The IFOAM PRO equipment must NOT be used for any purpose other than those described in this
instruction manual.
Before starting up the equipment, make sure that all electrical and liquid connections are correct.
Do not direct the jet of the spear on people.
Be careful to place your equipment on a smooth and stable surface. Lock the brakes on the front wheels
to keep the machine stable while working.
Persons operating this equipment must be sufficiently trained.
It is advisable to use mechanical protection gloves and coveralls to operate the equipment.
Safety goggles must be worn to prevent chemical splashes or dust from reaching the operator’s eyes.
Properly secure the machine in an upright position and block the wheels during transport in a vehicle.

IFOAM PRO is a machine for generating and applying active foam at low pressure, and then rinsing with water
at high or low pressure.
It is suitable for work in kitchens and food companies, as well as for the use of tested aggressive chemicals. It
can be used in exhaust ducts and fume hoods.
It must be used in combination with a manual lance as shown in the diagram.

Place your IFOAM PRO on a smooth and stable surface. Once the
machine is in an optimal position for the work to be carried out, lock
the brakes on the front wheels to keep the machine stable.
The connection will be made by means of an electrical connection
cable that comes connected to the equipment.
Remove the cable from the bracket and connect it to the mains,
making sure that the connector is suitable for the type of plug.
Connect the hose to a mains water supply with a minimum
pressure of 1 bar. Adapters for different taps are available as
optional accessories.
Connect the hose to your IFOAM PRO at the water inlet connection.

The inlet temperature of the mains water must not
exceed 60ºC as this may cause irreparable damage to
the internal components of the equipment.

Connection of the hand lance to the high pressure hose:

Remove the lance from its holder and the high-pressure spray
gun from the top drawer of the equipment.
Connect the gun to the lance using the quick connector.
Connect the high-pressure hose to your Ifoam.
The manual lance enables the high-pressure rinsing function.
The lance is connected directly to the equipment by means of a high-pressure hose.
Connection and disconnection must be carried out when the equipment is switched off.

To prevent the lance from being accidentally activated, the pistol
grip has a trigger safety system. This system is released by turning
the safety and placing it on the trigger.
Once the lance and spray gun assembly is connected, mount the
required nozzle according to the desired angle of incidence for
rinsing.
Remove the corresponding nozzle from the top drawer of the
equipment and connect it to the lance as shown in the figure.
Attach the high-pressure hose to the other end.

Connect the low-pressure hose to your Ifoam Pro.
Remove the lance from its holder and the low-pressure spray
gun from the top drawer of the equipment.
Connect the gun to the lance using the quick connector.
The manual lance enables the rinsing and foaming function at low pressure.
The lance is connected directly to the equipment by means of a low-pressure hose and an adapter.
Connection and disconnection must be carried out when the equipment is switched off.

Once the lance and spray gun assembly is connected, the low
pressure foam and rinse nozzle shall be mounted.
The angle of incidence of the lance is set by moving the lance
handle back and forth.
The working range is 20 to 140 degrees.
Connect the low pressure hose to the other end.

Connection of the chemist:

Insert the bottle without the stopper and fit the stopper supplied
with the equipment.
Close the compartment.
Open the chemical compartment at the front of the unit by lowering
the latch and folding the door forward.

It is preferable to remove the chemical canister when the
equipment is not in use.
When connecting a new chemical bottle, to speed up the
chemical suction and pump priming, activate the foaming
option with the water flow closed. Once you detect that
foam starts to come out continuously, open the water
flow again.

For low-pressure foaming, the black nozzle must be fitted.
The foaming system is activated by pressing the white button. Once
activated, the LED strip will turn white and you can start working.
Steps for a correct start-up of the equipment:

Switch on your IFOAM PRO by pressing the onon/off button. The LED
strip will turn green in colour, with increasing and decreasing intensity.
The equipment is ready for use.

For low-pressure rinsing, the black nozzle must be fitted.
The rinsing system is activated by pressing the blue button. Once
activated, the LED strip will turn blue and work can begin.
