Leggere il presente manuale in quanto fornisce importanti
indicazioni ed avvertenze sulla sicurezza, l’uso e la manutenzione
del vostro apparecchio e conservarlo con cura per ogni ulteriore
consultazione.
• Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio. In caso di dubbio non
utilizzarlo e rivolgersi al nostro centro assistenza al Numero Verde 800 200 899.
• Non lasciare gli elementi dell’imballaggio (sacchetti in plastica, polistirolo espanso, chiodi,
ecc.) alla portata di bambini o persone con capacità mentali ridotte in quanto potenziali fonti
di pericolo.

•Quando si appoggia il ferro sulla base della caldaia, assicurarsi che la caldaia sia

PER STIRARE A VAPORE
COME RIEMPIRE D’ACQUA LA CALDAIA
• Assicurarsi sempre che la spina sia scollegata dalla presa di corrente prima di eseguire
questa operazione.
• Svitare il tappo (5) in senso antiorario e versare l’acqua lentamente nel foro di apertura
della caldaia utilizzando l’imbuto in dotazione al ne di evitare inutili fuoriuscite. Avvitare
il tappo in senso orario.
• Riempire la caldaia esclusivamente con acqua corrente senza superare la capacità
massima. Non aggiungere mai detersivi, additivi chimici o decalcicanti.
CONSIGLIO: Se l’acqua della propria zona fosse particolarmente calcarea, utilizzare
acqua distillata.
ATTENZIONE!
Non svitare mai il tappo caldaia (5) quando l’apparecchio è in funzione, ma attendere
che la caldaia si sia raffreddata prima di procedere all’apertura.
MESSA IN FUNZIONE
• Posizionare l’apparecchio su una supercie orizzontale stabile.
• Appoggiare il ferro da stiro sulla base (3) del corpo caldaia.
• Riempire la caldaia come specicato nel paragrafo precedente.
• Svolgere per tutta la sua lunghezza il cavo di alimentazione (7) ed inserire la spina
nella presa di corrente
• Premere il pulsante di accensione/spegnimento della caldaia (2) portandolo in posizione
“acceso” (I).
• Ruotare la manopola di regolazione della temperatura (13) del ferro da stiro sulla
posizione per la stiratura a vapore.
• La spia (14) del ferro da stiro si illumina e si spegnerà dopo qualche minuto, al
raggiungimento della temperatura impostata.
• Quando la spia (8) si accende, l’apparecchio è pronto per erogare vapore.
• Durante il funzionamento, la spia del ferro (14) e quella di pronto vapore (8) si accendono
e si spengono indicando che la temperatura del ferro e la pressione all’interno della

ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
SCELTA DELLA TEMPERATURA DEL FERRO
A seconda del tipo di tessuto che si intende stirare, regolare la temperatura del ferro
ruotando l’apposita manopola (13).
La temperatura scelta è quella che si trova in corrispondenza dell’indicatore (12).

• Durante le pause di stiratura, appoggiare il ferro da stiro sulla base d’appoggio (3) del
corpo caldaia.
STIRATURA
• Per ottenere la fuoriuscita di vapore premere il tasto (11) del ferro da stiro; rilasciando
il tasto il getto di vapore si interrompe.
• Per utilizzare la funzione di vapore continuo, premere il tasto (11) e contemporaneamente
spingere il cursore (11.a) verso l’impugnatura in sughero del ferro. Per disattivare questa
funzione, spostare il cursore (11.a) in direzione opposta all’impugnatura.
• Posizionando il ferro da stiro in verticale ad una distanza di circa 20 cm è possibile
erogare vapore per ravvivare tessuti e donare nuova freschezza.
• Non eseguire questa operazione su capi indossati in quanto il vapore è molto
caldo e può provocare scottature.
• Prima di iniziare a stirare tessuti delicati, si consiglia di fare delle prove in un
punto nascosto del capo come ad esempio un risvolto.
• Si consiglia di iniziare a stirare i tessuti più delicati che richiedono temperature
più basse, per passare poi ai tessuti più resistenti che richiedono temperature
più alte.
ATTENZIONE!
Alla prima erogazione di vapore si può vericare la fuoriuscita di alcune gocce d’acqua
dalla piastra (10) del ferro da stiro; ciò è del tutto normale ed è dovuto alla condensa che
si può formare all’interno del tubo di collegamento ferro-caldaia (6).
Questo fenomeno scomparirà con le erogazioni di vapore successive.
Si consiglia pertanto di non orientare il primo getto di vapore sul tessuto da stirare.
Il ferro deve essere utilizzato e lasciato a riposo su una superci stabile.
MANCANZA D’ACQUA DURANTE IL FUNZIONAMENTO
• Se l’acqua nella caldaia dovesse esaurirsi, la produzione di vapore diminuisce no a
diventare nulla.
• Per riempire nuovamente la caldaia di acqua procedere in questo modo:
- Premere l’interruttore di accensione / spegnimento caldaia (2) portandolo in posizione
“spento” (O);
- premere il tasto (11) del ferro da stiro no a quando la fuoriuscita di vapore è diventata
nulla;
- staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente;
- svitare molto lentamente il tappo (5) della caldaia facendo attenzione agli eventuali
residui di vapore;
- riempire la caldaia seguendo le stesse indicazioni riportate nel paragrafo “COME
RIEMPIRE D’ACQUA LA CALDAIA”;
- rimettere in funzione l’apparecchio seguendo le stesse indicazioni riportate nel
paragrafo “MESSA IN FUNZIONE”.

• Portare la manopola (13) del ferro da stiro (gura 1) sulla temperatura desiderata.
• Svolgere per tutta la sua lunghezza il cavo di alimentazione (7) ed inserire la spina
nella presa di corrente.
• Quando la spia (14) del ferro da stiro si spegne, l’apparecchio è pronto per stirare.
• Durante l’uso, la spia (14) del ferro da stiro si accende e si spegne automaticamente
indicando che la temperatura della piastra viene mantenuta costante.
• A stiratura ultimata scollegare la spina dalla presa di corrente e lasciare raffreddare il
ferro da stiro.
ATTENZIONE!
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia scollegare la spina dalla presa
di corrente ed aspettare che l’apparecchio si sia raffreddato completamente.
Per la pulizia della piastra usare una normale spugna umida.
Per la pulizia di tutte le altre parti del ferro da stiro e del corpo caldaia utilizzare
esclusivamente un panno umido.
Non immergere mai l’apparecchio o parti di esso in acqua o altri liquidi, non utilizzare
vapore, sostanze chimiche o abrasive.
PULIZIA
ATTENZIONE!
Scollegare sempre la spina dalla presa di corrente prima di effettuare l’operazione
di riempimento d’acqua della caldaia.
A STIRATURA ULTIMATA
• Premere l’interruttore di accensione/spegnimento caldaia (2) portandolo in posizione
“spento” (0).
• Premere il tasto (11) del ferro da stiro no ad eliminare ogni residuo di vapore.
• Scollegare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
• Appoggiare il ferro da stiro sulla base (3) ed attendere che l’apparecchio si sia raffreddato
prima di compiere qualsiasi operazione.

This manual is an integral part of the appliance and must be
carefully read before using it as it gives important indications
with regard to safety of installation, use and maintenance. Keep
it with care.
•After taking off the packing make sure that the appliance is intact.

•Do not leave pieces of packing (plastic bags, polystyrene foam, nails etc.) within
reach of children or persons with reduced mental capabilities, since these are
potential sources of danger.
•The electrical safety of this appliance is ensured only if it is correctly connected
to an effective earthing system in compliance with the existing electrical safety
standards. LANGE DISTRIBUTION shall not be held responsible for any damage
caused by the lack of an earthing system.
•Before connecting the plug to the outlet check that the working voltage of the
appliance corresponds to the one in your house. If in doubt, contact professionally

FOR STEAM IRONING
HOW TO FILL THE BOILER WITH WATER
• Always unplug the iron from the outlet when lling the boiler with water.
• Unscrew cap (5) counterclockwise and slowly pour the water through the boiler opening
by using the provided funnel to avoid any leakage. Screw up the cap again clockwise.
• Only use running water to ll the boiler without exceeding its maximum capacity:
never add detergents, chemical additives or water softeners.
SUGGESTION: If water in your area is particularly calcareous, it is advisable to
use distilled water.
WARNING!
Never unscrew the boiler cap (5) while the appliance is working but wait for the
appliance to completely cool down before opening it.
STARTING UP
• Rest the appliance on a rm at surface.
• Place the iron on the boiler base (3).
• Fill up the boiler as described in the previous paragraph.
• Completely unwind the power cord (7) and plug into the outlet.
• Press the on/off button (2) on the boiler taking it to (ON).
• Turn the iron temperature control knob (13) to the steam ironing position.
• The pilot light (14) on the iron will go on immediately and will go out a few minutes later,
when the required temperature is reached.
• When the pilot light (8 ) goes on, it is possible to use the jet of steam.
• During operation, the iron light (14) and the “steam ready” pilot light (8 ) go on and
then automatically go out indicating that the iron temperature and the pressure in the
boiler are constantly under control.
• Rest the iron on the boiler base (3) during ironing pauses.
USE INSTRUCTIONS
CHOICE OF THE IRON TEMPERATURE
Turn the iron temperature control knob (13) so that the proper temperature corresponds
to the indicator (12) according to the type of cloth to be ironed.
High temperature steam ironing (cotton, linen)
Medium temperature steam ironing (wool, silk)
Low temperature ironing (synthetic, bres)

IRONING
• Press button (11) on the iron for the steam jet: the steam will stop coming out when
you release the button.
• To use the continuous steam function, press the steam button (11) and at the same
time slide cursor (11a) towards the cork handle. To disable this function, slide cursor
(11a) in the opposite direction to the handle.
• With the iron held upright at a distance of about 20 cm you can use the jet of steam to
smooth out creases and freshen up clothes while they are hanging. Avoid carrying
out this operation on any worn garment as the steam is extremely hot and it is
possible to get burned.
• Before ironing delicate fabrics it is best to make trial run on a hidden piece e.g.
the hem.
• We advise you to iron more delicate fabrics needing low temperatures rst, then
go on ironing more resistant fabrics needing higher temperatures.
WARNING!
Some drops of water may leak out of the iron soleplate (10) when the rst jet of steam
starts coming out; this is quite normal and is due to condensation forming inside the
iron-boiler connecting tube (6).
This will disappear with the following jets of steam. It is therefore not recommended to
point the rst jet of steam directly on the item to be ironed. The iron must be used and
left at rest on a rm surface.
NO MORE WATER DURING USE
• The jet of steam becomes less and nally disappears if there is no more water.
• Carefully follow the instructions given below to ll up the boiler again:
- Press the ON/OFF switch of the boiler (2) bringing it to the “OFF” position;
- press button (14) on the iron, until no more steam is being produced;
- unplug the appliance from the outlet;
- slowly unscrew the boiler cap (5) being careful of any possible residual steam;
- ll up the boiler following instructions given in the “HOW TO FILL THE BOILER WITH
WATER” paragraph;
- switch on the appliance again following the same instructions given in the “STARTING
UP” paragraph.
WARNING!
Always unplug the iron from the outlet before lling the boiler with water.
WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED IRONING
• Press the ON/OFF switch of the boiler (2) bringing it to the “OFF” position.
• Press button (14) on the iron, until no more steam is being produced.
• Unplug the appliance from the outlet.
• Rest the iron on base (3) and wait for the appliance to completely cool down before
carrying out any operations.

• Select the proper temperature by turning the control knob (13) on the iron (gure 1).
• Completely unwind the power cord (7) and plug into the outlet.
• Put switch (2) to position “1” to turn on the appliance.
• When the pilot light (14) goes out, the iron is ready for use.
• The pilot light (14) on the iron will light up and go out automatically while you are ironing
to show that the soleplate is being kept at a constant temperature.
• When you have nished ironing to turn off the appliance. Let the iron cool down.
Always unplug the iron from the outlet and wait for the appliance to completely
cool down before starting any cleaning operations.
Use a normal damp sponge to clean the soleplate.
Use a damp cloth to clean the rest of the iron and the boiler shell only.
Never immerse the appliance or parts of it into water or other liquid, do not use steam,
chemical or abrasive substances.

INFORMATION FOR USERS
In accordance with European Directive 2012/19/UE on electric and electronic equipment waste
disposal.
•The barred symbol of the rubbish bin shown on the equipment indicates that, at the end of its useful
life, the product must be collected separately from other waste.

POUR REPASSER A VAPEUR
COMMENT REMPLIR D’EAU LA CHAUDIERE
• Toujours s’assurer que la che ne soit pas débranchée de la prise de courant avant
d’effectuer cette opération.
• Dévisser le bouchon (5) dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre et verser l’eau
lentement dans le trou d’ouverture de la chaudière en utilisant l’entonnoir fourni an
d’éviter des pertes inutiles. Visser le bouchon dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.
• Remplir la chaudière exclusivement avec de l’eau courante sans dépasser la
capacité maximale. Ne jamais ajouter de détersifs, d’additifs chimiques ou de
produits décalciants.
CONSEIL: Si l’eau de votre région est particulièrement calcaire, utiliser de l’eau
distillée.
ATTENTION!
Ne jamais dévisser le bouchon chaudière (5) quand l’appareil est en marche, mais
attendre que la chaudière se soit refroidie avant de l’ouvrir.
MISE EN MARCHE
• Positionner l’appareil sur une surface horizontale stable.
• Appuyer le fer à repasser sur la base (3) du corps chaudière.
• Remplir la chaudière comme spécié dans le paragraphe précédent.
• Dérouler complètement le câble d’alimentation (7) et brancher la che dans la prise de
courant
• Presser sur l’interrupteur lumineux marche/arrêt de la chaudière (2) en le portant sur la
position “marche” (I).
• Tourner la poignée de réglage de la température (13) du fer à repasser sur la position
pour le repassage à vapeur.
• Le témoin (14) du fer à repasser s’éclaire et il s’éteindra après quelques minutes quand
il atteint la température établie.
• Quand le témoin (8) s’allume, l’appareil est prêt à distribuer de la vapeur

CHOIX DE LA TEMPERATURE DU FERCE
Selon le type de tissu qu’on veut repasser, régler la température du fer en tournant la
poignée adéquate (13).
La température choisie est celle qui se trouve près de l’indicateur (12).
Repassage à vapeur à température élevée (coton, lin)
Repassage à vapeur à température moyenne (laine, soie)

s’éteignent indiquant que la température du fer et la pression à l’intérieur de la chaudière
sont sous contrôle.
• Pendant les pauses de repassage, appuyer le fer à repasser sur la base d’appui (3) du
corps chaudière.
REPASSAGE
• Pour obtenir la perte de vapeur presser la touche (11) du fer à repasser; en relâchant la
touche le jet de vapeur s’interrompt.
• Pour utiliser la fonction de vapeur continue, presser la touche (11) et simultanément
pousser le curseur (11.a) vers la poignée en liège du fer. Pour désactiver cette fonction,
déplacer le curseur (11.a) en direction opposée à la poignée.
• En positionnant verticalement le fer à repasser à une distance d’environ 20 cm il est
possible de distribuer de la vapeur pour raviver les tissus et donner une nouvelle fraîcheur.
Ne pas effectuer cette opération sur des vêtements portés car la vapeur est très
chaude et peut provoquer des brûlures.
• Avant de commencer à repasser les tissus délicats, on recommande de faire des
épreuves dans un point caché du vêtement par exemple un revers.
• On recommande de commencer à repasser les tissus les plus délicats qui
demandent des températures plus basses, pour repasser ensuite les tissus les
plus résistants qui demandent des températures plus élevées.
ATTENTION!
Lors de la première distribution de vapeur on peut vérier la sortie de quelque gouttes
d’eau de la plaque (10) du fer à repasser; cela est normal et il est dû à la condensation
qui peut se former à l’intérieur du tuyau de connexion fer-chaudière (6).
Ce phénomène disparaîtra avec les distributions de vapeur successives. On recommande
donc de ne pas diriger le premier jet de vapeur sur le tissu à repasser.
Le fer doit être utilisé et laissé au repos sur une surface stable.
MANQUE D’EAU PENDANT LE FONCTIONNEMENT
• Lorsque l’eau de la chaudière s’épuise, la sortie de vapeur diminue jusqu’à ne plus sortir
du tout.
• Pour remplir de nouveau la chaudière d’eau procéder de la façon suivante:
- Placer l’interrupteur d’allumage/extinction de la centrale (2) en le mettant sur la position
“éteint” (O);
- presser le touche (11) du fer à repasser jusqu’à ce qu’il n’y a pas de vapeur;
- débrancher la che de la prise de courant;
- dévisser très lentement le bouchon (5) de la chaudière en faisant attention aux résidus
de vapeur éventuels;
- remplir la chaudière selon les indications indiquées dans le paragraphe “COMMENT
REMPLIR D’EAU LA CHAUDIERE”;
- remettre en marche l’appareil selon les indications indiquées dans le paragraphe “MISE
NE MARCHE”.
