INTENDED USE
This heavy-duty nursery wagon are able to carry up to an incredible 2200 lbs., perfect for
transporting plants, soil, wood chips, mulch, pots and more. 10 13/16in. Side panels fold down
for easy loading and unloading. Large 16in. pneumatic tires provide a smooth and easy pull.

• Inspect work area. Ensure work area is free and clear of any electrical, chemical, or
environmental hazards.
• Keep children away from work area. Do not allow children to handle this product.
• Always wear ANSI-approved safety glasses and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly
and use. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry, which can get caught in moving parts.
• Store idle equipment. When not in use, tools and equipment should be stored in a dry
location to inhibit rust. Always lock up tools and equipment, and keep out of reach of
children.
• Use the right tool for the job. Do not attempt to force small equipment to do the work of
larger industrial equipment. There are certain applications for which this equipment was
designed. It will do the job better and more safely at the capacity for which it was intended.
Do not modify this equipment, and do not use this equipment for a purpose for which it was
not intended.
• Check for damaged parts. Before using this product, carefully check that it will operate
properly and perform its intended function. Check for damaged parts and any other
conditions that may affect the operation of this product. Replace damaged or worn parts
immediately.
• Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times to prevent tripping, falling,
back injury, etc.

• DO NOT use the equipment when tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol,
ormedication. A moment of inattention while operating this equipment may result in serious
personal injury.
• Industrial applications must follow OSHA requirements.
GUIDE TO SAFE OPERATION
WARNING: The wagon must only be used to carry goods. Do not use the
wagon as personal transportation.
• MAX LOAD: 2200 LBS. NEVER OVERLOAD THIS WAGON.
• DO NOT inflate tires to more than 40 psi.
• DO NOT operate if any part is damaged or loose.
• Lower fence rails when loading large items onto cart.
• Distribute load evenly in cart bed.
• When loading and unloading the wagon, be careful of the balance of the wagon. Always be
careful of the handle, which can tip and fall from the upright position.
• Always block the four wheels when loading or unloading the wagon.
• Do not allow children to use this cart. It is not a toy.
• Ensure load is securely fastened.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TOOLS REQUIRED:
Flat Head Screwdriver
Two Medium Adjustable Wrenches
NOTE: For easier assembly, we recommend two people assemble this product.
Before Assembly, check and make sure all parts and hardware mentioned in this manual are
included in the package. See Fig. 1.
NOTE: Do not completely tighten screws until the assembly is completed.
1. Connect the Lock Handles (Part #17) to the End Panels (Part #14), using the Medium
Washers (Part #16) and Medium Lock Nuts (Part #15).
2. Attach the Front Axle Support (Part #2) and Rear Axle Support (Part #9) to the Bed (Part #11)
with the Bolts of M8 x 20 (Part #12), the Washers (Part #18) and Nuts of M9 (Part #19).
3. Mount the tires onto main bed as pictures.
Slide the four wheels (Part #3) onto the threaded ends of the Front Axle Support (Part #2) and
Rear Axle Support (Part #9); Fasten them with the Washers (Part #7) and the Cotter Pins (Part
#8).
4. Install 4 fences with Pins and connect all the fences with left and right lock handle.
Joint the two Side Panels (Part #10) and the two End Panels (Part #14) onto the Bed (Part
#11), fixing with the Quick Release Pins (Part #13).
5. Connect the Pull Handle (Part #1) to the Front Axle Support (Part #2), using the Bolts of M8 x
60 (Part #6), the Washers (Part #5) and the Nuts (Part #4).
