PREAMBLE: This induction plate is heated by an inner coil, through the crystal
panel to heat the container placed on it.
Some advantages of induction cooking :
1. Environmental protection : non-toxic, no pollution, no electromagnetic
radiation.
2. Fast heating : Based on the principle of induction, the bottom of the container
is heated directly over its entire surface, which, due to high thermal efficiency,
reduces the heating time resulting in quick cooking.
3. Crystal plate : Very hard and resistant to high temperature. Easy to clean.
Sustainable.
4. Microprocessor : Temperature control is permanent and adjustment
immediate.
5. Safe operation : Many functions are protected, over-voltage, under-voltage,
overheating and fan operation delay.
Description of the heating principle of the induction cooker
The induction cooker is an electrical kitchen appliance utilizing the
electromagnetic induction principle that converts electrical energy into thermal
energy.
Inside the plate, the circuits rectify the induced voltage at a high frequency voltage
of 20-40 kHz. When the current flows through the induction coil, a fast-changing
magnetic field is produced.
These magnetic lines of force cross the bottom of the metal items, so that the
pans heat up quickly over the entire surface.
COMPATIBLE CONTAINERS
Iron, stainless steel, stainless steel + cast iron. The bottom of the container should
be flat. The diameter of the bottom must be at least 12cm.
INCOMPATIBLE CONTAINERS
Container made of aluminium, copper, glass and ceramic.
And with a diameter of less than 10CM or greater than 20cm.
8

NOTES :
• If the container is unsuitable, the induction plate will not detect it and it will not
heat up.
• Metal cooking utensils are not recommended since they can be heated by the
induction cooking plate if they are left in the pan during cooking.
• The induction plate heats up very quickly, put the food in the pan or frying pan
first and then place the container on the induction cooking plate, Otherwise, the
empty container may be deformed.
PRECAUTIONS
1. Use a separate socket of 16A or higher for the induction plate.
=> Otherwise, there may be danger due to overheating of the electrical system.
2. To heat canned food, always open the lid before heating the can.
=> Otherwise there may be danger of explosion on opening.
3. Do not place metal items, such as knife, fork, metal spoon, on the induction
hob.
=> They can become very hot and cause burns.
4. Do not insert any article such as thread, cloth or kitchen-cloth into the air inlet of
the fan using the induction hob,
=>
This can cause the plate to overheat.
5. Caution : If the surface of the induction hob is cracked, immediately stop using
and Unplug the appliance to avoid electric shock or short circuit.
Place a suitable pan or saucepan on the plate heating surface and follow the
steps in SETTING.
SETTING
1. Connect the induction hob to a good electrical outlet with a ground connection
to avoid danger.
2. The device beeps and the fan starts to operate

6. Press the "menu" key again to adjust the temperature.
The light in front of "° C" lights up. (° C = Degrees Celsius)
7. Set the desired temperature using the same control knob.
9

Turn clockwise to increase the temperature and vice versa to decrease it. There
is 10 different temperature.
8. Press the "menu" key again to set the cooking time.
The indicator light in front of "M" lights up. (M = Minuterie = Timer)
9. Set the desired cooking time using the same control button.
Turn clockwise to increase the cooking time and vice versa to decrease it.
Setting is from 1 minute to 3 hours.
10.The induction hob starts to heat up.
Note: When the induction cooking plate is running, the fan also operates with a
slight noise. This is normal.
11.When the cooking is finished turn off the induction plate by pressing the "on /
off" button
NOTES:
=> The fan continues to run for some time after shutting down the unit.
=> This induction plate works slightly differently from a traditional one. Some
adjustments in cooking time and temperatures may be necessary to obtain the
best results.
=> When the saucepan is removed, the plate stops heating.
Advice
• To reduce the cooking time, set the maximum power when the appliance is
turned on.
• As soon as the container is warm, set the power to the desired position.
• The contents of a saucepan heat faster with an induction cooking plate than with
a traditional one.
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
1. Always unplug unit from electrical outlet and allow to cool before cleaning.
2. NEVER IMMERSE IN WATER.
3. Use damp soapy cloth or sponge to clean surface of hotplate, chrome burner
ring, drip pan and base. The sponge or cloth should only be damp without
water dripping to avoid water leaking into the hotplate.
