Withitscomfortableautomaticswingawaysystem,thenewandimprovedSecaboTS7transfer
pressprovidesaparticularlylargeworkingspaceforeasyalignmentofthetransferobjects.The
largebaseplatewithdimensionsof40cmx50cmisplacedinportraitorientation,whichmakesan
exactpositioningofelementsandobjectseasier.Theautoopenandautoswingfunctionofthe
TS7allowsevenmoreflexibleandmorecomfortableworking.TheSecaboTS7issuitableforall
commonheattransfermethodsandcanbeusedinalmostanyareaoftransfertechnology.

particularlywhenitisswitchedonandheatedup–dangerofsevereburns!
● Neveropenthehousingorattempttomodifythemachineyourself.
● IncaseyouarerequestedbytheSecabocustomersupporttoopentheheatingplatecover,
pleasemakesureyouarewearingrespiratoryprotectionandonlytouchthecontained
insulationwoolwithgloves.Anydisposalofthewoolmustbecontainedinaclosedbag.
● Ensurethatliquidsandmetalobjectsdonotgetintotheinsideoftheheatpress.
● Ensurethatthepowersocketusedisgrounded.Notethatitisonlypermissibletooperatea
heatpressfromapowersocketprotectedbyagroundfaultprotectionswitch.
● Disconnectmachinefrompoweroutletwhennotinuse!
● Neveroperatetheheatpresswithinthereachofchildrenandneverleavethemachine
unsupervisedwhenswitchedon.
● Ensurethatthemachineisusedonlyindryrooms.


Intheveryfront,thereistherockerswitchtoturnthemachineonandoff,aswellasthebuttonfor
theprepressfunction.

Above,theelectromagnetandthepressleverarelocated,aswellasthecombinedtimeand
temperaturecontroller.

Onthebackofthepressyoufindthe230Vcableandthefuse.

Ontheleftsidethelevertoblockandreleasetheautoswingawaymodeislocated.

Belowthebaseplateyoufindthelargewheeltoadjustthepressurebyelevatingandlowering
thebaseplate.

Withalargedigitalcontroller,temperature(°Cund°F)andpressingtimecanbeadjusted.The
greendigitsareshowingthetheoreticalvalue,thewhitedigitsareshowingtheactualvalue.A
counter(attherightbottom)countsthenumberoftransfersthathavealreadybeenmadeduring
thecurrentsession.Thecountercanberesetatanytime.
Operation
Powersupply
● Connecttheheatpresstoa230Vpowersocketusingtheconnectioncablesupplied.
● Switchonthepresswiththeredrockerswitch.
Operationandsetting
● Afterashortselftestlinesappearinthedisplay.
● PresstheOKbutton.
● Use“UP”or“DOWN”toset°Cor°FandpressOK.
● Use“UP”or“DOWN”tosetthedesiredtemperatureandpressOK.
● Use“UP”or“DOWN”tosetthedesiredtimeandpressOK.
● Thepressisheatinguptothedesiredtemperature.
Operatingtransfers
● Youcannowmakethefirsttransfers.Thetimerstartsrunningassoonasthepressis
closedwiththepresslever.
● 3secondsbeforethesettimeelapses,awarningsignalsounds.
● Thecontactpressurecanbeadjustedwithawheelbelowthebaseplate.Clockwise
rotationcauseslesspressurecounterclockwiserotationincreasesthepressure.
● Thesettingsofthecontrollercannotbechangedduringpressing.
● Eachtimethepressingprocessiscompleted,thecounterdisplayincrementsbyoneafter
thesettimehasexpired.
● YoucanresetthecounterbypressingRESETforlongerthan5seconds.
● Afterthesettimehasexpired,theTS7opensandswingsawayautomaticallyincasethe


blockingleverisn’tmovedforward
● Bypressingtheredbuttonnexttothecontrollerthetransferprocesscaneasilybestopped
atanytimee.g.forprepressinggarments


Note:Pleasenotethatacertaintimeisrequiredbeforethepresscoolsdownafteritis
switchedoff.
Maintenanceandcleaning
Maintenanceworkshouldalwaysbeaccomplishedwiththepressswitchedoffandcooleddown.
Theplugmustfirstbedisconnectedfromthepowersocket.ConsultTechnicalSupportbefore
carryingoutanymaintenancework.
Cleanthepressregularlywithasoftclothandmildhouseholdcleanertoremoveadhesive
residuesetc.Neverusescouringsponges,solventsorgasoline!
CleantheDrainValvebydrainingOilandWaterthroughtheDrainValve.
Recommendedtimesandtemperatures
Thesevaluesareonlyguidelines;theycanvaryfrommaterialtomaterialandshouldalwaysbe
checkedbeforepressing.


Notefortextilework:Afterpressing,allowtextilestocooldownbeforeremovinganytypeof
backingfromthetransfermaterial.Thehotglueinthetransfermaterialdevelopsitsadhesiveforce
onlyinthecoldstate.Iftheadhesivedoesnotstickinthecoldstate,itmayhavebeenpressedtoo
coldorforatooshorttime.
