The Davis & Sanford Monopod Duo is an
innovatively designed product that boasts
two “pods” in one: a 60 inch Monopod
and a removeable Mini Tripod that is con-
cealed in the patented SwitchGrip handle.
Now, camera operators in the field have
more control of their camera with much
less physical effort. Simply attach your
camera to the ballhead or the fixed plat-
form and begin shooting.
The 60 inch standard monopod with ball-
head supports cameras weighing 2.5
pounds on the ballhead or up to 7 pounds on
the platform provided on the cap. The ball-
head is actually a mini tripod that is hidden
inside the handle of the monopod. The mini
tripod disconnects from the inside of the
tripod handle to be used as a tabletop tripod
for added versatility or close-up shots.
The Monopod Duo is designed for pho-
tographers who need a table top and full
size monopod for a variety of applications.
It is ideal when a tripod is not practical,
i.e. sporting events, concerts, hiking, field
activities and more.
The monopod is made of aircraft quality
aluminum with a non-glare black finish
and weighs only two pounds. The quick-
flip levers on the leg sections provide
fast and easy setup. The Monopod Duo
folds to a compact 21 inch and expands
to 60 inch in height. The all-metal 2-sec-
tion mini-tripod is 7.5 inch high. A quick
disconnect lock and foam grip handle
make the Monopod Duo easy to use even
in inclement weather. The Monopod Duo

practicality.
