Bedienungsanleitung SUNNYHEAT Wandmontagewinkel (Art. Nr. 221011)
Der SUNNYHEAT Wandmontagewinkel ist zur Positionierung des Paneels an der Wand gedacht. Das
Paneel soll dabei um etwa 45° geneigt sein. Anwendung findet der Wandmontagewinkel bei den
Paneelen der 30er oder 60er Serie mit Rahmen.

Montage
Bitte nehmen Sie alle Komponenten des Wandmontagewinkels aus der Verpackung und legen Sie
diese in Ihren Arbeitsbereich. Lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig durch, bevor Sie einen
Arbeitsschritt ausführen. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Stecker des Paneels während der kompletten
Montage gezogen ist und das Paneel nicht mehr mit Strom versorgt wird.
Arbeitsschritt 1: Schrauben für die Befestigung des Wandmontagwinkels an der Wand wählen
Benötigte Komponenten: -
Beschreibung: Wählen Sie je nach Montagegrund die passenden Befestigungsschrauben für den
Wandmontagewinkel an der Wand aus. Bedenken Sie dabei, dass die Schrauben sowohl fest in Ihrem
Untergrund sitzen müssen, als auch das Paneel tragen sollten. Sie haben die Beschaffenheit und
Tragfähigkeit des Montageuntergrundes eigenverantwortlich zu prüfen und eine geeignete
Befestigung auszuwählen. Für Defekte, die auf eine fehlerhafte Auswahl zurückgehen, wird keine
Haftung übernommen.
Arbeitsschritt 2: Abstandsmaß für die Wandmontage ermitteln
Benötigte Komponenten: diese Anleitung
Beschreibung: Ermitteln Sie mit dieser Tabelle und dem Format Ihres Heizpaneels den Abstand
zwischen den beiden Wandmontagewinkeln Ihres Paneels. Der Abstand bezieht sich immer auf die
längere Seite des Paneels, da es vorgesehen ist, den Wandmontagewinkel auf die kurzen Seiten des
Paneels zu montieren.

Arbeitsschritt 3: Anzeichnung und Befestigung der Schrauben für Wandmontage
Benötigte Komponenten: Wandmontagewinkel, Stift, Abstandsmaß für Wandmontage, Schrauben
für Wandmontage, Bohrmaschine, Messwerkzeug
Beschreibung: Haben Sie das benötigte Abstandsmaß für die Wandmontage aus Schritt 1 ermittelt,
ist es empfehlenswert dieses Maß an der gewünschten Position an der Wand einzuzeichnen, um den
Wandmontagewinkel gut positionieren zu können. Halten Sie dazu einen Wandmontagewinkel mit
den Löchern für die Schrauben für die Wandmontage an die Wand –so, dass die breite Seite nach
oben zeigt. Zeichnen Sie dann mit dem Stift die Löcher für die Schrauben für die Wandmontage nach.
Nutzen Sie nun das Abstandsmaß für die Wandmontage, um den Abstand zwischen den
Wandmontagewinkeln festzulegen und wiederholen Sie nach dem Abstand diesen Vorgang mit dem
anderen Wandmontagewinkel. Nehmen Sie für eine exakte Positionierung optional eine Wasserwage
zur Hand. Befestigen Sie dann die Schrauben für die Wandmontage an der angezeichneten
Markierung. Lassen Sie die Schrauben ein Stück überstehen, sodass der Wandmontagewinkel später
dort befestigt werden kann.
Arbeitsschritt 4: Befestigung des Wandmontagewinkels am Paneel
Benötigte Komponenten: Wandmontagewinkel, Schrauben für die Befestigung des
Wandmontagewinkels am Paneel, Paneel, Inbusschlüssel für Schrauben für Paneel
Beschreibung: Im Rahmen auf der Rückseite des Paneels befinden sich Gewinde. Mit diesen
Gewinden wir der Wandmontagewinkel am Paneel befestigt. Der Wandmontagewinkel sollte immer
an der kurzen Seite des Paneels befestigt werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Gewinde auf
geeigneter Position liegen, sodass Sie später das Paneel an der Wand befestigen können. Das Paneel
sollte um 45° neigbar sein und dabei die Wand nicht berühren. Legen Sie den Wandmontagewinkel
mit den Löchern für die Schrauben für das Paneel auf dem Gewinde auf. Die breite Seite sollte dabei
nach oben sehen und die Löcher für die Befestigung des Wandmontagewinkels an der Wand sollten
innen liegen, sodass Sie später nicht sichtbar sind. Fügen Sie nun die Schrauben in die Löcher für das
Paneel am Wandmontagewinkel und an den Gewinden des Paneels ein. Drehen Sie die Schrauben
mit dem Inbusschlüssel fest.

Arbeitsschritt 5: Befestigung des Paneels mit Wandmontagewinkeln an der Wand
Benötigte Komponenten: Wandmontagewinkel an Heizpaneel befestigt
Beschreibung: Setzen Sie den Wandmontagewinkel auf die Schrauben für Wandmontagewinkel auf.
Die breite Seite des Wandmontagewinkels sollte nach oben zeigen, sodass das Paneel nach unten
gerichtet ist. Das Paneel mit dem Wandmontagewinkel noch an haben die Löcher für die Schrauben
für die Wandmontage eine Kreuzform. Achten Sie aber darauf, dass der Wandmontagewinkel bei der
Ausrichtung gut befestigt ist, dass das Paneel nicht hinunterfallen kann.

The SUNNYHEAT wall mounting angle helps you to position the SUNNYHEAT panel on the wall. The
panel should have an angle of about 45 °. It finds its application with the panels of the 30 or 60 series
with frame.

Mounting
Please take all the components of the wall mounting angle from the box and place it in your
workspace. Read these instructions carefully before performing an operation. Make sure that the
plug of the panel is pulled out of the power outlet during the complete installation and the panel is
no longer supplied with power.
Step 1: Choose bolts for mounting the wall mounting angle on the wall
Required components: -

Step 3: Mounting the bolts for wall mounting on the wall
Required components: Wall mounting angle, pen, distance measure for wall mounting (step 1),
drilling machine, bolts for wall mounting, measuring tool
Description: Once you have found the required distance measure for wall mounting from step 1, it is
recommended to mark the wall mounting angle at the desired position on the wall in order to
position the wall mounting angles as well as possible. Keep a wall mounting angle with the holes for
the bolts for wall mounting on the wall - so that the wide side facing up. Then, use the pen to mark

Description: Within the frames at the back of the panel are threads. With these threads you mount
the wall mounting angle with the panel. The wall mounting angles should always be mounted on the
short side of the panel. Make sure that the threads are at an appropriate position so that you can
install the panel on the wall later. The panel should be tilted by 45 ° and not touch the wall. Place the
wall mounting angles with the holes for the bolts for the panel on the thread. The wide side of the
wall mounting angle should look to the ceiling and the holes for mounting the wall mounting angle to
the wall should look to the inside of the panel, so you make sure that you not see the holes so easily.
Now add the bolts into the holes on the wall mounting angles and into the threads of the panel.
Mount the bolts with the Allen key.

Step 5: Mounting the panel with wall mounting angles on the wall

Description: Place the wall mounting angle on the panel to your mounted bolts. The wide side of the
wall mounting angle should look to the ceiling, so that the front of the panel looks down. Align the
wall mounting angle. Therefore, the holes for the bolts for wall mounting have a cross shape. Make
sure that the wall mounting angles are good mounted even for the alignment, so that the panel
cannot fall down.
