properly installed.
Fall Hazards
Do not sit, stand or climbon
the platform guard rails.
Maintain afirm footing on the
platform floor at all times.
Do not climbdown from the
platform when raised.
Attach platform entry chain and close
entry gate before operating.
CrushingHazards
Keep handsand limbs out of scissors.
Use common sense and planning when operating
machine with controller from ground. Maintain
safe distancesbetween operator, machine and
fixed objects.
Collision Hazards
Be aware of limited sight
distance and blind spotswhen
driving or operating.
Check work areafor overhead
obstructionsor other possible
hazards.
Be aware of crushing hazard when grasping
platform guard rail.
Observe and use color-coded direction arrowson
the platform controlsfor drive and steer functions.
Damaged Machine Hazards
Do not use adamaged or malfunctioning machine.
Be sure all maintenance has been performed as
specified in the appropriate operator'sand service
manuals
Be sure all decalsare in place and legible.
Be sure safety, operator’s and responsibilities
manualsare complete, legible and in the storage
container located on the platform.
