1. FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA RADIO
Alimentacion DC
Abrir el compartimiento de pilas e insertar 2 pilas
tipo LR03, o AAA. Es preferible utilizar pilas alcali-
nas iguales.
Radio
1. Seleccionar la banda deseada conmutando el bo-
tón de Banda.
2. Ajuste el volumen al nivel deseado.
3. Puede conectar unos auriculares estéreos con
entrada jack de 3.5mm. Introducir la clavija del auri-
cular a la entrada PHONES. Al conectar los auricu-
lares, el altavoz dejara de sonar.
4. Gire el botón de sintonía hasta buscar la emisora
deseada.
Mejorar la recepción:
- En modo FM, estirar la antena telescópica. Para
mejorar la recepción en la banda FM, inclinar y girar
la antena. Bajar la antena en caso de que la señal
sea muy fuerte o cerca de un transmisor.

En modo AM, la radio incluye una antena interna por
lo cual no es necesario estirar la antena telescópi-
ca. Simplemente mueve la radio para encontrar la
posición ideal.
2. LIMPIEZA
Limpie la supercie con un paño suave humedecido
con agua o un detergente suave. No utilice disolven-
tes como alcohol o benceno, ya que pueden dañar
el acabado de la supercie.
3. ADVERTENCIAS
1. Insertar 2 pilas tipo “LR03 / AAA” para alimentar la
radio. Asegúrese de que se utilice la misma marca
y calidad de las 2 pilas. No mezclar pilas antiguas
con nuevas.
2. Nunca dejar las pilas dentro del compartimiento
durante un largo periodo de tiempo. Sustraer las pi-
las para evitar que se sulfaten.
3. No exponer la unidad a temperaturas extremas o
alta humedad. No es recomendable utilizar la radio
en el cuarto de baño, cerca de un radiador o donde
la humedad, calor pueda dañar el aparato.

4. En el caso de que la radio deje de funcionar, no
intente reparar el producto por su cuenta. Contacte
con el servicio técnico autorizado.

1. RADIO OPERATION
DC Battery Supply
Open the battery compartment and insert as indica-
ted in the compartment two AAA batteries.
Radio
1. Select the wave band using RADIO BAND
SELECTOR.
2. Adjust the sound with the controls VOLUME.
3. You may connect stereo headphones with
3.5mm, plug to socket PHONES. The loudspeakers
are then muted.
4. Tune to a radio station using TUNING knob.
To improve reception:
- For FM, pull out the telescopic aerial. To improve
FM Reception incline and turn the aerial, reduce its
length if the FM-signal is too strong (very close to a
transmitter).
- For AM, the set is provided with a built-in aerial, so
there is no need to use the telescopic aerial. Turn
the set to nd the best position.

Wipe the surface with a soft cloth moistened with wa-
ter or a mild detergent. Do not use solvents such as
alcohol or benzene as they may damage the surface
nish.
3. WARNINGS
1. For DC operation, simply insert two AAA batte-
ries for unit operation.
2. Do not leave the batteries in the compartment for
a long time. Remove the batteries to avoid leakage
and damage.
3. Do not expose the unit to extreme temperature
nor high humidity to ensure normal functioning for a
long lifetime.
For instances, never place the unit in bathing areas
nor around stoves and radiators.
4. If you nd the unit is not working properly, do not
attempt to repair by yourself. Contact your authori-
zed service center.
To prevent re or shock hazard, do not expose the
unit to rain or moisture.
