Thuraya SatSleeve comes equipped with an Emergency Call button,
allowing you to make an emergency phone call to one predefined
number even without your smartphone docked.
Supported by the most robust and powerful satellite network
Thuraya’s satellite network is renowned for having the most reliable
satellite coverage that covers approximately 160 countries or two-thirds
of the globe. With the high penetration alerting capability (HPA),
Thuraya SatSleeve enables you to receive a call notification even with
the satellite antenna stowed, keeping you connected at all times.
Changeable smartphone adaptors
Different smartphone adaptors for the SatSleeve provide you with the
flexibility to use the SatSleeve with the latest smartphone models.

Adaptors for:

Travel Chargers (with EU/UK/AUS/CN plugs)
Connects the Thuraya SatSleeve to an electric socket. The exchangeable
plugs allow charging in most parts of the world.

Spare Batteries
An additional battery works as a back-up for the Thuraya SatSleeve.

Car Chargers
A car charger ensures the Thuraya SatSleeve is never out of power while
on the move.

Solar Chargers
A Solar Charger helps to recharge the Thuraya SatSleeve when traveling

How to set up the SatSleeve

How To: Attach smartphone to SatSleeve
1. Attach your smartphone to the
docking adaptor and press the top
side of the smartphone into the
adaptor.
2. Place the docking adaptor onto
the orange line of the SatSleeve
main unit. Slide down the docking
adaptor.

How To: Turn on the SatSleeve
Press and hold the power button down for about 2 seconds to power on
the Thuraya SatSleeve. The blue LEDs will blink and you will hear a
beeping sound.

How To: Pair smartphone and SatSleeve
1. On your smartphone, go to
Settings > Bluetooth > On to
activate Bluetooth.
2. Press the Bluetooth pairing button on
the back of the SatSleeve with a
pointed object such as a pen or the end
of a paper clip until the SatSleeve
shows up under ‘Devices’ on the
smartphone.

3. Select the SatSleeve from the devices list and check the
Bluetooth icon displayed on the top of your smartphone screen
when the pairing is complete

5. Leave the SatSleeve application, go to your smartphone
settings and turn on Wi-Fi, then select your SatSleeve from the
network list to connect your smartphone to the SatSleeve (the
default password is 12345678).
