Bedienungsanleitung

1. Allgemeine Hinweise:
Vor Inbetriebnahme Ihres Preßwerkzeuges lesen Sie sich die Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig
durch.
2. Technische Daten:
- Gewicht: ca. 0,190 kg
- Länge: ca. 210 mm
- Pressbereich: 0,5-6 mm² (bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch siehe unten)
3. Verwendung:
- Werkzeug für isolierte Kabelverbindungen für drei Preßbereiche, rot: 0,5-1 mm²;
blau: 1,5-2,5 mm²; gelb: 4-6 mm² (Die Pressung von Litze und Kabelisolation erfolgt in zwei
Arbeitsgängen.)
- Abisoliervorrichtung für die Querschnitte 0,5- 6 mm².
- Abschneider für Schrauben M 2 - M 5 und Kupfer- bzw. Aluminiumleiter.
Achtung
Es dürfen keine unter Spannung stehenden Teile verpreßt werden.
Vor Arbeitsbeginn ist ein spannungsfreier Zustand der zu verpressenden Verbindung
sicherzustellen.
4. Wartung:
In regelmäßigen Abständen sollte das Werkzeug gereinigt und das Gelenk leicht eingeölt
werden.

Crimping Tool K 10
1. General Remarks
Before starting to use the tool please read the instruction manual carefully.
2. Technical Data
-Weight: approx. 0,190 kg
- Length: approx. 210 mm
- Crimping Range: 0,5 to 6 mm2(scope see below)
3. Operation
- This tool serves to terminate insulated connectors of 3 crimping ranges: red 0,5-1 mm²,
blue 1,5-2,5 mm², yellow 4-6 mm². (Crimping of barrel and insulation is made in 2
cycles.)
- The tool incorporates a stripping device for wires ranging from 0,5 to 6 mm².
- This tool can cut screws M2 – M5 and copper and aluminium strands.
Attention
Do not use on live electrical circuits.
Before starting to crimp please make sure that all parts involved in the crimping process are
not energised.
4. Maintenance
The crimping tool has to be cleaned daily and the bolt joints have to be oiled regularly.
