Replacement hydrogels are available from your supplier or
distributor (see back cover for contact details), by mail order
from TensCare, by telephone using a credit or debit card, or
through the TensCare website.

12. Warranty
This warranty refers to the device, electrodes and charging
adapter. It does not cover hydrogels.
This product is warranted to be free from manufacturing
defects for 1 year from date of purchase.
Thiswarrantyisvoidiftheproductismodiedoraltered,
issubjecttomisuseorabuse;damagedintransit;lackof
responsiblecare;isdropped;ifincorrectbatteryhasbeen
tted;iftheunithasbeenimmersedinwater;ifdamage
occurs by reason of failure to follow the written instruction
bookletenclosed;orifproductrepairsarecarriedout
without authority from TensCare Ltd.
We will repair, or at our option replace free of charge, any
parts necessary to correct material or workmanship, or
replace the entire unit and return to you during the period
of the warranty. Otherwise, we will quote for any repair
which will be carried out on acceptance of our quotation.
Thebenetsconferredbythiswarrantyareinadditiontoall
other rights and remedies in respect of the product, which
the consumer has under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded
under the UK consumer Law. You are entitled to have
the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality.
Before sending in your unit for service, please make sure you
have reviewed the troubleshooting section, read the manual
fully and followed all the instructions.
