FAQ4
Charging Your Product3.3
09 10
Q1: What type of battery does the product use?
A: This product uses a high-quality cylindrical LiFePO4 cell.
Q2: What equipment can the AC output port of the product carry?
A: The AC rated power of this product is 300W and the peak power is 600W, which can supply
power to some common appliances, but it is recommended to confirm the power of the
appliance before use, and ensure that the sum of the power of all load equipment is less than
the rated power.
Q3: How do I know how long the product can be powered?
A: The LCD screen of this product will display the remaining usage time, which can be considered
as an estimation of the powering time for the product if the power consumption is stable.
Q4: How to judge whether the product is charging?
A: The product will display the charge column and flash when charging, meanwhile, the battery
capacity percentage will also change, and display the input power.
Q5: How to clean this product?
A: You may wipe this product with a dry, soft, clean cloth or tissue.
Q6: How to store the product?
A: When you store the product, please turn it off first, and then store it in a dry, ventilated place
with room temperature. Do not place this product near water sources. For long-term storage, it is
recommended to charge the battery to 80% every three months to prolong the life of this
product.
Q7: Can this product be taken on the plane?
A: No.
Q8: Is the actual output capacity of the product consistent with the capacity stated in the
user manual?
A: The capacity indicated in the user manual is the rated capacity of the battery of this product.
Since this product has a certain efficiency loss during charging and discharging process, the
actual output capacity of the product is lower than the capacity specified in the user manual.
Q9: Why does the product make a "buzzing" sound when using?
A: Because this product uses an air-cooling system, when the fan is working normally, it will
make a slight sound. While, it is a normal phenomenon.
Q10: Why I can’t use the product within the rated output power range?
a.Battery capacity is low and needs to be charged.
b.The power of some devices at startup may be higher than the peak power of the product, or
the actual power of the devices may be higher than the rated power of the product.
Q11: Will the charger be damaged due to heat during use?
A: When the charger is in normal use, there will be some slight heat, which is a normal phenom-
enon.
Q12: Is it possible to charge and discharge at the same time?
A: Yes.

The battery is fully charged when all battery level segments stop blinking and remain solid. After
the battery is fully charged it is best to unplug the charging cables. The battery will not over charge,
but removing the cables is the best practice.
The actual solar panel charging efficiency can vary widely depending on weather, ambient
temperature, sunlight's strength, the angle that the solar panels face to the straight sunlight and
other factors. The maximum output voltage of the solar panel should not exceed 23.5V. It is
recommended to use solar panels with an open circuit output voltage of 10.8-23.5V.
