謝謝閣下選購 TGC 的產品。以下指示對氣體爐具的安全操作十分重要，請詳細閱讀。如有查詢和服務要

安裝
1. 使用認可印有機電工程署批准標記 (例如: 機電工程署批准 EMSD APPROVAL GTXXXX) 的氣體接駁喉管
連接爐具或使用機電工程署接納的其他恰當方法。
2. 嵌入式氣體煮食爐必須安裝在空氣流通的房間內。
3. 當在灶櫃面安裝嵌入式氣體煮食爐時，檢查灶櫃應提供適當通風，以確保氣體煮食爐操作正常。
4. 確保氣體煮食爐面板進氣口沒有阻塞。
使用
1. 當懷疑洩漏氣體時，將窗戶打開，以及關閉氣體錶閥。切勿操作任何電器或電掣開關。切勿在現場使用
任何電話。在現場以外，致電氣體供應公司。
2. 請參照說明書內指引正確使用爐具，如爐面玻璃因燃燒不良而過熱，或曾受撞擊或刮花，玻璃有可能爆
裂。
3. 除了煮食外，切勿使用氣體煮食爐作其他用途，例如烘乾衣物。
4. 該爐具只供家用，切勿用於工商業用途。
5. 切勿在爐頭加上錫紙碟，這會引致燃燒問題。
6. 使用氣體煮食爐前，開啟窗戶和排氣系統。
7. 切勿讓氣體煮食爐在無人看管下運作。
8. 燒開水或煮湯時，注入的水量連湯料不可超過器皿容量3分之2，溢出液體會影響燃燒和損壞氣體煮食
爐。
9. 注意爐面、爐頭、爐架的高溫。
10. 切勿使用過大或過小器皿，平底鍋直徑不應超過280毫米，使用細小器皿時，將火力調低，避免火焰超
出器皿底部 。
11. 玻璃面是固定的，切勿移動。
12. 當爐具熱時，請勿清洗玻璃 。
13. 確保器皿穩定地放在爐架上，如器皿容易滑動，必須緊握它。
14. 在一個爐架上，切勿放超過10公斤的重量。
15. 爐架很重的！切勿掉下。
16. 使用後爐架會很熱。冷卻後方可清潔。
17. 確保爐頭沒有變形，如有異常，聯絡煤氣公司更換零件。
18. 點燃爐頭前，請確保爐頭蓋、爐頭身和爐架擺放正確，沒有傾斜。
19. 確保爐頭火孔沒有被水或污漬堵塞。
20. 廠方已調校了風位，不可嘗試自行調節。
21. 不可讓兒童使用。
22. 用小火時，在打開或關上爐具下方的櫥櫃門時，請放輕動作，以免弄熄火苗。
23. 請勿按下點火旋鈕超過 10 秒。如爐頭於10 秒後仍未燃點，等待最少1分鐘後，可再試燃點。

24. 烹調時，請盡量蓋上鍋具。而鍋具的手柄亦應轉向適當位置，避免受熱或碰撞。
25. 請勿在爐具附近使用噴霧產品。
26. 爐具使用時及使用後會產生高溫，切勿觸摸爐高溫部件。
27. 使用後，應將所有旋鈕設於「關閉」位置。
28. 爐具面板是用陶瓷玻璃製造， 較一般玻璃安全。但仍須注意以下事項，以避免玻璃面板爆裂：
 經常清潔爐頭組件以保持火蓋焰孔暢通，如滾瀉食物，應在爐具冷卻後，儘快清理。
 如爐具出現不尋常聲音，應即停用，並聯絡煤氣公司進行檢查。
 切勿使用直徑超過 280 毫米的平底鍋。
 切勿以硬物撞擊或將重物放置於玻璃面板。
 切勿放置煮食器皿在玻璃面板上。
保養
1. 讓氣體煮食爐完全冷卻後，才可進行清潔。
2. 清洗爐頭後，用乾布將爐頭完全抹乾，爐頭火孔不可留有水份，以免影響燃燒。
3. 進行清潔時，應穿上保護手套，防止割傷。
4. 定期檢查氣體軟喉狀況，確保沒有紐結或裂縫，若發現軟喉有損壞，聯絡煤氣公司更換喉管。
5. 使用前和使用後，注意爐頭的狀況和清潔。以下不正常狀況會產生燃燒不良，並引致爐具損壞，確保採
取相應措施，糾正有關問題。

爐頭傾斜 將爐頭重新放好，爐頭蓋的定位針對準爐頭身

爐頭火孔被水堵塞 用布將爐頭蓋和爐頭身抹乾，然後重新放好。
爐頭火孔被污積堵塞 用溫和洗滌劑和刷子清潔爐頭蓋和爐頭身，放
回爐頭前，確保將爐頭抹乾。

產品備有熄火安全保護裝置， 如爐火意外熄滅，會自動關閉氣體，確保安全。

安裝前
 拆除包裝及從包裝取出配件時，應小心處理，並檢查氣體煮食爐及配件有否損壞。如發現問題，請
勿安裝或使用爐具及與煤氣公司聯絡。
 請將所有包裝物料及部件 (包括發泡膠、膠袋、紙板及固定釘等) 放置於兒童不能觸及的地方，以免
造成危險。
 不應將易燃物料、噴霧及壓縮容器放置在灶櫃內。
 爐具須安裝在空氣流通之房間內，附近不可放置易燃物品如紙張、油類等。
 爐具須放置在穩固及平的櫃面上，請依照(圖一)所示的開孔尺寸及位置。
 灶櫃應提供合適通風，以保持氣體嵌入式煮食爐正常操作。
 此爐具的安裝位置應與周圍可燃燒物料距離 15 厘米以上。
 若在氣體煮食爐下安裝其它器具（例如 : 洗碗碟機、洗衣機）， 請保留最少 10 毫米的距離。若其它
器具的安裝指引要求不同的間距，應採用較大者。
 安裝嵌入式氣體煮食爐時，下方如設有會產生氣流的爐具或設備（例如 : 焗爐、乾衣機），必須加
裝隔層板並以矽膠密封所有縫隙，避免氣流影響氣體煮食爐運作。
 安裝於爐具上方的抽油煙機，須與氣體煮食爐保留最少 650 毫米的距離 。
安裝
電池安裝方法
 電池的壽命約為 12個月(附帶電池壽命可能受庫存時間影
響)。
 電池盒於爐具底部右前方。

使用前，確定以下配件已置於正確位置：
安裝
爐頭身
 將爐頭身底部的凹位套入面板固定碟的定位針。
 爐頭身放置時切勿傾斜。
爐頭蓋、芯火爐頭蓋
 將爐頭蓋的定位針插入爐頭身的定位槽。
 爐頭身放置時切勿傾斜。
避免使用安裝錯誤爐頭蓋和爐頭身的爐具
 若爐頭蓋和爐頭身未安裝正確，會導致無法點火。
 火焰不均和回火導致火焰不完全燃燒、 一氧化碳中毒、爐頭蓋
和爐頭身變形。
 火焰進入爐具內，會導致損毀。
爐架
 將爐架內定位針對準面板固定碟的定位槽。
避免使用安裝錯誤爐架的爐具
 爐架不正確安裝會使鍋子不穩造成危險。

安裝
小心：爐具面板為玻璃物料 !
 為避免玻璃爆裂時的危險情況，不可加重或撞擊玻璃。
 不可刮花玻璃底部，這樣將會導致使用時破裂。
玻璃面板必須穩固在爐具底盤 !
將面板孔對準爐頭然後固定
使用螺絲上緊面板固定碟 ( 每爐頭 2粒 )
面板固定碟的孔須對準點火針及熄火安全感應頭
請確保收緊螺絲!

操作指示
每個爐頭火力大小的標誌清晰印於玻璃面板上。
熄火
將控制旋鈕轉回至“ ● ”位置熄火，爐火便會熄滅。
點燃氣體爐頭
按控制旋鈕，以逆時針方向轉動至最大火力位置 ，火花將點燃爐頭。若放開旋鈕後，爐火熄滅，請重複
點火程序。
注意︰請勿按下控制旋鈕超過 10 秒。如爐頭於 10 秒後仍未燃點，等待最少 1分鐘後，可再試燃點。

爐頭點燃後，可按烹調所需轉動旋鈕調節火力 。請緩慢調節火力。
在調較最大火力至接近中火時，若發現外環火焰不穩定(微弱或熄滅)，請立即調大火力，直至外環火焰穩
定，才繼續使用；或調小火力，使用芯火。

進行任何清潔工作時，必須將爐具切斷閥關閉，並須待爐具及所有配件冷卻後才可進行。
清潔煮食爐
 定期以中性洗滌劑和溫水的海綿、抹布等清潔爐頭、爐架及玻璃面板，並用乾布拭乾。
 煮食時滾瀉的食物或液體必須以乾布清潔。
 不應接觸煮食爐內部，進行清潔，應穿上保護手套，避免割傷。
 經常檢查軟喉，如發現有裂紋，請致電煤氣公司為閣下更換。
清潔爐頭
 當爐頭噴孔被污物阻塞時，將爐頭蓋取出，以中性洗滌劑和溫水清理，並妥善放回爐頭上。
 使用非金屬刷子及溫和清潔劑清理爐頭蓋。
 請勿使用漂白劑、強酸或強鹼等，會導致爐頭蓋塗層脫色及剝落。
 清洗完畢後，用乾布將爐頭蓋完全抹乾，爐頭蓋的噴孔內，不可留有水份，以免影響燃燒。
 將爐頭蓋正確地放回原位，爐頭蓋的定位針是對準爐頭身的凹位，爐頭蓋不可傾側。
 注意爐頭狀況，確保爐頭沒有變形或傾斜，爐頭火孔不可被堵塞。
清潔玻璃面
 切勿使用利器如螺絲起子等及研磨粉以防止刮花玻璃面和印刷圖案。
 用乾淨及柔軟抹布及洗潔精抹面板部份。
 使用中性清潔劑清除燒焦及黏著的污物。
清潔搪瓷及金屬配件
 請定期以中性洗滌劑和溫水清潔配件以保其表面塗層。
切勿使用研磨粉，以免刮花配件表面。
 請勿殘留任何酸性或鹼性物質於配件上 (如醋、檸檬汁、鹽及蕃茄醬等)。

故障處理方法
如採取上述補救措施後仍無效，請致電煤氣公司石油氣爐具 24 小時銷售及客戶服務熱線 2232 1111。
安全保護裝置生效時的處理方法
如爐頭在使用中火焰突然熄滅，防漏熄火安全裝置會自動切斷氣體供應。如察覺火焰熄滅，請將控制旋鈕
轉至“ ●”位置。
故障 原因 處理方法
1. 沒有點火 點火針濕了，尤其是在潮濕季節。 以紙巾或乾毛巾抹乾點火針。
電池已耗盡。 更換電池。
電池擺放錯誤。 重新放好電池。
2. 爐頭沒有火 仍未開啟氣體錶閥及／或爐具切斷
閥。
完全開啟氣體錶閥及／或爐具切斷閥。
錫紙阻塞爐頭。 拿去錫紙。
點火針或安全感應頭十分骯髒。 清理點火針或安全感應頭上的污垢。
3. 不能保持爐火 未按盡而轉動控制旋鈕。 按盡控制旋鈕及反時針方向旋
轉“大火”位置，直至停下。
4. 使用中熄火 小爐火時被風吹熄，啟動了防漏熄
火安全裝置。
等待1分鐘，重新點火。
5. 黃火 爐頭火孔有污穢物。 以暖水和洗潔精清洗爐頭蓋，將它抹乾
和放好後，重新點火。
6. 火焰不穩定 爐頭變形。 聯繫煤氣公司更換零件。
爐頭蓋和爐頭身未放好。 待爐頭冷卻後，重新放好爐頭蓋和爐頭
身，再點火。

Important Safety Instructions
Thank you for choosing TGC products. The following instructions are very important to safety operation
of gas cooker. Please read through them carefully. For any enquiries and service requests, please call

Installation
1. Use approved gas tubing bearing EMSD approval marking (such as: 機電工程署批准 EMSD
APPROVAL GTXXXX) for connection to appliance, or other appropriate methods accepted by
EMSD.
2. Install the built-in gas hob in a well-ventilated room.
3. When installing built-in gas hob on top of stove cabinet, check that proper ventilation is provided at
the cabinet to ensure normal operation of the gas hob.
4. Ensure that the air-intake opening at top plate of gas hob is not blocked.
Operation
1. In case of suspected gas leak, open windows and shut off gas supply valve. Do not operate any
electric appliances or switches. Do not use any phones on site. Contact gas supply company with a
phone outside the premises.
2. Please use the appliance properly according to the operating instructions. The top glass may shatter
if it is subject to overheat due to combustion problem, impact or scratch by other objects.
3. Do not use built-in hob for any purposes other than cooking, e.g. drying clothes.
4. This appliance is designed for domestic use only.
5. Do not add aluminum discs to burners. This will incur combustion problem.
6. Open the windows and turn on ventilation system before operating gas hob.
7. Do not leave operating gas hob unattended.
8. Do not fill water including soup ingredients over two-thirds of utensil volume when boiling water or
soup. Spilled liquid of boiling will affect combustion and damage the gas hob.
9. Heed high temperature of top-plate, burners and pan supports.
10. Do not use utensil of excessive or under size. Diameter of flat bottom pot should not exceed 280mm.
When using small utensil, reduce flame power that flame does not escape from utensil bottom.
11. Glass top plate is fixed. Do not remove it.
12. Do not clean the glass top plate when the appliance is hot.
13. Ensure stability of utensil resting on pan support. Hold utensil firmly if it slips easily.
14. Do not put weight exceeding 10kg on each pan support.
15. Pan support is heavy. Do not drop it.
16. Pan support gets hot after usage. Clean after cooling down.
17. Ensure that burners are not deformed. Contact Towngas Company to replace the parts if there is
abnormality.
18. Before ignition, ensure the burner caps, burner body and pan support are in correct position and do
not incline.
19. Ensure that burner flame holes are free from water and dirt.
20. Aeration is preset at manufacturing, please do not attempt to adjust it.
21. Do not allow children to use appliance.
22. When the appliance is used with low flame, slowly open and close the cabinet door under the
appliance; otherwise flame may extinguish.
23. Do not press the knob more than 10 seconds. If the burner is not ignited after 10 seconds, and wait
at least 1 minute before making further attempt.

24. Always use pots with a cover and make sure that the handles of the pots are correctly positioned to
avoid heating and collision of handles.
25. Do not use sprays near the appliance.
26. Appliance generates heat during and after operations, do not touch the hot parts.
27. All control knobs should be turned to " OFF " position after operation.
28. The top panel of appliance is made of ceramic glass which is safer than normal glass. However, the
following safety precautions should also be noted in order to prevent breakage glass top panel:
 Clean the burner assembly frequently to maintain clear passage of flame holes. Clean it once
appliance cools down in case of food spillage.
 Turn off appliance immediately if abnormal noise is observed. Contact Towngas Company for
inspection.
 Do not use flat bottom pot over 280mm diameter.
 Dot not impact the glass surface with hard objects or place heavy objects on the glass surface.
 Dot not place cooking utensils on the glass surface.
Maintenance
1. Allow gas hob to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Dry burners completely with dry cloth after washing. Burner flame holes must be free from water lest
combustion is affected.
3. Wear gloves to protect hands from cutting during cleaning.
4. Check condition of flexible gas hose regularly. Ensure that it is free from kink or crack. Contact
Towngas Company to replace it if damage is found.
5. Before and after use, notice the condition and cleanliness of burners. The following abnormal
conditions will incur abnormal combustion and damage of appliance. Ensure undertaking measures
to rectify the problem accordingly.

Abnormal Condition Handling Measure
Burners are deformed. Contact Towngas Company to replace the
parts.
Burners are tilted. Replace burners properly that guide pin of
burner cap aligns with indent of burner body.
Burner flame holes are blocked by water. Dry burner caps and body with cloth and
replace them properly.
Burner flame holes are blocked by dirt. Clean burner caps and body with mild detergent and brush. Ensure that burners are
wiped dry before replacing them.

Product Description
This appliance is designed for to meet versatile cooking needs in Hong Kong. It is equipped with electronic
continuous ignition system, rotary flame control. Powerful flame with independent simmer flame is suitable
for Chinese cooking. German made ceramic glass top plate and sealed burner design are good for
cooking and easy cleaning.
It is equipped with flame failure safety protection device. In cases of unexpected flame extinguishment,
gas is shut off automatically to ensure safety.

Before Installation
 After having removed the various loose parts from the internal and external packing, make sure
that the gas hob is not damaged. In case of doubt, do not install or use the appliance and contact
Towngas Company.
 Keep all the packing parts (e.g. polystyrene foam, bags, cardboard, staples, etc.) away from
children.
 Do not store any flammable materials, sprays or pressurized containers inside the stove cabinet.
 Install the appliance in a well ventilated room and keep it away from any flammable objects such
as paper or oil.
 Place the appliance on a stable and level bench top. Please refer to (Fig1) for cut-out dimensions
and position.
 Stove cabinet should provide adequate ventilation for normal operation of appliance.
 The appliance should be installed with a distance of more than 15cm away from surrounding
combustible materials.
 If another appliance (e.g. dishwasher, washer, etc) is installed under the gas hob, keep a
clearance of at least 10mm from the bottom of the built-in hob. If the installation instruction of the
appliance underneath requires a different distance, adopt the large value.
 If an air-flow generating appliance or device (such as built-in oven, clothes dryer) is to be installed
under the built-in gas hob, a partition shelf must be added and sealed with silicon gel. This
prevents air-flow affecting the built-in hob operation.
 Install a range-hood at a distance of not less than 650 mm from the gas hob .
