space to perform its defined function.

Before connecting electricity , make sure that the supply voltage match the one marked on
tools. For :
A) AG4E - 110V - Power Supply Required is 1Ph.- 110 Volt A/C , 50/60 Hz.
B) AG4E - 220V - Power Supply Required is 1Ph.- 220 Volt A/C , 50/60 Hz.
This is powered by an electric motor. The motor drives a geared head at a
right-angle on which is mounted an abrasive disc or a thinner cut-off disc, either of which
can be replaced when worn.
This Angle Grinder is with an adjustable guard and a side-handle for two-handed operation.
Main Body dia Grip ensures the perfect grip with comfort for user.
Its compact and light weight size ideal for overhead applications.
The side handle is easily removable and mounted to wards the front of the tool and can be
set to accommodate both right and left handed user for maximum comfort and control for
user.
Spindle Lock allows for quick , easy and perfect change of disc and accessory.
The Carbon Brushes are easily changeable for on site maintenance.
Angle Grinder, depending on their speed range, can be used as sanders, employing a
sanding disc with a backing pad or disc. The backing system is typically made of hard
plastic, phenolic resin, or medium-hard rubber depending on the amount of flexibility
desired.
Follow the instructions carefully mentioned here to enhance the life and performance of
your grinder.

Work Environment :-
Keep the work area clean and tidy.
Dress appropriately - Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Tie long hair out of the way.
Keep children and visitors away - Do not let children handle the angel grinder .
Make sure that any other persons in the work area are dressed suitably and are wearing
eye and ear protectors.
Do not operate the tool where there are Rain / Water or flammable liquids or gases.
Keep the supply cod wire away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
Do not fit the Tool to any stand or clamping device that may damage the tool.

Stay alert and use common sense - Do not operate the tool when you are tired or under the
influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
Always wear eye protectors when using the angle grinder - Eye protectors must provide
protection from flying particles from the front and the side.
Always wear ear protectors when using the angle grinder .
Do not overreach - Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
Do not use tool if Switch does not turn it “ON” or “OFF”, it is dangerous.
Check wire before use, and ensure that all connections are secure.
Do not carry out any alterations or modifications to the angle grinder .

supply, disconnect the plug from power and then make any adjustment , changing of
