Personal safety
This manual, written in the manufacturer’s original language and then translated into the
language of the country of use, is an integral part of the Wellness Ball and must always
remain with it; the manual must also accompany the product in the event of its being
relocated or sold.
The manual must be kept in a well known and accessible place, protected from heat and
humidity.
Before proceeding with any operation, we recommend that you carefully read all parts
of this manual.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damages caused by improper use.

The Wellness Ball should not be used by pregnant women or people diagnosed with a
herniated disc.

Use
When you sit down, use the special handle to
move the ball to the desired position.
Warning
The ball plug hole must be on the ground; the zip must be parallel to the oor.
If placed in a dierent position, the ball may slip and move.
