1. Allgemeine Hinweise
Vor Inbetriebnahme Ihres Preßwerkzeuges lesen Sie sich die Bedienungsanleitung
sorgfältig durch.

3. Bedienung des Werkzeuges
Um das Werkzeug zu öffnen pressen Sie die Griffe fest zusammen bis die Sperr-
vorrichtung sich löst. Legen Sie das Verbindungsmaterial in das entsprechende Profil
und schließen Sie das Werkzeug vollständig.
Das Werkzeug ist mit einem Ratschenmechanismus ausgestattet, der das Verbindungs-
material erst wieder freigibt, wenn der Preßzyklus vollständig beendet wurde.
Im Falle einer Fehlbedienung, z.B. einer falschen Zuordnung des Verbindungs-
materials zum Preßprofil, kann der Preßvorgang durch Betätigung des Ratschenhebels
(Pos. 1) unterbrochen werden.
Achtung
Es dürfen keine unter Spannung stehenden Teile verpreßt werden.
Vor Arbeitsbeginn ist ein spannungsfreier Zustand der zu verpressenden Verbindung
sicherzustellen.
4. Wartung
Das Preßwerkzeug ist nach jedem Gebrauch zu reinigen und die Bolzenverbindungen
einschließlich des Ratschenmechanismus sind leicht einzuölen.

1. General Remarks
Before starting to use the tool please read the instruction manual carefully.

3. Operation
To open the crimping tool press handles. Insert the connecting material into the
proper crimping profile and close the crimping tool completely.
The crimping tool incorporates a ratchet mechanism which releases only after a full
crimping cycle is completed.
In case of a wrong insertion of the connecting material the ratchet mechanism can be
released by actuating the ratchet pawl (Pos. 1).
Attention
Do not use on live electrical circuits.
Before starting to crimp please make sure that all parts involved in the crimping
process are not energised.
4. Maintenance
The crimping tool has to be cleaned regularly and the bolt joints and ratchet
mechanism have to be oiled regularly.
