In Deck installation - Retro t & new install
Set out 90 degree brackets
at the recommended 500mm
distance
Mark out bracket placement in line with
nished deck hight
Using xings supplied, level and x the
brackets to the joist ready to drop the
frame in place
Ensure Joists are at the correct set up.
Ideal set up above. 1st Joist
45mmx 90mm. This will allow the cover
to roll up without touching the timberv
Set Downunder frame in place
ready to x the frame to the
to joistv
Remove sleeve and bushing
from 1 end only. This will allow
you to remove the lid. Set lid aside
Set Downunder frame in place
ready to x to joist
Once you have rmly xed the frame to the joists and 90 degree brackets,
remove the 2 spacers.
Now you can t the lid back onto the frame. Be careful that all screws are xed and screws
are ush. Any xings that sit proud, will stop the lid from opening or closing.
You can now t the roller to the brackets supplied and drop the roller unit into place.
Once you have xed the roller brackets, it is time to install your blanket.v
Once you have xed the frame to the joist
now it is time to x the frame to the 90 degree
brackets using nuts and bolts supplied
