1) OVERVIEW
The service manual offers help for troubleshooting and provides all necessary information on
maintenance and repair. The platform is used in various field of the biology and some
modules and components are not used for the Qwalys 3. This document is made to pinpoint
the main data that you need in order to repair the Qwalys.

2) TECHNICAL DATA (CHAPTER 3)
All the values that you get with S&S must be in this range (Z around 3545 one-tenth mm).

3) TROUBLE SHOOTING TABLE (CHAPTER 7)
The following table lists problems and errors and instructs how to eliminate them.

4) REPAIR (CHAPTER 8)
This chapter is the most important and useful in the Service Manual. Indeed you have a total
description about all components present in the Qwalys 3:
Safety panels/cover
Worktable
System electronics
Power supply module
X drive assembly/carriage
Liquid Handling arm (LiHa)
Robotic Manipulator arm (RoMa)
PosID3

5) PACKAGING (CHAPTER 9)
You can find a procedure in order to move/send back the Qwalys properly.

6) DIAGRAM (CHAPTER 11)
This chapter depicts all relevant diagrams, such as block diagrams, wiring diagrams, etc. that
are useful for repair, know correct address/connection cables…
