USING THE MIXING STAND
Attaching the mixer to the stand
$Make sure the mixer is disconnected from the mains with
the speed switch set to 0 (off).
$Insert the beaters or dough hooks into the mixer.
$Place the supplied bowl into the mounting recess in the
stand and ensure that is seated firmly.
$At the base of the mixer there are three mounting slots.
Locate these over the mounting lugs in the stand.
$Press the Head Lock Button in and push the mixer down
with a slight rearward rotation until it locks in the stand.
You will hear it click into place.
$Release the button and check that the head is securely
attached.
$Reverse the procedure to separate the mixer from the
stand.
Using the mixer on the stand
$The mixing speed will be boosted when the TURBO button
is depressed. Releasing the button will revert the mixer to
the selected speed. Use this facility only in short bursts so as
not to overload the motor.

or utensils. The power cord should lie outside your operating
hand.

and switch off at the mains before unplugging the mixer.
