Over-stacking can result in tools or other objects sliding or falling from the Roll Cart
and could result in damaged tools and/or personal injury.

Note: Please note the number on the key and store it in a safe place. This
number may also be on the lock. It will be needed if extra keys are ordered.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Note: For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, refer to
the Assembly Diagram on page 6.
Attach two Locking Casters (10) and two Swivel Casters (12) to the Bottom Tray1.
(11). Use four Bolts (13), four Spring Washers (3), and four Nuts (4) per caster as
shown in Figure 1 below.
Connect both Right Leg Posts (1) to each other with one Support Frame (9)2.
attached at the center with two Ball Type Bolts (2), two Nuts (4) and two Spring
Washers (3). Repeat same assembly for both Left Leg Posts (6).
Attach the Bottom Tray (11) to both Left Leg Posts (6) using eight Ball Type Bolts3.
(2), eight Nuts (4) and eight Spring Washers (3).
Attach the bottom of the Right Leg Posts (1) to the Bottom Tray (11) using eight Ball4.
Type Bolts (2), eight Nuts (4) and eight Spring Washers (3).
Attach both Right Leg Posts (1) to the Upper Tray/Drawer Unit (5) using eight Ball5.
Type Bolts (2), eight Nuts (4) and eight Spring Washers (3).
Attach both Left Leg Posts (6) to the Upper Tray/Drawer Unit (5) using six Ball Type6.
Bolts (2), six Nuts (4) and six Spring Washers (3).
Attach the Push Handle (7) to the two Left Leg Posts (6) and the Upper Tray/Drawer7.
Unit (5) using two Ball Type Bolts (8), two Nuts (4) and two Spring Washers (3).
Tighten all hardware.8.

Check the Roll Cart to make certain that it sits evenly and that all hardware is9.
squarely set. Make certain all drawers slide properly, that all locks work, and that
Casters roll smoothly and evenly.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Set the Roll Cart up in the desired location.1.
Make certain to set both Locking Casters (10) once the Roll Cart is in place. To set2.
the brake, pull up on the tab located on each Locking Caster (10).
Fill each of the drawers and trays as desired. Do not exceed the maximum weight3.
capacity of 580 lbs. for the Roll Cart and the maximum weight capacity for each
drawer and tray as follows: Top Tray: 200 Lbs., 2 Small Drawers: 30 Lbs. each, Me-
dium Drawer: 50 Lbs. Bottom Drawer: 70 Lbs. and Bottom Tray: 200 Lbs.
INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CLEANING
Clean the Roll Cart with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives, harsh chemicals or1.
detergents as these will scratch and damage the Bins and frame.
BEFORE EACH USE,2. inspect the general condition of the Roll Cart. Check for
loose screws, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts
and any other condition that may affect its safe operation. Do not use damaged
equipment.
