CONSTRUCTION
You will require 2x 10mm and 2x 14mm spanners to assemble this product (Not Included)
The Handy Saw Horse is supplied with Nylock Nuts. They are designed with a nylon collar, with a
slightly smaller diameter to the bolt. The insert deforms elastically over the threads of the screw,
but threads are not cut into the nylon. The nylon insert, locks the nut by applying a compressive
force against the bolt. Please ensure that you completely tighten the construction.
Firstly, pair the six legs using M8x16 bolt, two
M8 washers and a M8 lock nut into the round
hole, just below the serrated edges. The
serrated edges should be facing one another.
Then fit a M6x12 Bolt with two M6 washers
and a M6 lock nut into the curved slot on the
paired leg assemblies.
When secured, ensure that the legs can be opened and closed. For assembly, keep closed.
You have four cross struts, 2x 80cm and 2x
84cm in length. The 80cm cross struts run
across the bottom of the horse, whilst the
two 84cm cross struts will run diagonal.

23/03/2017
Secure the shorter cross strut (80cm) to the left
and middle leg assembly bottom fixing hole,
using M6x12 bolt, M6 washer and M6 nut.
Attach the longer diagonal cross strut
(84cm) and the smaller (80cm) cross strut to
the right leg assembly, using a M6x25 bolt &
M6 nut. The metal on the struts will splay
outwards with the tightening of the nut &
bolt as imaged.
Align the fixing holes of the diagonal cross strut
to the middle & left leg assembly. Attach to the
left leg assembly, using the 4th hole from the
floor, with a M6x12 bolt, M6 washer and M6
nut.
Secure to the middle leg, using the third hole
from the floor, securing with M6x12 bolt and
M6 nut.

23/03/2017
Turn the stand over and follow the same procedure.
Attach the diagonal strut is the opposite
direction to the previous side. The diagonal
strut should be fitted to the second hole of the
middle leg on this occasion (see image).
The finished product, should have a large and small section, to allow you to position different
length logs for cutting. One section should measure 33cm and the larger section 39.5cm.
