Thank you for purchasing the Little Heartbeats from Summer Infant.
This soother imitates closeness to mom or dad with the sounds and feelings
of heartbeat and breathing to help baby fall asleep.

The ON/OFF/Try-Me Switch is located underneath the unit.
• When in “Try Me” mode, the function will automatically shut off after 3 seconds.
• To activate normal play mode:
open the pocket on the bottom of unit, and move the switch to ON.
• Turn switch OFF during long periods of inactivity.

BATTERY WARNING
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
• Remove batteries when product is stored for long periods of time or when batteries
are exhausted.
• Dispose of exhausted batteries according to instructions.
• Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Batteries are to be inserted with correct polarity.
• CAUTION: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
• Keep all batteries away from children.

• Press once to start breathing and heartbeat sounds.
• Press a second time to add heartbeat vibrations to
the breathing and heartbeat sounds.
• Press a third time to activate heartbeat vibrations
without sounds.
• Press a fourth time to turn the unit off.
Press the character’s belly to activate sounds and vibrations.
1. Insert 3 new “AAA” batteries, making sure the “+ and _” are facing the correct way.
The battery compartment is marked for clarity.
2. Replace battery door.
3. Make sure the ON/OFF Switch is in“ON” position.
Always replace sound module in plush character and secure the pocket before giving
to a child. Sound module is not a toy. Do not let children play with sound module only.
