STEP 1: Download the SBW USB Stick Modem Upgrade file found at
http://www.suncellular.com.ph/broadband/downloads.php

STEP 2: Using a windows-based PC, insert the SBW USB Stick
Modem and open the Modem Upgrade file. Upon clicking the icon,
the installation wizard (shown below) will appear.

STEP 3: Read and accept the agreements. Click “Next”.

STEP 4: Wait for the computer to search the Data Card. This will
take 3-5 minutes to finish.

STEP 5: Click “Next” to begin upgrading your Data Card.

STEP 6: Read the reminders and click “Start” to begin upgrading.

STEP 7: Wait for the computer to finish upgrading the modem. This
will take 3-5 minutes to finish.

STEP 8: Click “OK”.

STEP 9: Click “Finish” to quit the SBW USB Stick Modem Upgrade
wizard.

STEP 10: You may now insert your upgraded SBW USB Stick
Modem to your MAC computer.
