Scan the QR code (Android only) to download and install the FitFly APP
The APP will appear with the following icon:
Connecng the watch
1. Open the app on the cell phone to set up the personal informaon.
2. Switch to the device page, click on "pair device" (make sure Bluetooth is enabled on the phone
and the watch is turned on).
3. Click on your device in the list of available devices.

4. Complete the pairing.
Once the watch has been successfully paired, the watch will automacally connect to the cell
phone even if the app is not open, the data can be synchronized by pulling down on the client
data page.
Operaon guide
From the main screen swipe down to access the short funcon links, swipe to the side to view
your nocaons
You can make calls by connecng your phone's Bluetooth to the watch (Note: other funcons
must be connected to the cell phone through the APP to be used).
Important points to note:
1. If the watch has been connected by another cell phone, please disconnect it on the original
cell phone and restore the factory sengs again in the watch sengs.
2. Please note that the Bluetooth name of the connecon match the name that appears when
you made the pairing with the APP.
3. Please keep within a range of no more than 5 meters, otherwise the call quality will be
aected.
Introducon to watch funcons
Sleep
The watch can record and display the total sleep duraon and quality duraon (deep sleep / light
sleep). A more detailed analysis of the informaon and data records can be viewed in the app.
Heart rate
Slide your nger to the heart rate interface and tap the screen again to start heart rate
measurement. More detailed informaon analysis and data logs can be viewed from the app.
Sport informaon
The watch can record and display calories burned while walking and daily mileage informaon.
More detailed analysis informaon and data logs can be viewed from the cell phone.

Blood pressure
Slide your nger to the blood pressure interface and tap the screen again to start the blood
pressure measurement. A more detailed analysis of the informaon and data records can be
viewed from the cell phone.
Blood oxygen
Slide your nger to the blood oxygen interface and touch the screen again to start the blood
oxygen measurement. A more detailed analysis of the informaon and data records can be
viewed from the cell phone.
Weather informaon
The weather panel will display the current weather, air quality informaon and tomorrow's
condions. Weather informaon can only be obtained aer connecng to the app. If the
connecon is disconnected for a long period of me, the weather informaon will not be
updated. Re-opening the app will automacally retrieve the latest weather informaon.
Incoming nocaons
The watch can receive nocaon alerts from the cell phone, you will need to enable and
authorize all nocaon and alert permissions on the phone. The message page of the watch
can store the last 5 message logs.
Stopwatch
Slide your nger to the stopwatch interface and touch the screen to start recording me. A more
detailed analysis of the informaon and data logs can be viewed on the cell phone.
Other funcons
The other funcons of the watch include stopwatch, alarm clock, mer, brightness adjustment,
factory reset, phone search and other funcons.
Smart alarm clock
You can set the alarm clock alarm clock in the app. You can set up to 3 alarm clocks. When seng
the me, the watch will display the alarm clock icon and vibrate.
Calculator
Swipe up to the calculator interface and tap the screen again to start using the calculaon.
Playing music
Aer successfully connecng with the phone's Bluetooth, the watch can play the songs in the
phone's playlist via Bluetooth.
Calendar
Slide your nger to the calendar interface and touch the screen again to start using the calendar.
Frequently asked quesons and answers
Quesons and answers about connecng calls and music player

1. If you need to play and answer calls through the watch, connect the device with bluetooth in
the cell phone - sengs - bluetooth (if you cannot use it aer a period of me due to
malfuncon, you can also repeat these steps).
2. If you are unable to nd the device once the bluetooth switch on the cell phone has been
turned on:
a. Please swipe down on the top of the clock (top drop-down menu)-sengs-conrm that the
phone is "on".
b. If necessary and you sll can't nd it, please go to clock-sengs-return to factory sengs, and
go back to step 1 to a bluetooth connected device.
3. If the watch connecon is moved away from the phone for a long period, in order to achieve
low power consumpon and increase baery life, the watch will automacally disconnect from
the phone will be displayed as "not connected".
4. If it is the case, please pull down the menu - sengs - call from the watch, switch the switch
once and then turn it on, the watch link will automacally reconnect with the phone.
Click to close the call funcon, and then click to call again to change the status to "ON" again to
re-enter the connecon status, the watch will automacally reconnect with the phone
Why is the blood pressure value of the sphygmomanometer dierent?
The deviaon between the value measured by the watch and the sphygmomanometer is
determined by many factors. The measuring posion of the sphygmomanometer is the brachial
artery, and the measuring posion of the watch is on the two main branches of the arterioles.
Under normal circumstances, the aorc blood pressure measurement and arteriolar blood
pressure measurement the value will vary from three to forty; if you use a watch and a
sphygmomanometer to measure at the same me, because the blood owing in the arteries is
eccentric, the sphygmomanometer uses the strap below the middle of the elbow to be under
pressure, temporarily blood can not ow smoothly to the lower pulsang branch; increased
vascular tension, making the upper and lower blood pressure measurements more deviaons.
Why can't I take a hot bath with my watch?
The temperature of the bath water is usually relavely high, which produces a lot of water vapor,
the molecular radius of water vapor is small, so it is easy to penetrate through the watch case
hole. When the temperature cools down, the vapor turns back to liquid, which may cause the
watch to short-circuit.
Why can't the watch receive nocaons?
Android phone sengs:
1. Conrm that the message nocaon switch is turned on on the cell phone.
2. The watch message alert is done by reading the message in the cell phone nocaon bar, if
there is no message in the cell phone nocaon bar and the watch does not have the
nocaons approved, the watch will not be able to receive the message. (You have to nd the
nocaon sengs in the phone sengs and turn on the WeChat/phone/SMS/mobile client
nocaon switch.)

3. Open the accessibility sengs of the watch client (Find the accessibility in the phone sengs
and turn on all the nocaon icons).
