FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
The IVY is intended for hair removal and skin rejuvenaon. This product can be used for excessive
hair on mulple body parts (ex. lip, arpit, limbs, forehead, etc.). The device works most eecvely
on users with black or dark hair. It is not suitable for white, grey, or blonde hair. Please refer to
the color contrast card below for reference.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1) Use a medical alcohol wipe to clean the glass window prior to use.
2) Plug the device into a working outlet. The white indicator light should be ickering.
3) Press and hold the < <Power Buon>> for 3 seconds to enter the device into the working state.
The display will turn on while the system is running.
Note: The white indicator light will be on during the start-up process.
• The white indicator light will icker when in proximity to skin due to the built-in sensor in the
ash window.
• If the white light indicator is not ickering. bring the device closer to the skin unl it ickers.
4) Click the <<Power Buon» to select the desired intensity level. The IVY has 5 intensity levels
(1 - minimum, 5 - maximum) as shown in the diagram below. To adjust the intensity level, press
the «Power Buon>> unl the desired intensity level is readied.

5) Move the ash window to the target area unl the power indicator light is ickering. Press the
«Pulse Light Launch Buon» to ash one me. Aer every ash, the red indicator light will be
turned o to charge the power. Aer 1-3 seconds, the light will return to indicate that it is ready
for connued use.
Note:
• For ideal results, it is recommended to ash in the some target area 2-3 mes and consistently
across all intended areas.
• The IVY is not working correctly if the white indicator light is not ickering. If this situaon
occurs, please follow the steps below:
A. Ensure the ash window is close enough to the skin.
B. If the white indicator light is not ickering, move the device to your skin for a duraon of 3-5
seconds and monitor the light to check for normal funcon.
C. If Step 2 is ineecve, restart the device and aempt the funcon again.
D. If the above steps do not solve the issue, please contact our customer support.
6) Press and hold the <<Power Buon» for 3 seconds to shut the IVY down.
7) When nished using the IVY, clean the ash window using a medical alcohol wipe. Note: Aer
frequent use of the device, white spots will appear on the inside of the lens. This will not aect
the performance of the IVY.
HAIR MANAGEMENT PROCESS
TEST BEFORE USE
1) It is strongly advised to check for adverse reacons by conducng a skin test at least 2 hours
in advance of any hair removal procedures.
Test Method:
• On a small area of skin (ex. inside of the upper arm), apply ashes 1-2 mes from low intensity
to high intensity.
• If redness, burns, stabbing pain, or other symptoms occur aer 2 hours, consult a doctor before
using again.

• If slight discomfort appears, lower the intensity level before using again. If discomfort
connues, consult a doctor before further use.

OPERATING STEPS
1) Clean the ash window using medical alcohol wipes and shave the target area. Clean o any
residual hair.
2) Start the device and choose the intensity level best suited for hair removal.
3) Aer using the device, it is recommended to cool the skin using ice water, a damp towel, or a
cooling balm. A toner may also be used to retain skin moisture.
4) It is strongly advised to not use the device mulple mes on the same target area. Flashing
should be done less than two mes in succession in one locaon. The operaon frequency mes
should be reduced when using the device on a high intensity level.
Note:
• Use 6-10 mes during a removal cycle.
• Use once every 2 weeks during the removal cycle.
• if new thin hair grows aer use, operate once every 2-3 months and connue for further
results.
• It is recommended to trim thick areas of hair prior to use.
• Connue to use the device less frequently when hair growth diminishes considerably.
5) To obtain a reference for sessions, intensity level for skin color and specic body parts, please
refer to the following scheme

DEVICE OPERATION NOTES
1) Do not ash near or directly at the eyes during use.
2) Do not clean the ash window directly with spray alcohol.
3) Do not apply cosmecs such as water gel to the skin prior to use.
4) Avoid light sensive food (ex. spinach) during operaon.
5) For best results, use the higher intensity levels. (WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT UNTIL AFTER
FOLLOWING THE PREVIOUS INSTRUCTIONS)
6) Darker skin colors may not provide immediate skin reacons. Follow the 2 hour waing period
listed previously before increasing the intensity level.
7) Skin moisturizers and sun block can be used as directed aer using the device.
8) Avoid UV rays during use and protect your skin while in the sun.
9) Do not block the Air Inlet and the Cooling Outlet as this can aect the device's cooling process.

10) Hair stuck to the device may result in blank spots; however, this does not aect the IVY's
performance.
11) Connued use of the device may result in dark discoloraon of the light bulb. This will not
disrupt the device's performance unless the light bulb is unable to operate.
12) This product is not waterproof and must be kept away from water.
13) Immediately disconnue use if the plug cord is frayed.
14) Do not store the device near areas with strong magnec elds, moisture, dust, or high
temperatures.
15) Keep out of reach of children.
16) Do not use in conjuncon with other IPL hair removal products.
