To mount
STAYHOTisdeliveredwithadjustableelbowbracket
formountingundershelforinchainsfrom ceiling.
Ifchain isused itshould takea weightof atleast 5times
thewarminglist.
STAYHOTwarminglistshallbemountedvertical;
- longsides- not closerthan 40 cmfrom flamable material.
- 30cm from deliveryshelf in stainlesssteel
- 45-50cm from bufféttable, but
- notcloser than 40cm from flammable material
To connect
STAYHOTwarming list is equippedwitha plug.
Connectthe plug to a separate wall socket230 V/10 ampere, earthed.
Theappliancemust no be wiredtoautomatic clutch ortimer.
Operate and maintenance
When cleaning: Make sure that the food warmer is disconnected .
Takethe plug outtoeliminate the riskforelectrical chock.
-Besure that the quartztubeis cold before youstart
cleaningthereflector.
Clean theSTAYHOTchassiswith a damp clothwitha
mildliquidcleaner.
Clean thereflectorregularly as greaseanddirt reduce theeffectof
theelement.Unscrewthescrewsthatholdsthewireguard and lift
offthewireguard.
Beawareof the fragile quartztube.
Remount the wire guard.
DONOTEVERIMMERSETHEFOODWARMER INTOWATER.
ANDDONOT CLEAN WITHHIGHPRESSURE CLEANER.
