1. Para hacer efectiva esta garantía se requiere: La presentación de esta póliza y del producto, en el lugar en donde fue adquirido o en ELECTRONICA STEREN S.A. DE C.V.
2. ELECTRONICA STEREN S.A. DE C.V. se compromete a reparar el producto en caso de estar defectuoso sin ningún cargo al consumidor.
3. El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días contados a partir de la recepción del producto en cualquiera de los sitios en donde pueda hacerse efectiva la
garantía.
4. El lugar donde puede adquirir partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios, así como hacer válida esta garantía es: En cualquiera de las direcciones arriba mencionadas.
ESTA GARANTIA NO ES VALIDA EN LOS SIGUIENTES CASOS:
1. Cuando el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.
2. Cuando el producto no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso.
3. Cuando el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personas no autorizadas por ELECTRONICA STEREN S.A. DE C.V.
Nota: El consumidor podrá solicitar que se haga efectiva la garantía ante la propia casa comercial, donde adquirió el producto. Si la presente garantía se extraviara, el
consumidor puede recurrir a su proovedor para que le expida otra póliza de garantía, previa presentación de la nota de compra o factura respectiva.

Warranty
CONDITIONS:
1. This warranty card with all the required information, the invoice or purchase ticket, the product box or package, and the product, must be presented with the product
when warranty service is required.
2. If the product stills on the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge even the transportation charges.

INSTRUCTIVO DE USO DE MINI ORGANIZADOR ELECTRÓNICO CON
TOUCH SCREEN

Antes de utilizar su nuevo Mini Organizador Electrónico lea este
instructivo para evitar cualquier mal funcionamiento. Guárdelo para
futuras referencias.
Su nuevo organizador cuenta con funciones de hora local y mundial,
alarmas, directorio telefónico y de correo electrónico, calculadora,
convertidor de divisas y contraseñas. Puede almacenar hasta 100
números telefónicos y/o correos electrónicos.
Todas las funciones son controladas mediante el toque de la pluma en la
pantalla de LCD.
IMPORTANTE
Por favor presione la pantalla de LCD con la pluma de plástico incluida.
Nunca utilice plumas de metal o punta dura.
Siempre utilice un paño suave y seco para limpiar su mini-organizador.
Cuando reemplace una batería, solo dispone de 30 segundos. En caso de
ocupar más tiempo, la memoria del mini-organizador será borrada.
No existe botón de apagado. Después de 3 minutos sin uso, el
mini-organizador se apagará.
Cuando presione el botón de RESET todo el contenido del
mini-organizador será borrado, inclusive las contraseñas.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
Su nuevo organizador viene con 8 funciones esenciales:
COMO USAR LAS FUNCIONES DE SU ORGANIZADOR.
Para encender su mini organizador electrónico simplemente use la pluma
(incluida) y presione en la parte inferior de la pantalla de LCD. Ésta se
encenderá.
Si desea utilizar alguna de las funciones de su mini organizador
simplemente presione con la pluma el botón indicado sobre la pantalla de
LCD.
INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR BASIC MINI-PDA

Before using your new Basic Mini-PDA please read this instruction
manual to prevent any damage. Put them away in a safe place for
future references.
Your new Mini-PDA has functions as local time, world time, alarms,
telephone directory, e-mail addresses directory, calculator, currency
converter and passwords. You can store up to 100 phone numbers and/or
e-mails.
To start an application, press the corresponding key on the LCD screen
using the included pen.
IMPORTANT
Please touch the LCD screen with attached plastic pen, never use hard
metal or sharp pen.
Clean only with a soft, dry cloth.
Battery should be changed within 30 seconds. Otherwise, the data will be
lost.
When no key has been pressed for 3 minutes, the device automatically
turns off the power to save battery life.
When press the RESET button, all data -including passwords- will be
deleted.

HOW TO USE THE MAIN FUNCTIONS
To turn the Mini-Pda on just press on the lower half of the LCD screen with
the included pen.
To start an application, press the corresponding key on the LCD screen
using the included pen.

Hora Local
Al utilizar esta función Ud. podrá saber cual es la hora actual del lugar
donde se encuentra.
Sólo presione el ícono y aparecerá en la pantalla de LCD la hora y la
fecha actual.
Si desea saber el nombre de la ciudad local presione . Aparecerá en la
pantalla de LCD. Si desea regresar a la hora y fecha presione , el
nombre de la ciudad desaparecerá.
Si desea ajustar la fecha y hora local, sólo siga estas instrucciones:
1.- Presione SET para ingresar al menú de ajuste.
2.- Parpadeará el nombre de la ciudad actual, seleccione la ciudad en la
que se encuentra Ud., en caso de no encontrarla, ingrese la ciudad más
cercana a Ud. (Para ingresar el huso horario de México, deberá introducir
la ciudad de Denver).
3.- Utilice las flechas ò para seleccionar la ciudad.
4.- Cuando haya encontrado su Ciudad presione ENTER para confirmar la
selección.
5.- Ahora parpadeará la fecha.
6.- Utilice las teclas numéricas que aparecen en la pantalla de LCD para
ingresar la fecha correcta, primero ingrese el día, posteriormente el mes y
finalmente el año.
7.- Una vez que ajustó la fecha, parpadeará la hora.
8.- Ajuste la hora utilizando las teclas numéricas. Presione ENTER para
confirmar el ajuste.
Notas:
Puede seleccionar el formato de hora seleccionando el botón de 12/24.
Si introduce un dato erróneo aparecerá el mensaje ERROR! y volverá a
parpadear la fecha.
Si desea ajustar la hora y/o la fecha repita los pasos del 1 al 8.
Hora Mundial
Puede utilizar esta función para visualizar la hora de hasta 24 ciudades
del mundo.
Sólo presione el ícono y aparecerá en la pantalla de LCD una ciudad
y la hora correspondiente a esa ciudad.
Si desea saber la fecha presione . Aparecerá en la pantalla de LCD. Si
desea regresar al nombre de la ciudad presione , el nombre de la
ciudad aparecerá.
Si desea conocer la fecha y hora de otra ciudad presione las teclas ò
para visualizar otras ciudades.
OTRAS FUNCIONES QUE SE PUEDEN AJUSTAR EN EL MODO DE
HORA LOCAL Y EL MODO DE HORA MUNDIAL
- Tono de Botón
Si desea que en el momento de tocar un botón se oiga un bip, presione el
ícono , aparecerá un ícono en la parte superior derecha de la pantalla
de LCD. En caso de no desear el sonido, presione nuevamente el ícono
el sonido se desactivará y el ícono desaparecerá.
- Horario de Verano
Utilice este botón para ajustar la hora al horario de verano o al horario
de invierno cuando aplique.
Aparecerá un ícono en la parte superior derecha de la pantalla de
LCD cuando esté activo el horario de verano.
Local Time
Just press the icon and it shows the time and date on the lcd screen.
If you want to know the local city name just press . If you want to see
date & time again, press .
If you want to set date & time, just follow these steps:
1.- Press SET to enter Time Setting Mode.
2.- The actual city blinks, select your city, if you don't find it, pick the
nearest city to you. (To get Mexico Time Zone select Denver City).
3.- Use or to select the right city.
4.- When you find your city, press ENTER to confirm the selection.
5.- Now, date is blinking.
6.- Use the alphanumerical keys to adjust date on DD/MM/YY format.
7.- Now, time is blinking.
8.- Set the time using the alphanumerical keys. Press ENTER to confirm
the set.
Notes:
You can select 12/24 time format just pressing the 12/24 icon.
If you introduce a wrong date, the message ERROR! will appear on the
LCD screen and date will be blinking again.
If you want to adjust date & time once again repeat the preview steps.
24 Cities World Time
Just press the icon. The city name and their current time are
displayed on the LCD screen.
If you want to know the date, press . If you want to back to the city
name, press .
If you want to know date & time of another city just press or .
OTHER ADJUSTABLE FUNCTIONS AT LOCAL & WORLD TIME
MODES
- Key tone
If you want to hear a beep when you touch a button, just press the
button. If you want to deactivate it, just press the icon once again.
When the key tone is enabled, appears in the upper right corner of the
LCD screen.
- Daylight Saving Time
Press the button to adjust the daylight saving time.
When Daylight Saving Time is enabled the icon appears in the upper
right corner of the LCD screen.

Directorio Telefónico
Mediante esta función podrá organizar sus contactos telefónicos de una
forma fácil y sencilla. Puede almacaner hasta 100 números.
Para agregar un contacto nuevo, siga estas instrucciones:
1.- Presione el ícono para ingresar al modo de Directorio Telefónico. El
mensaje "NAME?" aparecerá en la pantalla de LCD.
2.- Utilice las teclas alfa-numéricas para ingresar el nombre de su
contacto.
3.- Una vez que haya ingresado el nombre de su contacto, presione el
botón ENTER para confirmarlo. El mensaje "PHONE?" aparecerá en la
pantalla de LCD.
4.- Utilice las teclas numéricas para ingresar el número telefónico de su
contacto.
5.- Presione ENTER para confirmar el ingreso del contacto. Aparecerá en
la pantalla STORED!, de ser así, concluyó satisfactoriamente el proceso y
su contacto fue guardado en memoria.
Si desea buscar un contacto guardado presione las teclas . Si no
existen contactos guardados en memoria aparecerá el mensaje "NO
FILE".
Si desea editar la información de un contacto siga estas instrucciones:
1.- Busque el contacto que desee editar.
2.- Presione el botón SET.
3.- Parpadeará el nombre del contacto, si desea modificarlo utilice ò
para localizar el punto específico que desee editar. Utilice las teclas
alfa-numéricas que aparecen en la pantalla de LCD. Presione ENTER
para confirmar el cambio.
4.- Parpadeará el teléfono del contacto y aparecerá el mensaje Phone?,
presione ò para localizar el punto específico que desee editar.
Utilice las teclas numéricas que aparecen en la pantalla de LCD. Presione
ENTER para confirmar el cambio.
5.- Aparecerá en la pantalla de LCD STORED!, los cambios fueron
guardados.
Si desea borrar un contacto siga estas instrucciones:
1.- Busque el contacto que desee eliminar.
2.- Presione el botón DEL, aparecerá el mensaje DELETE? en la pantalla
de LCD.
3.- Presione Sí (Y) o No (N) para confirmar o no el borrado.
4.- Si presionó Sí (Y) el mensaje DELETED! aparecerá en la pantalla de
LCD y su contacto será borrado.
Notas:
Cada tecla numérica contiene 3 caracteres del alfabeto. Si desea ingresar
la letra C, presione el botón con el número 2 en tres ocasiones. Si desea
la letra B, presione el botón con el número 2 en dos ocasiones.
La tecla @ contiene los siguientes caracteres: @ · $ - ?( ) ~ ' / _ & * ! ? <
>.
El número máximo de caracteres que se pueden introducir para nombre y
número telefónico son de 16.
Directorio de correos electrónicos
Mediante esta función podrá organizar sus direcciones de correo
electrónico de una forma fácil y sencilla.
Para agregar una dirección de correo electrónico nueva, siga estas
instrucciones:
1.- Presione el botón para ingresar al modo de Directorio de Correos
Electrónicos.
2.- El modo de ingresar direcciones de correo electrónico es igual al
ingreso de números telefónicos. Existe sólo la diferencia de que en lugar
de que aparezca el mensaje Phone? aparecerá el mensaje EMAIL? en la
pantalla de LCD, aquí es donde Ud. ingresará la dirección de correo
electrónico de su contacto.
Telephone Directory
With this function you can organize your phone contacts and you can store
up to 100 phone numbers on it.
To create a new entry, follow these steps:
1.- Press the button to enter Telephone Directory mode. The message
NAME? will show on the LCD screen.
2.- Use the alphanumerical keys to enter the contact name.
3.- Press ENTER to confirm. Then the message PHONE? will show on the
LCD screen.
4.- Use the alphanumerical keys to enter the telephone number.
5.- Press ENTER to confirm. The message STORED! appears briefly. The
entry is now stored in the mini-pda's memory.
If you want to find a stored contact, just press the or buttons. If
doesn't exist any stored contact, then the message NO FILE appears.
To edit an entry already stored in memory, follow these steps:
1.- Find the contact that you want to edit.
2.- Press the SET button.
3.- Contact name is blinking, if you want to edit a specific character, use
the or buttons and the alphanumerical keys. Press ENTER to store
the changes.
4.- Now, the telephone number is blinking and the message PHONE? will
show on the LCD screen. Use the alphanumerical keys. Press ENTER to
store the changes,
5.- The message STORED! appears briefly. The new, edited entry is now
stored replacing the original entry.
If you want to delete a stored contact:
1.- Find the contact that you want to delete.
2.- Press DEL button, the message DELETE will show on the LCD screen.
3.- Press Y to confirm or N to leave.
4.- If you pressed Y, the message DELETED! will show on the LCD
screen.
Notes:
Each numerical key contains 3 characters. Ex. If you want to put the C
letter, press the button with the number 2 by three times, if you wish B
letter press the button with the number 2, twice.
The @ key contains this characters: @ # $ - ( ) ~ ' : \ / _ & * ! ? < >.
Maximum length for name and telephone number is 16 characters each.
Email Address Directory
Whit this function you can organize your electronic mail addresses.
To add a new entry, follow these steps:
1.- Press the button to enter Email Address Directory Mode.
2.- To add a new entry are the same instructions as Telephone Directory.
Instead of Phone? message, it appears the message Email? on the LCD
screen, in this moment you will enter the e-mail address of your contact.

If you want to find a stored email address, press the or buttons.
When the name of the contact appears, press the button once, the
email address will show on. Press or to visualize whole email address.
If doesn't exist any stored email address, then the message NO FILE
appears.
To edit and delete a stored email address please refer to the Telephone
Directory section.
Password
The password functions can be used on Telephone Mode and Email mode.
To program follow these steps:
1.- Pick the directory that you want to protect. (Telephone / Email)
2.- Press the icon, the message LOCK? will show on the LCD
screen.
3.- Enter 4 digits using the numerical keys, then press ENTER to confirm.
How to access to a protected directory:
1.- Press the icon, the message LOCK? will show on.
2.- Enter your password (4 digits) and then press ENTER to confirm.
3.- When the message RIGHT! appears you have entered to the protected
directory; if the password was incorrect the message WRONG! will show
on.
Note:
If you wish to change the password, just press the SET button, enter the
new password and then press ENTER to confirm.
To enable or disable the password function, press the icon. When
password is activated, a icon appears on LCD screen
Currency Converter
1.- Press the button to enter Currency Converter Mode.
2.- Press SET to enter the actual exchange rate. Use the numerical keys.
Then press ENTER to confirm.
3.- Enter the amount to be converted and the result shows on.
Alarm
Exist 4 types of alarm:
A1 & A2: you can set an alarm for a specific time.
A3 & A4: you can set an alarm for a specific time and date.
A2 alarm has a snooze function (5 times with a 5 minutes interval).
To set an alarm follow these steps:
1.- Press the icon.
2.- Press SET to adjust the alarm time. Use the numerical keys.
3.- Press ENTER to confirm.
4.- Press the icon to enable or disable the alarm.
Si desea buscar un contacto guardado en memoria presione las teclas
ò . Aparecerá el nombre de su contacto, presione el botón una vez y
se mostrará su dirección electrónica. Presione ò para poder visualizar
la dirección electrónica completa.
Si no existen contactos guardados en memoria aparecerá el mensaje "NO
FILE".
Para la edición y borrado de direcciones de correo electrónico por favor,
refiérase a la sección correspondiente de Edición y Borrado de contactos
Telefónicos.
Protección mediante contraseña de sus contactos telefónicos y su
agenda de direcciones de correo electrónico
Ud. puede proteger la información de sus contactos telefónicos y de su
directorio de correos electrónicos mediante el uso de una contraseña,
programada por Ud., de esta forma nadie podrá acceder a sus contactos.
Para la activación de la contraseña solo siga estos sencillos pasos:
1.- Seleccione el directorio que quiere proteger (Telefónico / Correo
Electrónico)
2.- Presione el ìcono , se mostrará el mensaje "LOCK?" en la pantalla
de LCD.
3.- Introduzca 4 dígitos utilizando el teclado numérico. Presione ENTER
para confirmar la selección.
Para poder acceder a un directorio protegido por contraseña:
1.- Presione el ícono , aparecerá el mensaje "LOCK?".
2.- Introduzca su contraseña y presione ENTER para confirmar.
3.- Si la contraseña fue correcta aparecerá el mensaje "RIGHT!". En caso
de que haya sido incorrecta aparecerá el mensaje "WRONG!".
Nota:
Si desea cambiar la contraseña, simplemente presione la tecla SET,
introduzca la nueva contraseña y presione ENTER para confirmar el
cambio.
Para activar o desactivar la contraseña presione el ícono , cuando
esté activada aparecerá un ícono ( ) en la pantalla de LCD.
Convertidor de divisas
Esta función le permitirá hacer conversiones entre diferentes tipos de
monedas.
1.- Presione el botón para ingresar al menú de conversión de divisas.
2.- Presione SET para ingresar el tipo de cambio del día de la moneda
deseada. Utilice las teclas numéricas. Presione ENTER para confirmar el
tipo de cambio.
3.- Introduzca la cantidad que quiere convertir. El tipo de cambio se
mostrará en la parte superior.
Alarma
Existen 4 tipos de alarma:
A1 y A2: puede programar la hora en que desee activar la alarma
A3 y A4: puede programar fecha y hora de activación de la alarma.
La A2 cuenta con la función de silenciar por un lapso de tiempo, cuando
suena la alarma y presiona un botón, se apagará ésta por 5 minutos,
pasado ese tiempo volverá a sonar hasta un total de 5 veces con
intervalos de 5 minutos entre cada uno.
Para programar la alarma siga las siguientes instrucciones:
1.- Presione el ícono . Se desplegará en la pantalla de LCD la primera
alarma (A1).
2.- Presione SET para ajustar la alarma a la hora deseada. Utilice las
teclas numéricas.
3.- Presione ENTER para confirmar la alarma.
4.- Presione el ícono para activar o desactivar la alarma.

Notes:
If you had a mistake setting the alarm, the message ERROR! will show on
the LCD screen.
To select a specific type of alarm press or . You counts with up to
16 different sounds.
To select a specific tone use or . There are 4 beeps and 12 musical
songs for choosing.
Calculator
1.- Press Cal to enter Calculator Mode.
2.- The word CAL starts to blinking on the LCD screen.
3.- Type a number, use the numerical keys. You can type up to 8 digits.
4.- Press +, -, x or % to add, subtract, multiply or divide, respectively.
5.- Type another number.
6.- Press = to do the calculation.
7.- Press CE to clear the calculator.

Notas:
Si introdujo datos incorrectos aparecerá el mensaje ERROR! en la
pantalla de LCD.
Una vez que introduzca la hora de activación de la alarma utilice ò
para seleccionar el tipo de sonido. Cuenta con 16 diferentes tipos de
sonidos.
Si desea cambiar de alarma (A1, A2, A3 o A4) utilice ò para ver las
diferentes opciones.
Calculadora
Su mini-organizador cuenta con la función de calculadora el cual le
permitirá realizar operaciones matemáticas básicas.
Cuenta con las funciones de: suma, resta, multiplicación y división.
1.- Presione CAL para ingresar al menú de Calculadora.
2.- La palabra CAL comenzará a parpadear en la pantalla de LCD.
3.- Escriba un número, utilice las teclas numéricas que aparecen en la
pantalla de LCD. Puede escribir hasta 8 dígitos.
4.- Presione +, -, x ó % para sumar, restar, multiplicar o dividir
respectivamente.
5.- Escriba otro número.
6.- Presione = para realizar el cálculo.
7.- Presione CE para borrar la calculadora.
