Connect the HDMI or SDI output from your video source to Serv Pro’s input connector (I or J).
Connect power to Serv Pro using the included A/C adapter.

POWER AND CONNECT

Turn the Power switch on the back (N) to the ON position.
a. Access Point (AP) Mode - Connect your device to Serv Pro’s WiFi network:
Serv-Pro- XXXXX (XXXXX is the last ve digits of Serv Pro’s serial number).
Connect via Ethernet
Connect to a WiFi Network (AP Mode)
b. Client Mode - Select Client, tap Scan for Networks, then enter your credentials for the
network you select.
You can use the front panel interface or the built-in web UI to control and congure Serv Pro to
connect to a network. Choose one of the following options to get Serv Pro online.
GET ONLINE
Navigate to the Network Setup menu and select a WiFi mode:
Plug an Ethernet cable into Serv Pro’s 10/100/1000 Ethernet port and connect it to an Ethernet
switch or router.

Serv Pro also has a web user interface (web UI)
for conguring stream and network settings. The
web UI can be accessed by using any available
network interface.
CONFIGURE SERV PRO
2Navigate to the Network Setup menu,
then select Wired to verify that Ethernet
is set to DHCP and to view Serv Pro’s IP
address. If using a Wi-Fi network, select
WiFi, then select [Status] to view the IP
address.
Connect your computer or cellular device
to the same network as Serv Pro.

Access web UI
3Open a web browser and enter Serv Pro’s
IP address in the address bar.
•Encryption - Enable or disable encryption
•Image Overlay - Superimpose images onto your video stream.
•Audio - Congure the audio input source
•SDI Ancillary Data - Extract timecode or closed captions data from the SDI input to embed
into your stream

MONITOR WITH VUER
VUER is a free application that allows you to
monitor and analyze up to four live HD video feeds
simultaneously, each with its own set of tools to help
you and your crew gain insights into your footage.
2Connect your device to the same network as
Serv Pro (Ethernet or WiFi), then launch VUER.
Download VUER from the App Store (iOS
devices), or from the Google Play Store
(Android devices).

2From the VUER app, tap CAMERA on
the upper, left-hand corner, choose your
device(s), then tap Done.
3To adjust the stream resolution and bitrate, long-press VIDEO on the Tool bar to display the
full menu. Make your selection, then tap APPLY.
