
630LCCU & 630LCCU-2F Installation Procedure:
1. Remove the existing wall telephone from the wall jack.
2. Open the top and bottom toggles until they hook on
the outside cover, as shown in figure 1.
3. Push the 630LCCU onto the wall jack, fully inserting
the plug on the back of the 630LCCU into the wall jack
opening.
4. Press the toggles back into position to lock on the
studs of the wall jack, as shown in figure 2.
5. Reattach the telephone to the 630LCCU.
6. To remove the 630LCCU open top and bottom toggles
as shown in figure 1. Then pull the 630LCCU off the
wall jack.
Notice to Users of the Telephone Network
This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rules and the requirements adopted by the ACTA (Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments, www.part68.org). On the side of this
equipment is a label that contains, among other information, the FCC certification number and ringer equivalence number (REN) for this equipment. If requested, this information must be provided to
the telephone company.
This equipment is for use with the following types of systems: RJ-11/RJ-14 “2 wires/4 wires”. This equipment is designed to be connected to the telephone network or premises wiring using

The REN, shown on the label, is used to determine the quantity of devices that may be connected to the telephone line. Excessive RENs on the telephone line may result in the devices not
ringing in response to an incoming call. In most, but not all areas, the sum of all RENs connected to one line should not exceed (5.0). To be certain of the number of devices that may be connected to
a line, as determined by the total RENs, contact the local telephone company.
If any of the 900LC or 630LC Series Models cause harm to the telephone network, the telephone company will notify you in advance that temporary discontinuance of service may be required.
But if advance notice isn’t practical, the telephone company will notify the customer as soon as possible. Also, you will be advised of your right to file a complaint with the FCC if you believe it is
necessary.
The telephone company may make changes in its facilities, equipment, operations or procedures that could affect the operation of the equipment. If this happens the telephone company will
provide advance notice in order for you to make necessary modifications to maintain uninterrupted service.
If trouble is experienced with this equipment 900LCC/630LCC, for repair or warranty information, please contact Suttle, Customer Service Department. Phone 320-848-6711. If the equipment is
causing harm to the telephone network, the telephone company may request that you disconnect the equipment until the problem is resolved.
This equipment is not intended to be repaired by the end user.
This equipment cannot be used on public coin phone service provided by the telephone company. Connection to party line service is subject to state tariffs. (Contact the state public utility
commission, public service commission or corporation commission for information.)
If your home has specially wired alarm equipment connected to the telephone line, ensure the installation of this 900LC/630LC equipment does not disable your alarm equipment. If you have
questions about what will disable alarm equipment, consult your telephone company or a qualified installer.
This equipment is hearing aid compatible.
