelpunt
voor de recyclage van elektrische en elektronische toestellen worden afge-

La lámpara de trabajo LED SH-5.100 de Staudte Hirsch sirve para la iluminación
portátil en interiores y exteriores y se ha diseñado para situaciones de trabajo

Por motivos de seguridad y de autorización (CE), no está permitida la
transformación y/o modicación por propia cuenta del producto.
La SH-5.100 cumple las condiciones del tipo de protección IP 54 (protección total
contra contacto accidental, protección contra sedimentaciones de polvo en el
interior y protección contra salpicaduras de agua desde cualquier ángulo). Por
ello, no abra en ningún caso la carcasa, ya que, bajo determinadas circunstancias,
ya no estaría garantizada su protección.
Para evitar lesiones en los ojos, no mire directamente a la fuente de luz ni dirija
el rayo de luz hacia personas o animales.
Se debe evitar el servicio bajo unas condiciones ambientales adversas.
Condiciones ambientales adversas son: Temperaturas ambientales superiores a
50 °C, gases combustibles, disolventes, vapores, polvo, humedad relativa del aire
superior al 80 % así como humedad.
Si se sospecha que ya no es posible un funcionamiento exento de peligros, se
debe poner sin demora fuera de servicio al aparato y asegurarlo para que no se
ponga por descuido en funcionamiento.
Los trabajos de servicio y reparaciones pueden ser realizadas sólo por personal
especializado autorizado.

Carga y funciones de protección
Para un suministro óptimo de energía, la SH-5.100 está equipada con una batería de
li-ion. Esta se puede recargar, no precisa de mantenimiento y se caracteriza por una
reducida autodescarga.
Carga de la batería:
Par
a cargar la batería, emplee el soporte de carga SH-5.900 contenido en el suministro.
Este es suministrado con energía opcionalmente a través del bloque de alimentación
enchufable o el adaptador de carga para vehículos, lo que señalizan los LEDs verdes.
Coloque ahora la lámpara de trabajo SH-5.100 con la polaridad correcta en el sopor-
te de carga. El proceso de carga comienza inmediatamente. Si se encienden los LEDs
rojos del soporte de carga SH-5.900, es que la SH-5.100 se está cargando. Si los LEDs
verdes se encienden, esto signica que la carga es completa. El tiempo de carga es
de aprox. 9 h.
Funciones de protección:
La SH-5.100 está dotada con una protección contra sobrecargas para proteger la ba-
tería, por lo que la lámpara se puede guardar permanentemente en el soporte de car-
ga. Gracias a la protección contra una descarga en profundidad, la batería está siempre
protegida frente a una descarga dañina en profundidad, lo que prolonga su vida media.
Antes de la primera puesta en funcionamiento, recomendamos cargar por completo
la batería para poder aprovechar la máxima capacidad de la lámpara.
Funciones especiales
Función de luz de emergencia:
Si la SH-5.100 se encuentra en el soporte de carga, en caso de caída de la corriente
s e conecta automáticamente gracias a la función integrada de luz de emergencia.
Para aprovechar esta función, proceda como sigue:
1. Conectar el soporte de carga SH-5.900 al suministro de corriente (los LEDs
verdes se encienden)
2. Colocar el SH-5.100 con la polaridad correcta en el soporte de carga (en
función del estado de carga, se encienden los LEDs rojos o verdes)
3. Ajustar el modo de encendido deseado para la función de luz de emergencia
mediante el botón giratorio (la lámpara permanece apagada)
Comprobación de la función de luz de emergencia:
Separe el soporte de carga del suministro de corriente para simular una corte de
corriente. La lámpara de trabajo se conecta entonces automáticamente en el
modo elegido.
Empleo como luz de advertencia:
Mediante la función de luz intermitente que se puede seleccionar y el disco difu
sor naranja (contenido en el suministro) es posible un empleo de la SH-5.100
como lámpara de advertencia.

Użytkowanie zgodnie z przeznaczeniem
Lampa robocza LED SH-5.100 rmy Staudte Hirsch służy jako mobilne oświetlenie
do stosowania wewnątrz i na zewnątrz pomieszczeń i została skonstruowana z
myślą o ekstremalnym zastosowaniu w pracy. Jest przeznaczona do użytkowania
jako oświetlenie robocze i ostrzegawcze oraz awaryjne.

Poniższe wskazówki dotyczące bezpieczeństwa i zagrożeń służą zarówno do ochrony
urządzenia, jak i Państwa zdrowia. Proszę więc uważnie przeczytać następujące punkty.
Ze względów bezpieczeństwa oraz związanych z dopuszczeniem (CE) rozbudowa
i/lub modykacja produktu we własnym zakresie jest niedozwolona.
SH-5.100 spełnia podstawowe wymogi dla klasy ochrony IP 54 (pełna ochrona
przed dotykiem, ochrona przed osadzaniem kurzu wewnątrz oraz ochrona przed
tryskającą wodą pod dowolnym kątem). Z tego względu pod żadnym pozorem nie
wolno otwierać obudowy, ponieważ zależnie od okoliczności mogłoby to prowad
zić do utraty ochrony.
W celu uniknięcia obrażeń oczu, nie patrzeć na źródło światła ani nie kierować
strumienia światła na ludzi i zwierzęta.
Unikać stosowania w niesprzyjających warunkach otoczenia. Niesprzyjające
warunki otoczenia to: temperatury otoczenia powyżej 50 °C, palne gazy,
rozpuszczalniki, opary, kurz, wilgotność powietrza powyżej 80 % względnej
wilgotności powietrza oraz wilgoć.
Jeżeli będzie należało przyjąć, że wolne od niebezpieczeństw użytkowanie nie
będzie możliwe, niezwłocznie wyłączyć urządzenie z obsługi i zabezpieczyć
przed przypadkowym użyciem.
Prace serwisowe i naprawy mogą być przeprowadzane tylko przez autoryzowany
specjalistyczny personel.

Ładowanie i funkcje ochronne
W
celu optymalnego zasilania energetycznego model SH-5.100 jest wyposażony w
akumulator litowo-jonowy. Akumulator ten może być wielokrotnie ładowany, nie
wymaga konserwacji i charakteryzuje się niskim poziomem samorozładowywania się.
Ładowanie akumulatora:
W celu naładowania akumulatora proszę skorzystać z załączonej w dostawie stacji
dokującej SH-5.900. Stacja ta może być zasilana energetycznie zależnie od wyboru
poprzez zasilacz z wtyczką lub ładowarkę samochodową, co będą sygnalizowały
zielone diody LED.
Teraz proszę umieścić lampę roboczą SH-5.100 zgodnie z biegunami w stacji doku-
jącej. Ładowanie zostanie niezwłocznie rozpoczęte. Gdy zaświecą się czerwone dio-
dy LED stacji dokującej SH-5.900, lampa SH-5.100 zacznie być ładowana. Zaświece-
nie się zielonych diod LED sygnalizuje stan pełnego naładowania. Czas ładowania
wynosi ok. 9 h.
Funkcje ochronne:
W celu ochrony akumulatora przed nadmiernym naładowaniem model SH-5.100
jest wyposażony w zabezpieczenie przed nadmiernym naładowaniem, dzięki czemu
lampa może być trwale przechowywana w stacji dokującej. Dzięki ochronie przed
głębokim rozładowaniem akumulator jest zawsze chroniony przed szkodliwym cał-
kowitym rozładowaniem, co wydłuża jej przydatność do użytkowania.
Zalecamy, aby przed pierwszym użyciem całkowicie naładować akumulator w celu
możliwości skorzystania z maksymalnej mocy lampy.
Funkcje specjalne
Funkcja światła awaryjnego:
Gdy lampa SH-5.100 będzie się znajdowała w stacji dokującej, dzięki zintegrowanej
f unkcji światła awaryjnego, automatycznie włączy się w razie awarii prądu.
W celu skorzystania z tej funkcji proszę postąpić w następujący sposób:
1. Podłączyć stację dokującą SH-5.900 do zasilania energetycznego (zielone dio
dy LED będą świeciły)
2. Umieścić SH-5.100 w stacji dokującej zgodnie z biegunami (w zależności od
poziomu naładowania będą świeciły czerwone lub zielone diody LED)
3. Ustawić pokrętłem żądany tryb świecenia dla funkcji światła awaryjnego
(lampa pozostaje wyłączona)
Kontrola funkcji światła awaryjnego:
Odłączyć stację dokującą od zasilania elektrycznego w celu zasymulowania
awarii prądu. Teraz lampa robocza automatycznie przełączy się w wybrany tryb.
Zastosowanie jako światło ostrzegawcze:
Poprzez możliwą do wyboru funkcję migania i nakładaną pomarańczową szybę
reektora (objętą zakresem dostawy) istnieje możliwość zastosowania SH-5.100
jako lampy ostrzegawczej.
