Installation
Before using, please install the SwitchBot App and sign up/sign in your SwitchBot
account. Then open the Battery Box.
Remove the plastic battery isolation tab, and you should see the light flashes once.

Put back the Battery Box and turn on the Bluetooth on your phone. Tap Add Device in
the left side menu and choose Remote. Follow the App instruction and add your device.
Placement
After you add the Remote, you may place it anywhere
Option 1: Place it on your table.
Option 2: Use the Add-on Hook & Loop to place it on a vertical surface.

Option 3: Use a strap-hole and add a lanyard for portable uses. You need to purchase a
lanyard separately.
Pairing
You can pair a Remote to control your target device like a Bot or a Curtain.
Please place your phone, Remote and the target device close to each other before
pairing. The rule of thumb for the distance would be within your eye sight.
Tap the Remote icon on the App Home Page, and select setup/edit. The Remote will start
scanning the target devices around. Follow the App instruction and map the keys to
actions.
Mapping Keys
You can set the keys on the Remote to map one action. One key on the Remote Button
can trigger one action of your target device.
For example, the Convex Key can trigger the Curtain to close OR open. And Concave Key
can trigger the Bot to press once.
Low Battery
When you see a red battery icon on the App Home Page next to the Remote, you need
to change the battery.

Factory Reset
Long press both keys together for 15 seconds until the light stop flashing. You should
see the light lights up for 1.5s after releasing the button.
Caution: You may lose all the settings after Factory Reset and you may need to add the
device and pair again.

electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and
inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power
supplies, etc.
•If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or
adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the
purchased design or use of non-original components.
