以下指示對氣體爐具的安全操作十分重要，請詳細閱讀。如有查詢 ，請致電煤氣公司 24 小
時客戶服務熱線 2880 6988。
安裝
1. 使用認可印有機電工程署批准標記 (例如: 機電工程署批准 EMSD APPROVAL GTXXXX) 的氣體接駁喉管
連接爐具或使用機電工程署接納的其他恰當方法。
2. 安裝附有的氣體穩壓器(ELITRE EL-125)，並確定壓力設定為 1千帕。
3. 爐具周圍和下方不可放置可燃物品，如紙張及塑膠等，與可燃物料距離須保留 150 毫米以上。
4. 爐具須安裝在空氣流通之房間內。
使用
1. 當懷疑洩漏氣體時，將窗戶打開，以及關閉煤氣錶閥。切勿操作任何電器或電掣開關。切勿在現場使用
任何電話。在現場以外的地方，致電煤氣公司 24 小時緊急事故熱線 2880 6999。
2. 請參照說明書內指引正確使用爐具。
3. 爐具只供家用，切勿用於工商業用途。
4. 除煮食外，切勿使用爐具作其他用途，例如烘乾衣物。
5. 使用氣體煮食爐前，開啟窗戶和排氣系統。
6. 不可讓兒童使用爐具。
7. 切勿讓氣體煮食爐在無人看管下運作。
8. 切勿在爐頭加上錫紙碟，這會引致燃燒問題。
9. 請確保爐頭沒有變形，如有異常，請聯絡煤氣公司安排更換。
10. 使用前，確保爐頭蓋和爐架擺放正確，沒有傾斜。
11. 請確保爐頭火孔沒有被水或污漬堵塞。
12. 切勿放置超過 10 公斤的重量在爐架上。
13. 爐架很重，切勿掉下。
14. 請確保使用時火焰平均。
15. 注意爐面、爐頭及爐架的高溫。
16. 不可以爐火直接燒烤食物，滴下的食物汁液或油脂會堵塞爐頭火孔，引致燃燒問題及爐具損壞。
17. 切勿使用直徑超過 280 毫米的平底煮食器皿，避免溫度過高而造成燙傷及影響爐具的使用壽命。
18. 使用細小器皿時，請將火力調低，避免火焰超出煮食器皿底部
19. 請確保器皿穩定地放在爐架上，如器皿容易滑動，必須緊握它。
20. 燒開水或煮湯時，注入的水量連湯料不可超過器皿容量 3分之 2，溢出液體會影響燃燒和損壞爐具。

21. 烹調時，請儘量蓋上鍋具。而鍋具的手柄亦應轉向適當位置，避免受熱或碰撞。
22. 請勿在爐具附近使用噴霧產品。
23. 使用後，應將所有控制旋鈕設於關閉位置“ ●”。
24. 如滾瀉食物及汁液，應在爐具冷卻後儘快作出妥善清潔。
25. 如出現異常聲響，應先關火。待爐具完全冷卻後，檢查及放好爐頭蓋，並重新點火。若問題持續，聯絡
煤氣公司進行檢查。
26. 爐具面板是採用陶瓷玻璃製造，較一般玻璃安全，但還須注意以下事項，以避免玻璃面板爆裂：
• 切勿使用過大的器皿煮食，例如烤板。
• 切勿以硬物撞擊或將重物放置於玻璃面板上。
• 切勿放置煮食器皿在玻璃面板上。
保養
1. 定期檢查氣體喉管狀況，確保沒有紐結或裂縫，若發現損壞，請聯絡煤氣公司更換喉管。
2. 待爐具完全冷卻後，才可進行清潔。
3. 進行清潔時，應穿上保護手套避免割傷。
4. 清洗爐頭後，用乾布完全抹乾，爐頭火孔不可留有水份，以免影響燃燒。
5. 使用前和使用後，注意爐頭的狀況和清潔。以下不正常狀況會產生燃燒不良，進而引致爐具損壞。請
確保採取相應措施，糾正有關問題。

爐具是專為香港各式煮食需要而設計，備有 4小時預校熄火功能，電子點火系統和旋鈕火力控制，煮食更方
便。雙環爐頭火力特強，兼備獨立芯火，適合講究鑊氣的中式烹調；採用頂級陶瓷玻璃面板，銅合金製爐頭，
表面加上耐高溫塗層，槽式火孔，美觀大方，堅固耐用。
產品備有熄火安全裝置， 如爐火意外熄滅，會自動關閉氣閥，又有 3小時自動熄火安全裝置，確保安全。

安裝前
• 拆除包裝後，檢查氣體爐具及配件有否損壞。如發現問題，請勿安裝爐具，聯絡煤氣公司進行更換。
• 請將所有包裝物料 (包括膠袋、紙板及固定釘) 放置於兒童不能觸及的地方，以免造成危險。
• 不應將易燃物料、噴霧及壓縮容器放置在氣體爐具下方的櫥櫃內。
• 氣體爐具須安裝在空氣流通之房間內。
• 氣體爐具須放置在穩固平坦的櫃面上，請依照下圖所示的開孔尺寸及位置。
• 氣體爐具應與周圍可燃燒物品保留距離 150 毫米以上。
• 若在氣體爐具下安裝其它器具（例如 : 洗碗碟機、洗衣機）， 請在氣體爐具下方保留最少 10 毫米距離。
若下方器具的安裝指引要求不同間距，應採用較大者。
• 氣體爐具下方如設有會產生氣流的器具（例如 : 焗爐、乾衣機），必須加裝隔層板並以矽膠密封所有縫
隙，避免氣流影響氣體爐具運作。
• 氣體爐具上方須保留 650 毫米空間，如上方安裝抽油煙機，並要求不同間距，應採用較大者 。

1. 放置爐頭蓋
• 將外環爐頭蓋和芯火爐頭蓋放置在爐頭座上，不可傾斜。
• 爐頭蓋的定位針須插入爐頭座的定位槽。
• 芯火爐頭蓋上 的標記須對齊點火電極後放上。
不要在爐頭蓋錯誤位置的情况下使用爐具
• 若爐頭蓋未安裝正確，會導致無法點火。
• 火焰不均和回火會導致不完全燃燒、 一氧化碳中毒或爐頭變形。
• 火焰進入爐具內，會導致損毀。
2. 放置爐架
• 將爐架正確放置於爐具上。
• 將爐架的定位針對準爐碟的定位槽，放置時不可傾斜。
不要在爐架錯誤安裝的情况下使用爐具。錯誤放置爐架
有機會導致鍋子不穩，並引致危險。
小心：爐具面板為玻璃物料 !
• 為避免玻璃爆裂時的危險情況，不可加重或撞擊玻璃。
• 不可刮花玻璃底部，這樣將會導致使用時破裂。

點燃爐頭
確定控制旋鈕已於關閉位置“ ● ”，按下旋鈕同時以逆時針方向轉動旋
鈕至點火位置“ ● ”，火花會維持約10秒點燃爐頭。放開旋鈕後，確定
火焰維持。
注意︰如爐具長時間未有使用，於首次點燃時有機會因喉管內含有空氣而未能令爐頭點燃成功。
將控制旋鈕轉至關閉位置“ ●”，並重複上述點火步驟直至成功點火。
火力調節
爐頭點燃後，可轉動控制旋扭調節火力大小。
熄火
將控制旋鈕轉動至關閉位置“ ●”。
注意：熄火時有機會因殘留在爐頭內的氣體瞬間燃燒而出現響聲，此屬正常現象。

時間掣功能
時間掣功能只適用於右爐頭。
時間設定步驟
操作指示
1. 點燃氣體爐頭 按下並以逆時針方向轉動控制旋鈕點燃爐頭。
2. 時間模式設定 按下時間掣，顯示器會顯示“ 0:01 ”，計時模式便啟動。
如沒有任何操作，爐火在 1分鐘後自動熄滅。
(如電池電量低，“ Lo ” 將會顯示，請更換電池。)
3. 時間掣設定 轉動時間掣設定時間。
設定時間熄火，最少 1分鐘，最多為 4小時。
時間設定： 1至60 分鐘： 1分鐘時段
1 至4 小時 ： 5分鐘時段
時間設定完成後，倒數計時於 1秒後開始。

4. 取消時間掣設定 當顯示餘下時間時按時間掣，時間模式會被取消，蜂鳴器會發出一下響聲。
5. 設定時間最後 30 秒餘下時間為 30 秒時，蜂鳴器會發出非常短的嘀聲，顯示器顯示餘下秒數。
6. 到達設定時間 當到達設定時間，蜂鳴器發出 2次短嘀聲和 1次長嘀聲，爐火隨即熄滅。將控
制旋鈕轉至關閉位置“ ●”。

電池安裝方法
• 電池盒在爐具的底部。
• 注意電池的電極方向，若電池擺放錯誤，爐具便不能操作。
溫馨提示 :
• 兩枚新鹼性電池的使用壽命約 7個月。
• 內附電池的壽命可能會因爐具的庫存時間而受影響。
注意：待爐具完全冷卻後，才可進行任何保養及清潔。清潔時，亦應穿上手套保護雙手。
為妥善保養爐具，遵照以下指示定期清潔爐具：
• 請勿使用蒸氣清潔爐具；
• 使用適當非研磨及非腐蝕性的清潔劑清潔金屬及搪瓷部份，避免使用含氯清潔劑（如漂白劑）；
• 避免酸性或鹼性物質（如醋、鹽水、檸檬汁等）殘留在爐具；
• 煮食時如有液體溢出，應待爐頭冷卻後盡快清理；
• 定期使用暖水及清潔劑清洗爐頭（爐頭的可移除部份），將污漬去除，並保持爐頭火孔暢通；
• 清潔後須完全抹乾爐頭，並確定爐頭火孔未被堵塞；
• 正確放回爐頭蓋，確保沒有傾斜或反轉；
• 定期檢查熄火安全感應器和點火電極，如有污物黏附，用軟刷將污物去除。

有些故障是可以由使用者處理，但如採取以下補救措施後仍無效，請致電煤氣公司客戶服務熱線 2880 6988。
故障處理

1. 沒有點火
點火電極濕了。 以紙巾或乾布抹乾點火電極。
點火電極有污穢。 清理點火電極。
電池已耗盡。 更換電池。
電池電極方向錯誤。 重新放好電池。
2. 沒有火焰
仍未開啟煤氣錶閥及／或爐具供氣閥。 完全開啟煤氣錶閥及／或爐具供氣閥。
錫紙阻塞爐頭。 拿去錫紙。
點火電極有污穢。 清理點火電極。
3. 不能保持爐火
未按盡轉動控制旋鈕和轉動至點火位
置。
按盡控制旋鈕及逆時針方向轉動至點火
位置。
熄火安全感應器有污穢。 清理熄火安全感應器。
4. 使用中熄火
用小火時被風吹熄 等待 1分鐘，重新點火。
啟動了 3小時自動熄火安全裝置 。 將控制旋鈕轉至關閉位置；若要繼續使
用，重新點火 。
5. 黃火 爐頭有污穢。 以暖水和清潔劑清洗爐頭，將它抹乾和
放好後，重新點火 。
6. 火焰不穩定
爐頭變形。 聯絡煤氣公司進行維修。
爐頭蓋擺放不正確。 冷卻後，重新放好爐頭蓋後，重新點
火。
7. 使用中現異常聲響 爐頭蓋擺放不正確。 熄火，待爐具冷卻後，重新放好爐頭
蓋，重新點火。
8. 關火時出現響聲 殘留在爐頭內氣體瞬間燃燒。 正常現象。

According to the Gas Safety Ordinance of Hong Kong, any gas
installation works including the installation of appliances and
connection tubing, must be undertaken by registered gas installers
who are registered for that appropriate classes and be employed by
registered gas contractors.

The following instructions are very important to safe operation of gas appliance. Please read through them
carefully. Please contact Towngas 24-hour Customer Service Hotline on 2880 6988 for enquiry and
services.
Installation
1. Use approved gas tubing bearing EMSD approval marking (such as: 機電工程署批准 EMSD
APPROVAL GTXXXX) or other appropriate methods accepted by EMSD.
2. Fix the accompanied gas governor (ELITRE EL125). Ensure that the pressure setting is 1kPa.
3. Do not store any combustible materials, e.g. paper and plastic, under or near to the appliance. Keep
distance of more than 150mm away from surrounding combustible materials.
4. Install the appliance in a well-ventilated room.
Operation
1. In case of suspected gas leak, open windows and shut off gas meter valve. Do not operate any
electric appliances or switches. Do not use any phones on site. Contact Towngas 24-hour
Emergency Hotline on 2880 6999 with a phone outside the premises.
2. Please use the appliance properly according to the operation instructions.
3. This appliance is designed for domestic use only. Do not use it for commercial purposes.
4. Do not use the appliance for any purposes other than cooking, e.g. drying clothes.
5. Open windows and turn on ventilation system before operating the appliance.
6. Do not allow kids to use appliance.
7. Do not leave operating appliance unattended.
8. Do not add aluminum discs to burners. This will incur combustion problem.
9. Ensure that burners are not deformed. Contact Towngas Company to replace the parts if
abnormality is found.
10. Before use, ensure the burner caps and pan supports are in correct position and are not tilted.
11. Ensure that burner flame holes are free from water and dirt.
12. Do not put weight exceeding 10kg on pan support.
13. Pan support is heavy. Do not drop it.
14. Make sure that flame condition is uniform during operation
15. Heed high temperature of top plate, burners and pan supports.
16. Do not roast foods with direct flame. Dripping of food sauce or grease may block burner flame holes.
This induces combustion problem and appliance damage.
17. Do not use flat bottom pot of diameter larger than 280mm to avoid the risk of scald by high
temperature and reduce the service life of the appliance.
18. When using small utensil, reduce flame power that flame does not escape from utensil bottom.
19. Ensure stability of utensil resting on pan support. Hold utensil firmly if it slips easily.
20. Do not fill water including soup ingredients over two-thirds of utensil volume when boiling water or
soup. Spilled liquid of boiling will affect combustion and damage the appliance.

21. Always use pots with covers and make sure that the handles of the pots are correctly positioned to
avoid heating and collision of handles.
22. Do not use sprays near the appliance.
23. All control knobs should be turned to off position “●”after use.
24. In case of cooking spillage, clean appliance properly once it cools down.
25. If abnormal noise is observed, turn off flame. Check placement of burner caps and place them correctly
after appliance cools down, ignite again. Contact Towngas Company for inspection if problem persists.
26. The top plate of this gas appliance is made of ceramic glass which is safer than normal glass.
However, the following safety precautions should be noted in order to prevent the glass top breakage:
• Do not use oversized utensils for cooking, e.g. grill plate.
• Do not impact the glass top with hard objects or place heavy objects on it.
• Do not place cooking utensils on the glass top.
Maintenance
1. Check condition of gas hose regularly. Ensure that it is free from kink or crack. Contact Towngas
Company to replace it if damage is found.
2. Allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning.
3. Wear gloves to protect the hands from cut injury when cleaning the appliance.
4. Dry burners completely with dry cloth after washing. Burner flame holes must be free from water lest
combustion is affected.
5. Before and after use, notice the condition and cleanliness of burners. The following abnormal
conditions will incur abnormal combustion and thus damage of the appliance. Ensure undertaking
measures to rectify the problem accordingly.

Components Names
This appliance is designed for versatile cooking needs in Hong Kong. It is equipped with 4-hour timer
function, electronic ignition system and rotary flame control which make cooking more convenient.
Powerful double ring burners with independent simmer flame are suitable for Chinese cooking. Ceramic
glass top and brass burners with thermal resistant coating and slot type flame holes are attractive and
durable.
It is equipped with flame failure safety device. In case of unexpected flame off, gas valve is shut off
automatically; 3-hour automatic flame off device is also provided to ensure safety.

Before Installation
• After removing packing, make sure that the gas appliance and accessories are not damaged. In
case of doubt, do not install the appliance. Contact Towngas Company for replacement.
• Keep all the packing (e.g. plastic bags, cardboard, staples) away from children to avoid danger.
• Do not store any flammable materials, sprays or pressurized containers inside the cabinet below
the gas appliance.
• Install the gas appliance in a well ventilated room.
• Place the gas appliance on a stable and level bench top. Please refer to below figures for cut-out
dimensions and position.
• The gas appliance should have with a distance of more than 150mm away from surrounding
combustible materials.
• If another apparatus (e.g. dishwasher, washer) is installed under the gas appliance, keep a
clearance of at least 10mm from the bottom of the gas appliance. If the installation instruction of
the apparatus underneath requires a different distance, adopt the larger value.
• If an air-flow generating apparatus (such as built-in oven, clothes dryer) is installed under the gas
appliance, a partition must be added and sealed with silicone gel. This prevents air-flow affecting
the gas appliance operation.
• Reserve a distance of not less than 650mm above the gas appliance. If range-hood is installed
above and requires different distance, adopt the larger value.

Caution: The material of top plate of this appliance is Glass!
• In order to avoid dangerous situation arising from breakage of glass, DO NOT apply heavy weight or
strong impact on glass top plate.
• DO NOT make any scratch at the bottom side of glass, it will cause glass breakage while in use.
1. Placement of Burner Caps
• Place the outer ring burner caps and simmer burner caps on
burners without tilting.
• Insert guide pin of burner caps to guide slot of burner bases.
• Align the mark just above the spark electrode and set the simmer
burner cap.
Do not use appliance with burner caps positioned improperly
• It may not be ignited if burner caps are positioned improperly.
• It may cause incomplete combustion, risk of carbon monoxide poisoning
and burner deformation, due to uneven flame shape and lighting back.
• It may cause flame may get into the appliance and damage it.
2. Placement of Pan Support
• Place pan supports on appliance properly.
• Align guide pins of pan supports with guide slots of cover discs without tilting.
