perché fornisce importanti indicazioni ed avvertenze
sulla sicurezza, l’uso e la manutenzione del vostro apparecchio.

targa dati posta sul lato inferiore dell’apparecchio.
• Prima di collegare la spina alla presa di corrente, verificare che la

professionalmente qualificato.
• Collegare il prodotto solo a una presa dotata di collegamento a
terra. La sicurezza elettrica di questo apparecchio è assicurata solo
se è correttamente collegata a un efficace sistema di messa a terra
in conformità con gli standard di sicurezza elettrica esistenti. Il
funzionamento deve avvenire con un interruttore aggiuntivo con
dispersione a terra, con corrente di intervento non superiore a 30mA.

Non toccare il contenitore (7), il cestello (3) e le
parti metalliche dell’apparecchio nei minuti
seguenti al suo spegnimento. Attendere il
raffreddamento delle parti calde per effettuare
qualsiasi operazione di pulizia.
• Avvertenza: Non spostate il prodotto mentre è già in funzione.
• Prima di muovere, spostare il prodotto, assicuratevi che si sia
raffreddato sufficientemente.
• Appoggiare il prodotto su una superficie stabile e resistente al
calore, lontano da materiali o oggetti facilmente infiammabili.
• In nessun caso il prodotto deve essere incassato o inserito in un
mobile.
• Non posare oggetti sopra il prodotto mentre è in funzione.
• Allorché si decida di smaltire come rifiuto questo apparecchio, si
raccomanda di renderlo inoperante tagliandone il cavo di
alimentazione. Si raccomanda inoltre di rendere innocue quelle parti
dell’apparecchio suscettibili di costituire un pericolo, specialmente
per i bambini che potrebbero servirsi dell’apparecchio per i propri
giochi.

• Non ostruire le prese d’aria.
• Per evitare interruzioni del flusso d’aria, non collocare niente sopra
l’apparecchio e verificare che vi siano sempre 10 cm di spazio libero
attorno all’apparecchio.
• Non riempire il contenitore (7) con olio. Pericolo d’incendio.
• Durante l’uso, aria e vapore caldi fuoriescono dalla presa d’aria.
Tenere le mani ed il viso lontano dalla presa d’aria.
• Quando si rimuove il contenitore (7), dal corpo apparecchio,
fuoriescono anche aria e vapori caldi. Tenere le mani ed il viso
lontano dal contenitore.
• Se fuoriesce del fumo nero dalla presa d’aria, spegnare subito
l’apparecchio. Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente. Attendere
che termini la fuoriuscita di fumo dalla presa d’aria. Estrarre il
contenitore del corpo apparecchio.
• Non immergere l’apparecchio in liquidi.
• In caso di utilizzo commerciale, o inappropriato, o illegale, o
irragionevole o di mancato rispetto delle prescrizioni e istruzioni,

• In caso di mancanza rete, spegnere l'apparecchio e staccare la
spina dalla presa.
PROTEGGI L'AMBIENTE!
Questo apparecchio contiene numerosi materiali riutilizzabili
o riciclabili. Al termine del ciclo di vita, rendere inoperante
l’apparecchio scollegando prima la spina dalla presa di corrente e poi
tagliando il cavo di alimentazione. Per lo smaltimento attenersi alle
norme in vigore nel proprio luogo di residenza.

CONSERVATE CON CURA

Importante!
Tutte le operazioni di montaggio, smontaggio e pulizia devono
essere effettuate ad apparecchio spento, freddo e con la spina
scollegata dalla presa di corrente.
1 - PRIMA DELL'USO
• Rimuovere imballaggi, etichette e quant'altro è stato messo a protezione del
vostro apparecchio, e riporli in un posto sicuro lontano dalla portata di bambini.
• Leggere tutto il presente manuale perché contiene informazioni importanti per
la sicurezza nonché il modo per garantire al vostro apparecchio una vita lunga
e proficua.
• Prima di usare l’apparecchio per la prima volta, lavare il contenitore (7) ed il
cestello (3).
- Afferrare l’impugnatura (6) ed estrarre il contenitore completo di cestello dal
corpo dell’apparecchio (2).
- Sollevare il cursore trasparente (4).
- Premere il pulsante di sblocco del cestello (5) e contemporaneamente estrarre
il cestello dal contenitore sollevandolo verso l’alto.
Il contenitore ed il cestello possono essere lavati in lavastoviglie. In alternativa,
utilizzare un detersivo per piatti e una spugna morbida, non abrasiva.
• Prima di procedere con l’utilizzo della friggitrice, effettuare un ciclo di
funzionamento a vuoto per 10 minuti circa impostando con la manopola del
termostato (1) la massima temperatura. Questa operazione consentirà di
eliminare l’odore di nuovo.
• Durante il ciclo di funzionamento, aerare l’ambiente.
NOTA!
Al primo utilizzo possono formarsi dei fumi, ciò è normale ed è
dovuto agli elementi protettivi di lavorazione residui sulle resistenze
interne: questo scomparirà con gli impieghi successivi.

2 – PANNELLO COMANDI
MANOPOLA TERMOSTATO (1)
• La manopola (1) permette di impostare la temperatura
ideale per la cottura da 80°C a 200 °C.
MANOPOLA TIMER (8)
Funzionamento automatico a tempo
• Il timer permette di impostare un tempo di
funzionamento da 1 a 30 minuti. Al termine del tempo
impostato il timer emette un segnale acustico e la
friggitrice smette di funzionare automaticamente.
• Per interrompere il funzionamento dell’apparecchio
prima del termine del tempo preimpostato, ruotare la
manopola del timer in senso antiorario fino a portarlo
sulla posizione “0” (apparecchio spento).
3 – MESSA IN FUNZIONE
• Posizionare l’apparecchio su una superficie stabile, piana, regolare e resistente
al calore.
• Collegare la spina a una presa elettrica.
• Afferrare l’impugnatura (6) ed estrarre il contenitore completo di cestello dal corpo
dell’apparecchio (2).
• Introdurre gli ingredienti da cuocere nel cestello (3) senza superare il livello
massimo indicato all’interno dello stesso.
• Inserire il contenitore nel corpo apparecchio (2).
Se il contenitore non è stato inserito correttamente lʼapparecchio non si
avvia.
• Impostare la temperatura di cottura desiderata agendo sulla manopola termostato
(1) posta nella parte superiore del corpo apparecchio. La temperatura può essere
impostata tra 80°C e 200 °C.

• Impostare il tempo di cottura ruotando la manopola (8) presente sulla parte
frontale della friggitrice: è possibile selezionare un tempo da 1 minuto a 30 minuti.
• Durante la cottura si può notare che la spia di funzionamento (9) si accende e si
spegne periodicamente. Questo indica gli interventi del termostato che mantiene la
giusta temperatura del vano cottura.
• Estraendo il contenitore (7) durante il processo di frittura, l’apparecchio spegne
automaticamente. Quando il contenitore viene reinserito, il programma riprende.
• Al termine del periodo impostato, l’apparecchio emette un “beep” e si spegne.
• Verificare l’effettiva cottura dell’alimento, estrarre il contenitore completo per
mezzo dell’apposita impugnatura (6) ed appoggiarlo su una superficie resistente
al calore.
• Se gli ingredienti non sono pronti, basterà reinserire il contenitore
nell’apparecchio e ruotare la manopola del timer per qualche minuto.
• Rimuovete il cestello (3) premendo l’apposito pulsante (5) e servite l’alimento.
Estrarre gli alimenti solo con accessori in gomma, plastica o legno per non
danneggiare lo strato antiaderente del cestello (3).
Attenzione!
Pericolo di ustioni. Non toccare il contenitore (7), il cestello (3) e le parti
metalliche dellʼapparecchio nei minuti seguenti al suo spegnimento.
Attendere il raffreddamento delle parti calde.
CONSIGLI:
- Vi consigliamo di preriscaldare la friggitrice per l’esecuzione di alcune ricette o
diminuire i tempi di cottura: è sufficiente accendere per 3-5 minuti il prodotto alla
temperatura desiderata prima di inserire l’alimento da cucinare.
- Per spegnere anticipatamente la friggitrice, ruotare la manopola temporizzatore
(8) sullo 0.
- Controllare periodicamente la cottura, specialmente durante le fritture, scuotendo
gli alimenti per evitare che si attacchino.
- Per ottenere delle fritture di patate fresche più croccanti è sufficiente cospargerle
con un cucchiaio d’olio.
- Gli ingredienti più piccoli necessitano di un tempo di cottura leggermente più breve
rispetto ad ingredienti più grossi.
- Una quantità maggiore di ingredienti richiede un tempo di preparazione
leggermente più lungo.
- Mescolare gli ingredienti più piccoli a metà cottura ottimizza il risultato finale e
aiuta una cottura uniforme.
- Gli snack da cuocere nel forno possono essere cotti nella friggitrice ad aria calda.

5 – PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
ATTENZIONE!
Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente e attendere che la friggitrice
si raffreddi completamente prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia e/o
manutenzione.
CONSIGLI:
La pulizia dell’apparecchio risulterà più facile se viene eseguita subito dopo l’uso.
Si consiglia una pulizia frequente per evitare la formazione di fumi e cattivi odori
durante la cottura.
Pulizia dellʼapparecchio
Pulire le parti in plastica con un panno umido non abrasivo e asciugarle con un
panno asciutto.
Pulire la parte interna dell’apparecchio con un panno non abrasivo, imbevuto di
acqua calda. Asciugare le superfici.
Pulire le resistenze con un panno asciutto per rimuovere eventuali residui di cibo.
Pulizia dei componenti
Il contenitore (7) ed il cestello (3) possono essere lavati in lavastoviglie. In
alternativa, utilizzare un comune detersivo per piatti e una spugna morbida, non
abrasiva.
- Afferrare l’impugnatura (6) ed estrarre il contenitore completo di cestello dal corpo
apparecchio.
- Premere il pulsante di sblocco (5) e contemporaneamente estrarre il cestello da
contenitore sollevandolo verso l’alto.
Per ammorbidire i residui di cibo sul cestello è possibile riempire il contenitore (7)
con acqua calda e aggiungere alcune gocce di detersivo. Inserire il cestello (3) e
lasciare agire per 10 minuti. Quindi lavare ed asciugare.
Il contenitore ed il cestello sono in materiale antiaderente:
- non utilizzare spugne abrasive o di metallo per il lavaggio in quanto
comprometterebbero il rivestimento.
- in seguito ad un uso prolungato potrebbero manifestarsi opacità e lievi striature
che non compromettono la cottura e il gusto degli alimenti.
- in caso di segni profondi o scalfitture che provochino il distacco del rivestimento
procedere con la sostituzione del cestello (3).
• Non immergere mai l’apparecchio in acqua o in altri liquidi.
• Non lavare l’apparecchio sotto un getto d’acqua.
• Non utilizzare prodotti chimici o abrasivi.
• Non lavare l’interno della friggitrice con sostanze infiammabili come alcool.
• Non cuocere cibi imbevuti di sostanze infiammabili.

important indications with regard to safety in use
and maintenance of your item. Keep it with care.

• The voltage of power mains shall match with the one as indicated in
the rating label placed on product.

working voltage of the appliance corresponds to the one in your

Do not touch the container (7), the basket (3) and the
metal parts of the appliance in the minutes following
its switch-off. Wait for the hot parts to cool down to
carry out any cleaning operation
• Caution: Do not move the air-fryer when it is in use.
• Before carrying, transporting or storing the oven, ensure that is has
sufficiently cooled down.
• Place the product on a stable and heat resistant surface, away from
easily inflammable materials or objects.
• Do not, under any circumstances, place the product into a wall unit
or cabinet.
• Do not place objects on the top of the product while it is operating.
• If you decide to dispose of this appliance as waste, it is
recommended to render it inoperative by cutting the power cord. It is
also recommended to render harmless those parts of the appliance
that could constitute a danger, especially for children who could use
the appliance for their games.
• Do not obstruct the air vents.
• To avoid interruptions in the air flow, do not place anything on top of
the appliance and check that there is always 10 cm of free space
around the appliance.
• Do not fill the container (7) with oil. Danger of fire.
• During use, hot air and steam come out of the air intake. Keep your
hands and face away from the air intake.
• When the container (7) is removed from the body of the appliance,
hot air and vapours also escape. Keep your hands and face away
from the container.
• If black smoke comes out of the air intake, turn off the appliance
immediately. Remove the plug from the socket. Wait for the smoke to

stop coming out of the air intake. Remove the housing from the
appliance body.
• Do not immerse the device in liquids.
• In case of commercial, or inadequate, or illegitimate, or mistaken,
or unreasonable use, non-compliant with the prescriptions and
instructions, LANGE DISTRIBUTION cannot be held responsible and
all warranties are void.
• In case of mains failure, switch the appliance off and disconnect
plug from socket.
PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT!
This appliance contains several reusable or recyclable
materials. At the end of its life cycle, make the appliance
unusable by disconnecting first it from mains and then, cutting off the
power cord. For the disposal of the appliance follow the regulations
which are in force in your place of residence.

IMPORTANT!
All assembly, disassembly and cleaning operations must be
carried out when the appliance is switched off, cooled and
with the plug disconnected from the socket.
1 – BEFORE USE
• Remove packaging materials, labels, bags and anything else has employed in
order to protect the appliance and place them in a safe place far from reach of
children.
• Read this instruction manual completely because it contains important safety
prescriptions and also the way to grant to your product a long and useful
lifespan.

• Before using the appliance for the first time, wash the container (7) and the
basket (3).
- Grasp the handle (6) and extract the container complete with basket from the
appliance body (2).
- Lift the transparent slider (4).
- Press the basket release button (5) and at the same time remove the basket
from the container by lifting it upwards.
• The container and the basket can be washed in the dishwasher. Alternatively,
use dish soap and a soft, non-abrasive sponge.
• Before proceeding with the use of the fryer, carry out an operating cycle with no
load for about 10 minutes, setting the maximum temperature with the thermostat
knob (1). This operation will eliminate the new smell.
• During the operating cycle, make sure the room is well ventilated.
NOTE!
There may be some smoke when you use the appliance for the first
time, this is normal and is due to residue from production protective
substances on the heating elements: this will disappear when you
use it again.
2 – CONTROL PANEL
THERMOSTAT KNOB
• The knob (1) allows setting the ideal cooking
temperature from 80°C to 200°C.
TIMER KNOB (8)
Automatic operation with preset time
• The timer allows the setting of an operating time from 1
to 30 minutes. At the end of the settled time, an acoustic
signal will be heard and the air-fryer stops operating
automatically.
• To interrupt the operation of the appliance before the
end of the pre-selected time, turn the timer dial counter-
clockwise until it reaches the “0” position. (appliance off).

3 – PUTTING INTO OPERATION
• Place the device on a stable, flat, regular and heat-resistant surface.
• Connect the plug to an electrical socket.
• Grasp the handle (6) and remove the container complete with
basket from the appliance body (2).
• Introduce the ingredients to be cooked into the basket (3) without
exceeding the maximum level indicated inside it.
• Insert the container into the appliance body (2).
If the container has not been inserted correctly, the appliance will not
start.
• Set the desired cooking temperature by turning the thermostat knob

• Set the cooking time by turning the knob (8) on the front of the fryer:
it is possible to select a time from 1 minute to 30 minutes.
• During cooking, you may notice that the operation light (9) turns on

which maintains the correct temperature in the cooking compartment.
• By removing the container (7) during the frying process, the
appliance switches off automatically. When the container is
reinserted, the program resumes.
• At the end of the set period, the device emits a "beep" and turns off.
• Check that the food is actually cooked, remove the complete
container using the special handle (6) and place it on a heat-resistant
surface.
• If the ingredients are not ready, simply reinsert the container into the
appliance and turn the timer knob for a few minutes.
• Remove the basket (3) by pressing the appropriate button (5) and
serve the food.
Remove the food only with rubber, plastic or wooden accessories to
avoid damaging the non-stick layer of the basket (3).

Warning!
Danger of burns. Do not touch the container (7), the basket (3)
and the metal parts of the appliance in the minutes following its
shutdown. Wait for the hot parts to cool down.
TIPS:
- We recommend that you preheat the fryer for the execution of some
recipes or reduce the cooking times: simply turn on the product for 3-
5 minutes at the desired temperature before inserting the food to be
cooked.
- To switch off the fryer prematurely, turn the timer knob (8) to 0.
- Periodically check the cooking, especially during frying, shaking the
food to prevent it from sticking.
- To obtain crispier fried fresh potatoes, simply sprinkle them with a
tablespoon of oil.
- Smaller ingredients need a slightly shorter cooking time than larger
ingredients.
- A larger quantity of ingredients requires a slightly longer preparation
time.
- Mixing the smaller ingredients halfway through cooking optimizes
the final result and helps even cooking.
- Oven-baked snacks can be cooked in the hot air fryer.
