3. PRODUCT OVERVIEW
3. PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The TouchPrint Printer has been designed specifically to communicate to
the certified Thermo King Dataloggers CargoWatch and DAS.
The TouchPrint Printer will read and print the records stored in these
dataloggers in a standard format.
TouchPrint Printer is available in 2 models as described below:
TouchPrint Truck for in-cab installation in a standard DIN radio slot
TouchPrint Trailer in weatherproof enclosure for external installation on trailers
TouchPrint Printer reads temperatures and status (ON/OFF) conditions
from the connected datalogger and stores temporarily these information
in the form of individual files, either based on marker (start of trip) or
date and time. The printer can then produce a record of any specific
period, including the full current day’s measurements or any previous day
retained in the temporary data storage as either a paper ticket printout or
in an electronic format (.pdf or .txt) through a USB flash drive. The user
can choose to print information in either Delivery Ticket (current
temperatures) or Journey Ticket (recorded temperature and status
conditions) layout.
