2. Precautions
Note to Users
Part feeder is a heavy weight machine, so that movement, setting up and installation,
must be done by equipment in order to avoid injury.
Control system consists of different type of controllers and devices. Adjustment and
maintenance must be preceded in accordance to the manual of each controller.
Feeder manufacturer is not responsible for any machine trouble or human injury
caused by the parts feeder after being modified or additionally processed by a third
party other than the manufacturer after delivery.
Specifications and contents of this manual are subject to change without any
obligation part of the manufacturer.
DANGER: Electric shock!!
Turn OFF primary power source, before any wiring and maintenance.
DANGER: Electric shock!! Connect the grounding wire (green/yellow) before
setting up.
Caution: Never make short circuit between input and output wire.
Caution: Be sure to make wiring for AC115V/AC230V
Single phase (Brown and blue wire for power, green/yellow for

Adjust GAIN potentiometer to control output voltage range to obtain
optimum performance.
4-8. Adjustable Output Control Voltage (VR4)
Adjust the output control voltage (0-10) clockwise to increase output voltage.
4-9. Operating Dry Contact Status Output
Shorted-circuited when feeder is active.
4-10. Indicator Light
Turns green when feeder is active, turns red when feeder is inactive.

Note that with the above default setting without the operation of a sensor, the output
(vibratory parts) will start to vibrate as soon as the power is TURN ON. Turning the
ON delay in the clockwise direction increases the time needed to turn on the output
upon power on.
It is also advisable to proceed with the fine tunning of the ON delay to start the
output immediately before any sensor is connected. When this is achieved, it will
therefore be a guide to gauge how much to turn in order to achieve the desired delay
operation when the sensor is connected.
In the event of operation with a sensor, please connect the sensor wires to J2 as
illustrated in the picture above.
Jumper (SW2) shall be selected to NPN or PNP according to the sensor used.
NC/NO (SW3) shall be selected according to the operation requirement.

7. Preparation
7-1. Turn OFF all the power.
7-2. Dismount the front panel by unscrewing the mounting/dismounting screw in
the anti-clockwise direction.
7-3. Connect sensor to 12V, SIG and 0V terminal.
Commonly used colour code of wires are 0V=Blue, 12V=Brown and
SIG=Black.
7-4. Connect cable of feeder to controller.
Connect to output cable of the controller to the feeder input cable. Be
particularly aware of live, neutral and earth connection respectively.
7-5. Connect power cable to controller.
Terminal AC power supply according to the selected AC voltage (230Vac or
115Vac) to get ready.
7-6. Connect fuse in the fuse holder.
Insert the fuse properly in the fuse holder in which both side of the fuse must
be in contact with the fuse holder.
7-7. Sensor
Insert the fiber optic cable to the fiber-optic photoelectric sensor.
7-8. Select SW1 for input voltage.
Check what the power supply voltage is and adjust to the correct setting.
7-9. Select SW2 for PNP or NPN sensor.
Check whether the sensor is a PNP sensor or NPN sensor.
7-10. Select SW3 for NC or NO operation.
Check whether you want your feeder to run when sensor is activated or
deactivated.
7-11. Select SW4 for 3 kHz or 6 kHz frequency selection.
Choose 6 kHz for full-wave frequency or 3 kHz for half-wave frequency.
7-12. Check input and output cables for grounding with multimeter to ensure safety.
7-13. Check and tighten all incoming and outgoing cables termination.
7-14. Mount the front panel by screwing the mounting/dismounting screw in the
clock-wise direction.

8. Operation
8-1. ON/OFF Control
Switch ON to power the controller.
8-2. Adjust VR1 (OFF D.) for Correct Delay Off Timing.
The off delay knob in the front panel is use to control the delay off timing
when the sensor detects.
8-3. Adjust VR2 (ON D.) for Correct Delay On Timing.
The on delay knob in the front panel is use to control the delay on timing when
the sensor detects.
8-4. Adjust VR3 (GAIN) to Control Output Voltage Range.
Tune the gain potentiometer in the front panel to control the output voltage
range. Adjust VR4 to mid range example ‘5’ turn VR3 to obtain optimum
performance.
8-5. Adjust VR4 (Output Voltage Control) to Control Output Voltage.
The output voltage control in the front panel is use to control the output
voltage. By turning clockwise the voltage will increase from 0 to 10.
8-6. Observe Indicating Light
The indicating light turns on only when the controller power is on. Red
indicates feeder is inactive, green indicates feeder active.
