SAFETY WARNINGS AND GUIDELINES
Please read this entire manual before using this device, paying extra attention to these
safety warnings and guidelines. Please keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
This cooler is not intended for the storage of medicine or other medical products.
To prevent risk of child entrapment, remove the door from the cooler before
discarding or storing the cooler. Leave the shelves inside to make it more difficult
for children to climb inside.
Never allow children to operate, play with, or crawl inside the appliance.
Never clean the cooler with flammable fluids. The fumes can create a fire hazard or
explosion.
Do not store or use gasoline or any other flammable vapors or liquids in the vicinity
of this appliance. The fumes can create a fire hazard.
This appliance is intended for indoor use only.
Do not touch the power cord with wet hands.
Prior to operation, check the unit and power cord for physical damage. Do not use if
physical damage has occurred.
Before plugging the unit into a power outlet, ensure that the outlet provides the
same type and level of power required by the device.
This device uses a grounded power cord and requires a ground connection for safe
operation. Ensure that the power source has a proper ground connection. Do not
modify the plug or use a "cheater" plug to bypass the ground connection.
Disconnect the appliance from the power source when replacing the fuse. Replace
the fuse only with the same type.

not designed for use in hot areas, such as garages, warehouses, or outdoors.
Do not install this appliance in, on, or near heat sources, such as a fireplace, stove,
radiator, etc. Do not install it in direct sunlight.
Unplug the appliance from the AC power outlet before cleaning or moving the
cooler.
Do not install this appliance in moist areas.
If power is lost, minimize temperature loss by minimizing the number of times you
open the doors. If power will remain off for more than a few hours, take proper
steps to protect any perishable items.

INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing this 8 Bottle Thermoelectric Wine Cooler! This wine cooler uses
thermoelectric refrigeration technology, so you won't be disturbed by a noisy compressor.
It can be set to 46 ~ 64°F (8 ~ 18°C) and is designed to be installed in a place where the
ambient temperature is between 72 ~ 78°F (23 ~ 26°C).

PREPARATION FOR INSTALLATION
Perform the following steps upon receiving the appliance, prior to installation.
1. Remove the exterior and interior packing.
2. Verify that all parts listed in the
PACKAGE CONTENTS
section above are present.
3. Clean the interior surfaces with lukewarm water using a soft cloth.
Consider the following guidelines when installing this appliance.
This appliance is intended to be used in a free-standing installation only. Do not
recess it or build it into a cabinet.
Place the appliance on a surface that is capable of supporting the weight of the
appliance when it is fully loaded.
The appliance should be plugged into its own individual electrical outlet. This
provides the best performance and avoids overloading the house wiring circuits,
which could cause a fire hazard.
Ensure that there is at least 5" of space between the back and sides of the cooler
and any nearby walls or furniture to allow sufficient air circulation to cool the heat
sink.

INSTALLATION
1. Once the cooler has been placed in its intended location, plug the power cord into a
nearby AC power outlet. Ensure that the power cord does not present a tripping
hazard.
2. Open the door, then install the shelves.
3. Close the door, then use the Controls to set the temperature as desired. Allow the
cooler to operate for 2-3 hours before placing any items inside.
OPERATION
This wine cooler is equipped with an automatic control panel lock feature. The lock
will automatically activate 20 seconds after the last button press.
Press and hold the button for about 2-3 seconds to unlock the control panel.
The cooler will respond with a beep, indicating that the control panel is unlocked.
Press the button to increase or the button to decrease the temperature for
the selected compartment, in 1 degree increments.
Press and hold the button for about 2 seconds to swap the temperature
display between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
Momentarily press the button to turn the internal light on. The light will
automatically turn off after 10 minutes.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
1. Unplug the cooler from the AC power outlet.
2. Remove all items from the cooler, including the shelves.
3. Create a solution of warm water and baking soda at the ratio of about 2
tablespoons of baking soda for each quart of water.
4. Wash the inside surface of the cooler using the baking soda solution and a soft
cloth or sponge.
5. Wash the shelves with warm water and a mild detergent.
6. Wash the outside surfaces of the cooler using a solution of warm water and mild
detergent. Wring any excess water out of the cloth or sponge before cleaning the
control panel or any electrical parts.
7. Rinse well and wipe dry using a clean, soft cloth.
Moving the Cooler
1. Unplug the cooler from the AC power outlet.
2. Remove all contents.
3. Either remove the shelves or securely tape them in place.
4. Tape the door shut.
5. Use a blanket or similar item to protect the outside of the appliance.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Q1: The cooler does not operate.
A1: Check that the appliance is plugged into a nearby AC power outlet. Verify that the AC
power outlet is live by plugging in another device, such as a lamp.
Q2: The control panel will not operate.
A2: The control panel may be locked. Press and hold the button until the control panel
beeps to unlock the controls.
Q3: The wine cooler does not get cold enough.
A3: Try using a lower temperature setting. Ensure that the appliance is installed in a
location with an ambient temperature between 72 ~ 78°F (23 ~ 26°C). Ensure that the
door is fully closed. Do not open the door too often. Check that the door seal is not
dirty and is in good condition.
Q4: The light does not work.
A4: Verify that the appliance is plugged into as live AC power outlet. Press the
button to turn the light on.
Q5: One or both doors do not close properly.
A5: Ensure that the appliance is installed in a level location. Check that the door seal is not
dirty and is in good condition. Ensure that the shelves are properly installed and are
not blocking the door from closing.
