Q: I am having trouble getting
my smartphone to connect
to my Switchmate Power
A: Different phones may behave
differently when connecting to
Switchmate Power. When
experiencing difficulties, try the
following steps:
1. Turn Wi-Fi & Bluetooth off, then
turn them back on. Try to connect
again.
2. Close the Switchmate App &
restart the App – try to connect.
3. Restart Smartphone – try to
connect.
Reset Switchmate by taking the
batteries out and put them back
in – try to connect.
4. Uninstall the App & download
it again.
