PETUNJUK PEMELIHARAAN / MAINTENANCE GUIDANCE
1. Tempatkan trolley pada posisi yang diinginkan pada lantai
yang rata. Untuk keamanan gunakan rem castor dengan cara
menginjaknya, sampai castor dak bergerak.
Place the trolley on the at oor by pushing the cupboard to the
posion as needed and lock the castor wheel.
2. Tariklah laci dari posisinya untuk menaruh peralatan
medis. Jika laci sudah dak digunakan, sebaiknya dikunci.
Pull out the drawer, place the medical kit push back and lock
aer use.
3. Untuk membuka laci, putar hendel central lock (searah
jarum jam), sekaligus akan memotong segel pengaman.
Ensure while opening drawer secon, turn central lock handle
rst clock-wise (open dispossable lock)
4. Untuk memasang segel pengaman, tutup semua laci sampai
rapat, putar hendel central lock berlawanan arah jarum jam,
kemudian pasang segel pengaman pada lubang yang tersedia.
Close all the drawers properly before aached the dispossible
lock turn the central lock handle counter clock-wise then place
the dispossible lock into it's holder.
5. Untuk menggunakan laci, tarik hendel laci ke arah luar,
dan jika dak dipakai dapat dimasukkan lagi dengan cara
mendorong hendel laci ke dalam.
To funcon the drawers, pull handle, vice versa aer use push
the shelf unside.
6. Untuk memindahkan trolley, dorong pada bagian hendel.
Push on the handle to move the product.
7. Tempatkan tabung oksigen pada dudukan yang telah
disediakan di bagian belakang emergency trolley
Place the oxygen cylinder in the holder at the back of the
emergency trolley.

8. Stop kontak terdapat di bagian belakang trolley / The
socket is on the back of the trolley
Cara penggunaannya / How to use :
• Tarik kabel power secukupnya kemudian masukkan jack
ke sumber listrik terdekat / Pull the power cable, then
insert the jack into nearest power source
• Tekan tombol ON yang tersedia pada panel / Press the
ON buon available on the panel.
• Buka tutup stop kontak dan masukkan jack yang
diperlukan / Open the socket cap and insert the required
jack.
• Apabila sudah selesai pemakain, cabut kembali jacknya /
Aer use, pull back the cable jack
• Kemudian tekan tombol OFF / Then press the OFF
buon.
• Cabut jack kabel dari sumber daya listrik / Unplug the
cable jack from the power source.
• Masukkan kembali kabel daya ke dalam box, dengan
cara tarik kabel sedikit, lalu kabel akan otomas tertarik
masuk ke dalam box dan biarkan sampai seluruh kabel
masuk ke dalam kotak terminal / Reinsert the power cord
in the box by pulling the cable with a lile pressure then
release it.
9. Pada keadaan darurat, papan RJP tersedia pada bagian
samping emergency cart. Jika sudah dak digunakan,
dapat meletakan kembali papan RJP pada pengait yang `
disediakan / For emergency cart, CPR board is available
on the side of the emergency cart. If it is not used, put
the CPR board back on the hook.

Umum / General
Troli ditempatkan pada lantai yang datar dan lingkungan yang
bersih, kering (dak lembab) dan bebas dari pengaruh bahan
kimia yang bersifat asam dan basa dalam konsentrasi nggi.
Place trolley on the at oor, keep in clean and dry surround(no
humidity), free from high concentraon chemicals.
Pembersihan Run / Regular Cleaning
1. Lakukan pembersihan berkala,minimal 3 bulan sekali. Ini
dilakukan bila produk dak sedang dipakai.
Maintain a regular cleaning (when not in use), at least once every
three (3) months
2. Pembersihan dilakukan dengan media dan/atau cairan
pembersih. disinfektan dengan proses:
Specied equipment and/or disinfecon, soluon for cleaning
process:
- Pembersihan hendaknya dilakukan dengan kain kering/basah,
spon, karet. Gunakan cairan pelarut pembersih organik yang
khusus (detergen berbahan dasar silicon atau pembersih alkalin).
Catatan: Dilarang menggunakan cairan asam bukan organik,
hydroklorid (Hcl) dalam konsentrasi nggi. Serta cairan klorid
(Cl) dan bromid (Br), jika terpaksa diharuskan menggunakan
cairan tersebut, bersihkan segera dengan air murni dan keringkan
segera tanpa ada bahan kimia yang tersisa.
Cleaning should be done using a dry/damp cloth. Clear rinsing
dislled water soluon. Dried with dry cloth A neutral/organic
solvent (silicon based detergent or alkaline soluon) on a damp
cloth, rubber, sponge is permied Note: Prohibit using inorganic
acid in high concentrate, hydrochloric (Hcl). Even chloride (Cl)
and bromide (Br), if be forced using those soluons, cleaned using
neutral water, dried thoroughly
- Mohon dibaca informasi atau tanyakan kandungan bahan
pembersih sebelum produk tersebut digunakan.
Get and read any product soluon informaon before use.
3. Pembersihan juga dilakukan pada bagian-bagian yang
tersembunyi, bisa dilepas/ terbuka secara menyeluruh.
Pembersihan disarankan searah alur permukaan produk.
Clean the hidden, detached/opened parts and clean in the same
direcon product surface’s space thoroughly.
4. Lakukan pemeriksaan secara visual dan menyeluruh pada saat
melakukan pembersihan berkala.
Perform a visual inspecon at every regular cleaning
5. Kondisikan produk dalam keadaan kering seap habis
dipergunakan.
Keep the product dry aer use.
Pelumasan / Lubrication
Berikan pelumas secara berkala seap 6 bulan sekali, pada
bagian-bagian yang bergerak, seper : engsel, castor dan rel
Lubricate and check the moving parts, at least every 6 months
periodically. Pay aenon to the parts as hinges wheels (castors)
and rails.
Pengencangan/ Tightening
Hindari adanya elemen yang longar, patah, atau resiko bahaya
serta deformasi, lakukan pengecekan dan pengencangan baut-
baut pengunci/mur secara berkala demi keamanan bagi pasien
dan operator dalam penggunaannya.
Check and ght the bolts and nuts regularly for safety in used.
Tekan rem castor agar trolli dak bergerak dengan sendirinya.
Terutama pada saat memarkir troli yang sedang dak digunakan.
Press the castor brakes so that the trolley does not move by it self.
Especially when parking a trolley that is not being used.
Demi keamanan dan keselamatan, maka putuskan aliran power
listrik jika trolley sedang dak digunakan.
For safety, disconnect the electric power if the trolley is not in use.
Hendel hanya digunakan untuk mendorong produk, bukan
untuk mengangkat produk.
Handles are only used to push the product, not to li the product.
Posisikan roda castor menghadap keluar sewaktu membuka laci
agar dak terguling.
Posion the castor wheel facing out when opening the drawer to
keep it from rolling.

Servis Manual ini digunakan sebagai petunjuk pemeriksaan
berkala dan atau perbaikan pada produk.
These Manual Service Book is used as periodically maintaining
guidance, and/or if any funcon defect/detriment of product.
Langkah-Langkah Pelaksanaan Servis Berkala/Ways Of
Periodically Maintaining Guidance :
Sebelum melakukan pemeriksaan run, paskan teknisi
mengetahui spesikasi produk yang akan diperiksa, dapat dilihat
pada Buku Manual Produk.
Prior to doing roune inspecon, make sure the technician already
known its product specicaon – see Manual Book.
Paskan dak terdapat beban pada produk yang akan diperiksa.
Pemeriksaan menyeluruh sebaiknya dilakukan pada saat produk
dak digunakan.
Make sure inspecon done while product not in use and no added
items as well.

Komponen/Component
Pada “Komponen” menunjukkan bagian yang harus diperiksa.
Component shown secon which must be check.
Kriteria/Aspect
Pada “Kriteria” menunjukkan pemeriksaan komponen terkait
kerusakan yang mungkin terjadi.
Aspect indicated component inspecon related to any
detriment.
Qty
Angka dalam “Qty” menunjukkan jumlah komponen terkait
pada suatu produk.
Numerical in “Qty” indicated component quanty related to
product pernent.
Gambar/Picture
Gambar anak panah digunakan untuk mempermudah
teknisi untuk mengetahui letak komponen yang akan
diperiksa.
Picture and arrow head used to ease the technician in order
to see component's posion that will be checked.
Periode/Period
Periode menunjukkan tenggang waktu pemeriksaan run
yang harus dilakukan pada ap komponen.

Tindakan/Action
Tindakan merupakan proses pengerjaan/perbaikan pada
komponen jika beberapa hal yang tertera pada kolom
