1. SAFETY
◼Please do not put inflammable, explosive, or combustible materials, chemicals, combustible steam,
and other dangerous goods near the charging pile；
◼Children are not allowed to approach or use the charging pile during charging to avoid injury；
◼In case of rain and thunder, please charge carefully；
◼It is strictly prohibited to use the charging pile when the charging gun or charging cable is defective,
cracked, worn, and the charging cable is exposed. If any, please contact the staff immediately.
◼Please keep the charging plug clean and dry. If there is any dirt, please wipe it with a clean and dry
cloth. It is strictly prohibited to touch the charging gun core with hands when it is electrified；
◼Do not attempt to dismantle, repair, modify the charging pile. If there is any need for maintenance or
modification, please contact the staff. Improper operation may result in equipment damage, water
leakage, etc.
◼In case of abnormalities during usage, press the emergency stop button immediately to cut off all input
and output;
◼During the charging process, the vehicle is forbidden to drive and can only be charged when it is
stationary
◼Please turn off the hybrid electric vehicle before charging.
The input/output of this device are dangerous high voltage that may endanger people’s life. Please
strictly obey all warnings and operating instructions on the device and in the manual. Unauthorized
qualified person should no remove the cover of this device.

2. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
2.1. Product Overview
This product is A 7KW single-phase AC EV charger, mainly used for electric vehicle AC charging. It is
composed of a charging body, wall hanging rear plate, floor standing pole (optional accessories), etc.
It features charging protection, card charging, scan code charging, mobile payment, network monitoring,
and other functions. This product adopts industrial design, easy to install, and quick to deploy.

3. OPERATION INSTRUCTION
3.1. Checking and Debugging
Check before power on. Please make sure to check the below items carefully:
◼There are no external objects or parts left inside or on the top of the EV charger;
◼EV charger and accessories are correctly connected and firmly installed；
◼The installation position of the EV charger is convenient for operation and maintenance；
◼The selection of the upper AC leakage protection switch at the inlet wires of the charging pile is
reasonable.
3.2. Power On
a) Confirm that the above inspection items meet the requirement;
b) After the circuit breaker of the upper distribution box is closed, open the upper cover of the charging
pile and close the leakage protection circuit breaker.
c) The AC charging pile is powered on and self-tested.
d) After power on and self-tested, check led indicator status.
◼Standby: Power indicator always on
◼Device failure: Fault indicator is always on
3.3. Operation
3.3.1. Charging Connection
After the driver parked the vehicle, please make sure it is plugged in place and connected reliably.
The network version can support the app/Wechat Scan code for charging and swipe the IC card for
charging.

Scan code for charging
If the electric vehicle owner installs the app or pays attention to WeChat public subscription, they can
look for idle charge pile through the app or WeChat Public subscription. Users can enter the EV charger
interface after the electric vehicle owner connects the charging gun, scan the QR code on the display
screen, and follow the required instructions to start charging.
Swipe card for charging
The user connects the charging gun correctly and uses the configured card to enter charging.
After the charging is finished, please scan the card for paymentfirst and then plug outthe gun, otherwise,
the card will be locked. If the card be locked, please swipe the card again to unlock the card or contact
the administrative office to handle it.
Charge status is shown as below:
3.3.2. Stop Charging
If the owner wants to stop charging when the EV charger is under processing.Can operate it through the
below methods:
1) Mobile terminal (APP or WeChat public): Click the “stop charging” button and then draw the gun.
2) Swipe the card for settlement, and draw the gun after successful deduction.

3.3.3. Charging Settlement
Scan code for charging settlement
After finish charging and draw the gun, the system will automatically settle the charge and deliver the
charging data (including charging time, charging amount, charging cost) to the owner's APP orthe bound
WeChat public number. The owner can also view the historical consumption records and changes of
account funds through the consumption list.
Swipe card for charging settlement swipe the card to settle automatically, the screen displays the
charging amount and charging amount.

4. TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble Name

AC over voltage
AC input voltage is
higher than standard.
1. If instantaneous voltage is over 264Vac，wait for
the power grid to recover normally.
2. Check and analyse background monitoring data. If
the voltage in this area is over-voltage for a long
time, please increase the input over-voltage
protection value by the configuration software;
max. value is up to 300Vac.
3. If the problem cannot be eliminated, please
contact us.
AC under voltage
AC input voltage is
lower than standard.
1. If instantaneous voltage is under 140Vac, wait for
the power grid to recover to normal.
2. Check and analyse background monitoring data. If
the voltage in this area is under-voltage for a long
time, please reduce the input under-voltage
protection value by the configuration software;
min. value is 140Vac.
3. If the problem cannot be eliminated, please
contact us.
AC over current
AC input current is
higher than standard.
1. Immediately disconnect the leakage/over-current
protection circuit breaker of the distribution box.
2. Check whether there is low impedance or short
circuit between two lines of output line of AC EV
charging station.
3. After the above problems are eliminated, power on
again. If the problem still cannot be eliminated,
please contact us.
AC over frequency
AC input frequency is
higher than standard.
1. If instantaneous frequency exceeds 55Hz, wait for
the power grid to recover to normal.
2. Check the input voltage frequency in the
background monitoring data. If it is too high for a
long time, please contact the power supply
department for handling.
AC under frequency
AC input frequency is
lower than standard.
1. If the instantaneous frequency is less than 45Hz,
wait for the power grid to recover to normal.
2. Check the input voltage frequency in the
background monitoring data. If it is too lower for a
long time, please reduce the protection frequency;
value, min. value up to 40Hz.
3. If the problem cannot be eliminated, please
contact us.

Over temperature
The temperature inside
of AC EV charger is too
high.
1. Inspect the install environment, check whether
there are other heating equipment nearby, and
ensure the ambient temperature is below 60°C.
2. If the problem cannot be eliminated, please
contact us.
Leakage current
exceeds the

1. Immediately disconnect the leakage/over-current
protection switch of the distribution box.
2. Check whether the output line of the AC charging
pile is damaged or has low impedance or a short-
circuit to the ground.
3. If the problem cannot be eliminated, please
contact us.
Earth fault

1. Disconnect the distribution box leakage/over-
current protection switch immediately.
2. Check whether the AC pile input/output line is
grounded normally and whether the input L / N is
connected in a normal sequence.
3. After the above problems are eliminated, power on
again. If the problem still cannot be eliminated,
please contact us.
