The large number of parts and accessories allow
you to use your new thermo cooker for a wide
variety of food preparation tasks.
The jug is removable and used for all processes.
The jug lid, fitted with an airproof sealing ring, must
always cover the jug.
A small measuring cup also serves as a lid closure.

The jug gets hot when heating food, so only hold it
by the handle.
Electronic scales on top of the main appliance ensure
you add the correct quantities.
The LCD at the front displays set programs, times
and processes.
Operation is easy with push buttons for selecting
processes and a dial for setting times and
temperatures.
The removable blade fits into the bottom of the jug.
When the appliance is not used, you can cover the
blade with a protective jacket.
A blade locking mechanism at the underside of the
jug ensures safe operation.
Always use the spatula to remove food from the jug,
never your hands.
The spatula has a small
hook you can use to lift the
small steamer basket
safely out of the hot jug.
The butterfly stirring attach-
ment helps you achieve
best results when whisking.
The large steamer bowl fits
on top of the jug lid.
For steaming larger quanti-
ties of food in two layers,
add the steamer tray.
Always cover the steamer
attachment with the matching lid.

Ten automatic programs make
some of the most common food
preparation tasks even easier: just
select the program and leave the
rest to the machine.
To select an automatic program,
press and hold the WEIGHT button
for 2 seconds, turn the adjustment
knob to the program number, then
press the knob to confirm.
The program will start immediately,
and the display will show the
program speed, temperature
(or the room temperature, if no
heating is included) and time,
counting down.

The LCD at the front of the machine displays:
* Temperature [37°C – 120°C]
* Speed [1 to 10, -1 to -3] or number of auto program
* Timer [sec:min]
* Weight [g]
Press the required push button to select a function,
then turn the adjustment knob to set the desired
temperature, speed or cooking/processing time.
Press the PULSE button and hold for a few seconds
for an extra burst of power. (Do NOT use this button
when heating the food to more than 60°C.)
Press the WEIGHT/AUTO button, then place the
food to be weighed on the scales (max. 5kg). Press
and hold this button for 2 seconds, then use the
adjustment knob to select an automatic program.
Press and hold the RESET button for 3 seconds to
clear all former setting data.
Push in the adjustment knob to start or pause the
mixing/cooking process.
