1. Select the bouncing element location in consideration of the required mini-
mum space (diagram 3).
2. Carry out excavation acc. to diagram 2.
Pit size: Ø 2100 x 600 mm
The top edge of the play level is ush with the top edge of the bouncing ele-
ment. The installation must take place on a level surface.
Note: Due to the heavy weight, a lifting device with a suitable load capacity is
required.
3. Create drainage layer as shown in diagram 2.
Required lling material for drainage layer: approx. 0,50 m³
Washed gravel (size 16/32) has proven itself.
4. Insert the lifting hooks into the existing slots in the frame and ensure that
they are positioned exactly (diagram 4).
5. Lift the bouncing element at the lifting hooks and place it in the middle of the
pit.
6. Remove lifting hooks.
7. Fill up and compress the the gap between pit and bouncing element with
parts of excavation.
8. Consider fall protection height.
9. The impact area must be covered with fall protection for a maximum fall
height of 1000 mm according to EN 1176-1.
For a bouncing element, the extention of the free space must be 1500 mm
horizontally around the jumping surface, measured at each point of the edge,
and 3500 mm above the jumping surface. Di󰀨erent to the narrowest dimen-
sioning of the impact area acc. to EN 1176-1 4.2.16.1 the impact areas are
dimensioned from the outer edge of the device, not from the jumping surface.
10. Do not allow children to use the equipment before the installation has been
nished.

dismantled when carrying out maintenance and repair work, this may lead to
particular risks of injury for the user. For this reason, make clearly visible that the
element shall not be used in such cases.
