Pressure cooker is a kind of newly designed cooking utensil ,and it adopts
the most advanced technology and combines the advantages disadvantages
of the common one. Electric pressure cooker is the most idea utensil of the
modern family, as it is novel-shaped,advancedly-structured,safe,full
functional ,easy to operate.
Compared with the other cookers, it has the following advantages:
Electric Pressure Cooker
The cooking speed is much quicker when it is compared with the electric
cooker. it saves about 20% of time and more than 20% of electricity when
making the meal; It saves about 40% of time and more than 50% of
electricity when making the porridge and soup.
Compared with the common electric pressure cooker, it is safer and also
has the 7 kingds of safety protection devices to avoid the danger of
explosion and burning of food.
Compared with stewing,it saves more time and it is the full functional
cooking professional,for it can adjust automatically according to personal
preference.
Compared with micro-ware oven,it can keep the full food nutrition and will
not evaporate the moisture and no potential radiation.

Safety Installation
Safety device for opening and closing-It will make sure it can't be pressed
when the lid and body can't match well and it can't be opened when there is
pressure inside it.
Pressure control safety device-In the course of using,when the pressure
higher than that the preset pressure ,the power will cut off automatically to
make sure the pressure is stable can be used in safety state.
Pressure-limiting safety device-when the termperature and pressure
controller don't work any more and exceed the maximum pressure,the
pressure-limiting safety device starts working ,and venting valve will
exhaus automatically.
Anti-blockge-It can prevent the food from clogging and make sure the air
will be drained smoothly.
Pressure relieving safety device-There is elastic strctural supper at the
bottom of the heating plate.when al the above safety devices dont work
,and aslo the pressure in the inner pot comes up to the maximum
pressure,the inner pot will move down automatically to be away from the
gallblader,and the air will be exhausted from the edge of the lid,so that it
will not cause explosion.

Method of opening/closing lid and removable
1.Open the lid method
When the lid is in closing lid position(see picture 2),make your hands hold the
handle then clockwise rotation to the position of open lid(see picture3),hold
the handle then flip lid back into the vertical position(see picture4).

2. Close the lid method
When the lid is in vertical position(see pictures5),hold the handle then flip
down the lid to the position of open lid(see picture6) and counterclockwise
rotation to the position of close lid( see picture7).

3. Method of dismantling
When the lid is in the vertical position(see picture8),hold the lid with both
hands to turn the lid to an altitude of about 15cm with side of pot(see
picture9),Counterclockwise rotation to the position of off lid.(see
picture10),up put of the lid(see picture11)

Temperature-limiting safety device-When there is nothing in the inner pot
during the improper and the temperature is higher than the presetting
temperature,the power will cut off automatically and also it can restore
automatically when the termperature goes down.
Over temperature safety device-When the inner temperature comes up to
the maximum temperature,it will cut off the power automatically and can't
restore any more.

In the process of rotating lid,please keep to turn the lid to an altitude of about
15cm with side of pot to rotation and out more smoothly.
4. Method of installation
When hold the lid with both hands,in the position of off lid,to turn the lid to an
altitude of about 15cm with side of pot(see picture12).Button the lid chute into
the pot body of the guide,clockwise rotation to the position of open lid(see
picture13),(see picture15)then you can put down the pot(see picture15)

In the process of rotating lid,please keep to turn the lid to an altitude of about

Operation Guide
1.Open the lid:Fasten upon the handle lightly and turn it clockwise,then lift up
the handle.(see picture 16. 17)

2- Take out of the inner pan,and put the food in it,The total amount of the food
can't be up to 4/5 of the height of the inner pan.The total amount of the food
which is easy to swell(such as beans)can't exceed 1/5 of the height of the
inner pan.Don't use the inner pot to rinse the rice in order to avoid the
abrasiveness.(see picture18.19.20)

3-In cooking,the quantity of the meal which the cooker(4L,5L,6L)can
accommodate is 6 cups,8cups and 12cups respectively,and the proportion
rate between the water and meal is 1:1,When making the porridge,the
proportion rate between the water and meal is 8:1,And of course you can
adjust the proportion rate of the water and meal according to your preference
and cooking experiences.
4-Before putting the inner pan into the inner cover,please clean the bottom
plate and the heating plate,and make sure there is nonthing on the
surface,Make a few of rotation of inner pan to make sure that it can match the
heating plate very well.(see picture21 . 22)

5-Close the lid,Before closing,please check the seal ring has been already put
in the inner pot and aslo rotate slightly the Anti-block shield with hand to make
sure it is evenly put on the steelring.Then take hold of the handle and turn the
lid anti-clockwise to close the lid until you hear"click".(see picture22.23)

When using the pressure function,the vent cap need to seal,the arrow must be on
the seal label.(picture23)
When using without pressure function,the vent cap need to leak,the arrow must
be on the leak label.(picture24)
Control Panel
Display
Display has Yellow color. You could see nest indication on the display:
When the plug in, It will show "O", If have not choose any function,
after 30 seconds, all lights are off,The display will only show "F"
Press Time and Temperature button at the same time.the 8 will
bicker twinkling. It will choose the voice from 1 to 4.
Time adjustment indication,Indicator is flashing while you adjust
time settings.
delay function working mode and adjustment infication.
While function is going on you see time countdown on the display.
Temperature adjustment indication ,Indicator is flasing while you
adjust temperaure in multicooker mode cooking programs.
Cooking time infication,While cooking program is going you see
preset time and time countdown on the display.
Indication informs about chosen product type
ME AT/POULTRY/FISH/VE GE TA BL ES in programs
The function of temperature can be adjusted: Multicooker, Fry, Cake,
Cheese, Crispy, Omelette.
Canceland Keep warm, Keep warm temperature set
at 70°C degrees. No show degree in display.
Press this button can choose ME AT/P OULTRY/FISH/V EGETA BL ES, But the
precondition is that can show this product selection button after choose the function.
The default time is 2 minutes, and can choose delay button.
Choose one function. press delay button can delay.
Press this button can adjust the time your need.
Start button, long press 5 seconds automatically shutdown and start.
The default time 10minutes,Press this button can
light Time button ,and can choose delay.
The default time 25minutes,Press this button can light Time button ,
product selection buttons.and can choose delay.
The default time 35minutes,Press this button can light Time button ,
product selection buttons.and can choose delay.
TC and 180°C will flasing while you press this button,
and can adjust temperature.

PR O DUCT TYPE FUNC TION
<Product type>function is available in some pressure cooking programs-
<Soup>,<Steam >,<stew> Cooking time is different for different product types.
Four product types are available in multicooker
:<Meat>,<Poultry>,<Fish>,<Vegetables>.
For product type selection:
Choose required program with control wheel , The function is available in
next programs Porrridge ,Steam, Slow Stew, Cheese ,Cake, Crispy, Cereals,
Galantine,Wine, Pilaw, Jam, Youghurt , Omelette.
You see maximum time for current cooking program on the display .Press button
for required product type selection. you see all product types indication turn
on the display
You see time indication on the display with actual time meaning for
chosen product type.
When you choose required product type press start for cooking program
start or press shortly for chosen product type confirmation and for further time
adjustment.

DE LAY F UNCTI ON
US E function to delay time of cooking process start. Preset time of « delay»
function is 24 hours adjust. Choose button can adjust different time .
Choose the program by turning control wheel. If you need «Chef » program
choose button.
Press «Delay» function button. You see indication of « delay» function on
the display. Set start delay time meaning with control wheel. The interval is 5
minutes.
FUNCTIONS
Recommended Temperature for different types of products for cooking with (Multicooker) program
The default time is 10 minutes,and can choose Delay button.
The default time is 10 minutes,and can choose Delay button.
The default time is 45 minutes, temperature can adjust from 30°C
to 180 °C, the default 170 °C.
The default time is 2 hours, The setting temperature is 95°C.
Don't adjust ! and can choose Delay button.
The default time is 15 minutes, temperature can adjust from 30°C
to 180 °C, the default 100°C.and can choose Delay button.
The default time is 40 minutes, temperature can adjust from 30 °C to
180 °C, the default 140 °C.and can choose Delay button.
The default time is 1 hour, temperature can adjust from 30 °C to 180°C,
the default 160 °C. and can choose Delay button.
The default time is 35 minutes,and can choose Delay button.
The default time is 45 minutes,and can choose Delay button.
The default time is 8 hours, The setting temperature is 40°C.
Don't adjust ! and can choose Delay button.
The default time is 15minutes,and can choose Delay button.
The default time is 10 minutes, The setting temperature is 100°C.
Don't adjust ! and can choose Delay button.
The default time is 5 hours, The setting temperature is 40°C .Don't adjust !
and can choose Delay button. Time just can adjust from 5-9 hours.
The default time is 10 minutes,temperature can adjust from 30 °C
to 180 °C, the default 140 °C.

-Cooking time is not included into «Start delay» function time.
-«Start delay» function is not available in following cooking programs: «Fry »,
«Omelette ».
-Don't keep products in the multicooker pot for more than 12 hours – some
products could spoil. Please mind product characteristics when you plan delay
time.
-Please mind that after « delay» function finish, in some programs cooking time
countdown starts only when the multicooker reaches working temperature.
«Keep warm» function is used for cooked meal temperature maintaining.
Maximum time of «Keep warm» function is 24 hours. «Keep Warm» function
follows automatically each cooking program (except «Fry、Wine、Yoghurt »
programs). You could recover «Keep warm» function manually in «Yoghurt »
programs. It is impossible to switch «Keep warm» function on in program anyway.
If «Keep warm» function follows cooking program the indication of «Keep warm»
function .

Press central button of for start.

You see «delay» function time countdown on the display. The indication of « delay»
function on the display is on once function is running.
You could adjust « delay» function time in function running mode. Press time
adjustment button You see flahsing time adjustment indication on the
display and flashing time meaning. Set time meaning with control
wheel from 5 minutes to 24 hours with 5 minutes interval.
When « delay» function time is over, cooking process starts.
-In cooking program running mode and in «Start delay» function running mode
-You could cancel «Keep warm» function in cooking program running mode and in
«Start delay» function running mode. Press «Keep warm» function button
in cooking process running mode. «Keep warm» function is cancelled, indication
of «Keep warm» function is off. To recover «Keep warm» function press
again. The indication of «Keep warm» function is on again.
-When cooking program is over
If you want to cancel «Keep warm» function after cooking program finish press
button. The indication of «Keep warm» function is off and «Keep
warm»
function is cancelled.
-To recover «Keep warm» function press . The indication of «Keep warm»
function is on again.
-on the control panel is on. The multicooker goes to «Keep warm» state
automatically after cooking program finish. You see «Keep warm» function direct
time reading on the display.
-If «Keep warm» function indication is off, then cooking program finishes
without «Keep warm».

ATTEN TION:
WA RM UP FU NCTI O N
Though «Keep warm» function is available up to 24 hours please don't leave the
meal for a long time with «Keep warm» function. That could spoil cooked meal.
If you need to warm cooked meal up, just press button WA RM UP FUNCTI ON
If you need to warm cooked meal up, just press button without cooking
program selection. The indication of «Keep warm» function is on. The
appliance starts with cooked meal warming up. If you want to cancel warm up
press button .

VO L UME CO N TROL
Press and buttons simultaneously to start with volume adjustment. You
go to volume control mode. The indication of volume is flashing on the
display and you could change volume level with control wheel turning
Volume could vary from 0 to 4 and all the meanings are seen on the display.
COOKIN G IN MULTICOO KE R AN D PR ES SU RE COO KER MODES
For opening the lid take the lid handle and turn it
clockwise till open position. Then lift the lid.
Take inner cooking pot out of the mulitcooker
body
Fill the pot with products and water so the level
of products and water is not higher than MAZ
mark
COOKING WITHOU T PRE S SU R E(IN MU LTICOOKER MODE)
For cooking without pressure LET THE STE A M RE L IEF VALVE OPE N
Turn control wheel till you see indication of required cooking program on the
display.
Preset for the program cooking time and temperature are on teh display.
You see dynamic sign on the display while temperature doesn't reach operational
temperature.Once temperaure reaches operational meaning time countdown starts.
When cooking is over you hear sound signal and the multicooker goes automatically
to <Keep warm> mode (excluding <Fry>、<Wine>、<Yoghurt> program because
<Keep warm>function is unavallable in those programs).You see light indication of
<Keep warm> function on the panel.
When cooking is over switch the appliance off and unplug.
PRESSURE CO O K ING (PRESSURE COOKER MODE)
Next programs use pressure cooking technology:<Soup> <Stew> <Porridge> <Steam>
<Chef><Rice>and so on....
For pressure cooking:
Close the multicooker lid:
-check if the seal ring is set properly,Using the
appliance without seal ring is forbidden.
-take the lid handle and cover the appliance
with the lid.
-turn the lid against the clock till stop.
Close the steam relief valve according to the picture below
Turn control wheel till you see indication of required cooking program
on the display then press start to running the program .

You could choose product type in <Steam><Stew><Soup>programs,There are next
product type available in pressure Forproduct type selection press <Product type>
button and press it till you see
required product indication on the display .
Confirm required product selection with Start .
Time countdown of <Soup>,<Stew><Porridge><Steam> programs starts once system
reaches operational temperature. You see dynamic sign on the display while
temperaure doesn't reach operational temperature. Once temperaure reaches
operational meaning then time countdown starts.
When cooking is over you hear sound signal and the multicooker goes automatically to
<Keep warm>Mode.You see light indication of <Keep warm>function on the
panel.
When cooking is over unplug the appliance. You must cut pressure
inside the multicooker down. Open the steam relief valve. Hot steam
goes out and pressure inside becomes lower Open position
CA UTIO N: Be really careful-steam is extremely hot! When pressure inside the multicooker
becomes lower.then there is no outgoing steam from steam release opening, and float valve
goes down to the lowest position. Then open the lid, Never open the lid by force.
Users can according the food and personal cooking experience,appropriate
adjustments to the holding pressure time.

You can take out the food

When moving,dont touch the handle directly in order to avoid the drop-out of the
lid,And please lift up the two ears of the cooker.
Please use our products in strict accordance with the stipulations started in our
manual.And don't put the cooker near the flammable materials or in the wet place.
Please close the lid well before using,or if there is any serious consequence rising
from this,we don't undertake any responsibility.
Please clean the anti-blockge cover regularly,and keep the exhaust valve and float
valve unimpeded.
Please dont open the lid by force before the float valve is down.
Please don't put any weight on the exhaust value which can't be substitude with any
other materials.
Don't use the wipe cloth to clo the margin between the lid and inner cover.
There is nonstick coat in the inner pot,so please try to use wooden or plastic spoon in
order to avoid abrasion.The inner pot can't be put on the other kitchen range for
heating and also it can't be replaced by other vessels.
When the ectinguished value works,please keep your hand and face away from it
and don't touch the lid to prevent from scalding.
The cooker is not suitable for children and disables to use,and keep children away
from it in the course of using.
In case of any abnormal condition,please switch off the power immediately,and
contact with us for assitance.Dont't disassembly the cooker by youself,and can't use
the other electronic components for replacement.We don't take any responsibilities
for the serious consquenccs resuting from this.
If the wire is out of service,please replace it with the special one or contact with us
for assistance.
It is imperative that the steam discharge pipe of the pressure regulator should be
checked regularly in order to make sure that it will not be blocked.

When cooking solid food,place the pressure limiting valve to the exhaust
status.please don't open the lid before the float valve is down!
When cooking the spoon meat(porridge,soup,viscous spill)don't release the air.You
can cut off the power then put wet towel on the lid to accelerate the cooling,Please
don't open the lid before the float valve is down!
When the exhaust valve works,please keep your hand and face away from it and
don't touch the lid to prevent from scalding!
Spillage on the connector should be avoided!
Please obey the cleaning instructions strictly for clean the surfaces in contact with
food!
Potential injury may be caused from misuse!
The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use,please pay
attention to it!
This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children)with reduced
physical,sensory or mental capabilities,or lack of experience and
knowledge,uncless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
