Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
• Das Gerät ist zum Mixen und Zerkleinern von kleineren Lebensmitteln bestimmt
(z.B. Zwiebeln, Nüsse oder Kräuter). Das Gerät eignet sich außerdem zum Schla-
gen von Sahne und zum Zerkleinern von Eiswürfeln.
• Das Gerät ist für den Privatgebrauch, nicht für eine gewerbliche Nutzung bestimmt.
• Das Gerät nur wie in der Anleitung beschrieben nutzen. Jede weitere Verwendung
gilt als bestimmungswidrig.
• Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind alle Mängel, die durch unsachgemäße
Behandlung, Beschädigung oder Reparaturversuche entstehen. Dies gilt auch für
den normalen Verschleiß.

Sicherheitshinweise
■Das Gerät darf nicht von Kindern benutzt werden. Kinder und
Tiere sind vom Gerät und Netzkabel fernzuhalten!
■Das Gerät kann von Personen mit reduzierten physischen,
sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an
Erfahrung und/oder Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie
beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des
Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden
Gefahren verstanden haben.
■Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
■ACHTUNG! Die Klingen sind scharf! Vorsicht im Umgang mit den
Klingen, um Schnittverletzungen zu vermeiden. Ausschließlich an
den Plastikteilen anfassen.
■Das Gerät ist bei nicht vorhandener Aufsicht und vor dem
Zusammenbau, dem Auseinandernehmen oder Reinigen stets
vom Netz zu trennen.
■Keine Veränderungen am Gerät vornehmen. Wenn die Motor-
einheit, das Zubehör, das Netzkabel oder der Stecker sichtba-
re Schäden aufweisen, darf das Gerät nicht benutzt werden.
Nicht versuchen, das Gerät eigenständig zu reparieren oder das
Netzkabel bzw. den Netzstecker zu ersetzen. Reparaturen aus-
schließlich in einer Fachwerkstatt durchführen lassen! In Scha-
densfällen umgehend den Kundenservice kontaktieren.
Verletzungsgefahren
■Erstickungsgefahr! Verpackungsmaterial von Kindern und Tieren fernhalten.
■Verletzungsgefahr durch drehende Geräteteile! Kleidung, Schmuck, Haare und
andere Körperteile vom Gerät fernhalten, damit sich nichts in drehenden Geräte-
teilen verfangen kann.
■Darauf achten, dass das angeschlossene Netzkabel keine Stolpergefahr darstellt.
Stromschlag- und Brandgefahr
■Das Gerät nur in geschlossenen Räumen verwenden.
■Das Gerät immer auf einen trockenen, ebenen und festen Untergrund stellen.
■Ausreichend Abstand zu anderen Wärmequellen z.B. Herdplatten oder Öfen halten.
■Die Motoreinheit niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten eintauchen!
Sicherstellen, dass die Motoreinheit, das Netzkabel oder der Netzstecker nicht ins
Wasser fallen oder nass werden können.

■Sollte die Motoreinheit ins Wasser fallen, sofort die Stromzufuhr unterbrechen. Nicht
versuchen, das angeschlossene Gerät aus dem Wasser zu ziehen!
■Die Motoreinheit, das Netzkabel oder den Netzstecker niemals mit feuchten Händen
berühren.
■Das Gerät nur an eine Steckdose anschließen, die ordnungsgemäß installiert ist und
mit den technischen Daten des Gerätes übereinstimmt (siehe Kapitel „Technische
Daten“). Nur ordnungsgemäße Verlängerungskabel, deren technische Daten mit
denen des Gerätes übereinstimmen, nutzen.
■Das Netzkabel so verlegen, dass es nicht gequetscht oder geknickt wird und nicht
mit heißen Flächen in Berührung kommt.
■Den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen, wenn während des Betriebs ein Fehler
auftritt oder vor einem Gewitter.
■Immer am Netzstecker und nie am Netzkabel ziehen.
Vermeiden von Material-, Sach- und Geräteschäden
■Das Gerät vor jeder Inbetriebnahme auf Beschädigungen überprüfen. Das Gerät nur
benutzen, wenn es vollständig zusammengebaut, unbeschädigt und funktionsfähig ist!
■Kein zusätzliches Zubehör nutzen! Nur die mitgelieferten Zubehörteile vom
Hersteller verwenden.
■Das Gerät nicht fallen lassen und keinen starken Stößen aussetzen.
■Das Gerät keinen extremen Temperaturen, starken Temperaturschwankungen,
Feuchtigkeit oder direkter Sonneneinstrahlung aussetzen.
■Während des Betriebs auf die Standfestigkeit des Gerätes achten.
■Das Gerät maximal 1 Minute lang ohne Unterbrechung nutzen, um eine Überhitzung
zu vermeiden. Das Gerät vor erneuter Verwendung eine kurze Zeit abkühlen lassen.
■Die Motoreinheit nicht in der Spülmaschine reinigen!
Für Ihre Gesundheit
■Das Gerät kann mit Produktionsrückständen behaftet sein. Um gesundheitliche
Beeinträchtigungen zu vermeiden, vor dem ersten Gebrauch gründlich reinigen
(siehe Kapitel „Reinigung und Aufbewahrung“).
■Das Gerät und das Zubehör sofort nach jedem Gebrauch reinigen, um Keimbildung
vorzubeugen. Keine Lebensmittelreste antrocknen lassen.

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
• Alle Teile auspacken und den Lieferumfang auf Vollständigkeit und Transportschäden
überprüfen (siehe Kapitel „Lieferumfang und Geräteübersicht“). Falls die Bestandteile
Schäden aufweisen sollten, diese nicht(!) verwenden, sondern den Kundenservice
kontaktieren.
• Das Gerät kann mit Produktionsrückständen behaftet sein. Um gesundheitliche
Beeinträchtigungen zu vermeiden, gründlich vor dem ersten Gebrauch reinigen
(siehe „Reinigung und Aufbewahrung“).

Benutzung
ACHTUNG!
■Die Klingen sind scharf! Vorsicht im Umgang mit den Klingen, um Schnittverletzungen
zu vermeiden. Ausschließlich an den Plastikteilen anfassen.
■Vor dem Wechseln von Zubehör, immer den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
■Während des Betriebs auf die Standfestigkeit des Gerätes achten.
■Das Gerät darf im eingeschalteten Zustand nicht bewegt oder transportiert werden.
■Das Gerät maximal 1 Minute lang ohne Unterbrechung nutzen, um eine Überhitzung
zu vermeiden. Das Gerät vor erneuter Verwendung eine kurze Zeit abkühlen lassen.
1. Den Auffangbehälter (5) auf einen trockenen, ebenen und festen Untergrund stellen.
2. Die Motorwelle (8) mit Klingen (10) auf die Aufnahme für die Motorwelle (6) setzen.
Auf den korrekten Sitz achten.
Zum Verrühren von Flüssigkeiten bzw. zum Schlagen von Sahne, den Rührein-
satz (9) verwenden:
–Den Rühreinsatz (9) so auf die Motorwelle (8) setzen, dass die Klingen (10)
und der Rühreinsatz (9) parallel zueinander liegen.
–Darauf achten, dass beide Teile ineinandergreifen. Den Rühreinsatz (9) ganz
nach unten schieben, damit er die Klingen (10) überdeckt.
3. Die zu zerkleinernden/ zu mixenden Lebensmittel in den Auffangbehälter (5) einfüllen.
Achtung, nicht überfüllen! Lebensmittel bis max. 300– 400 ml, Flüssigkeiten bis
max. 200 ml einfüllen.
4. Den Schutzdeckel (3) so auf den Auffangbehälter (5) setzen, dass die Rastnasen
am Schutzdeckel in den Arretierungen (4) am Auffangbehälter (5) sitzen.
5. Den Schutzdeckel (3) im Uhrzeigersinn festdrehen.
6. Das Gerät an eine Steckdose anschließen, die ordnungsgemäß installiert ist und
mit den technischen Daten des Gerätes übereinstimmt (siehe Kapitel „Technische
Daten“).
7. Die Motoreinheit (2) auf den Schutzdeckel (3) setzen.
8. Die Motoreinheit (2) nach unten drücken und gedrückt halten, die Motorwelle (8)
dreht sich und die Klingen (10) schneiden bzw. der Rühreinsatz (9) vermischt die
Lebensmittel.
Um kurzzeitig eine höhere Drehzahl zu erreichen, z.B. zum Zerkleinern von har-
ten Lebensmitteln wie Eiswürfel, den TURBO verwenden: TURBO-Schalter (1)
während des Herunterdrückens der Motoreinheit (2) zusätzlich mit kurzen Unter-
brechungen drücken.
9. Die Motoreinheit (2) loslassen, wenn die Lebensmittel vollständig geschnitten bzw.
verrührt sind.
10. Soll das Gerät nicht mehr verwendet werden, Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen
und die Motoreinheit (2) beiseite legen.
11. Den Schutzdeckel (3) abnehmen und die Lebensmittel aus dem Auffangbehälter (5)
entnehmen. ACHTUNG! Dabei nicht in die Klingen (10) fassen!

Reinigung und Aufbewahrung
ACHTUNG!
■Vor jeder Reinigung den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen! Warten bis der
Motor zum Stillstand gekommen ist.
■Die Motoreinheit niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten eintauchen!
Sicherstellen, dass Motoreinheit, Kabel oder Stecker nicht ins Wasser fallen oder
nass werden können.
■Die Klingen sind scharf! Vorsicht im Umgang mit den Klingen, um Schnittverletzungen
zu vermeiden. Ausschließlich an den Plastikteilen anfassen.
■Das Gerät und Zubehör sofort nach jedem Gebrauch gründlich mit warmem
Wasser und etwas mildem Spülmittel reinigen, um Keimbildung vorzubeugen. Keine
Lebensmittelreste antrocknen lassen.
■Die Motoreinheit nicht in der Spülmaschine reinigen!
■Zum Reinigen keine ätzenden oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel verwenden. Diese
können die Oberfläche beschädigen.
• Die Motoreinheit (2) vom Schutzdeckel (3) abnehmen.
• Den Schutzdeckel (3) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen und vom Auffangbehälter (5)
abnehmen.
• Die Motorwelle (8) von der Aufnahme für die Motorwelle (6) abziehen.
• Ggf. den Rühreinsatz (9) vorsichtig von der Motorwelle (8) abziehen.
• Die Motoreinheit (2) mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch abwischen und anschließend
gründlich abtrocknen.
• Alle anderen Zubehörteile mit klarem, warmem Wasser und etwas mildem Spülmittel
oder in der Geschirrspülmaschine reinigen.
• Vor dem Zusammenbauen und/oder Verstauen, alle Teile vollständig trocknen
lassen.
• Das Gerät und alle Zubehörteile an einem trockenen, sauberen und für Kinder und
Tiere unzugänglichen Ort aufbewahren.
Fehlerbehebung
Sollte das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionieren, überprüfen, ob ein Problem selbst
behoben werden kann.
Nicht versuchen, ein defektes elektrisches Gerät eigenständig zu reparieren!
Sollte sich das Gerät nicht einschalten lassen, Folgendes überprüfen:
• Sitzt die Motoreinheit (2) korrekt auf dem Schutzdeckel (3) und damit auf der
Motorwelle (8)?
• Steckt der Netzstecker korrekt in der Steckdose?
• Ist die Steckdose defekt? Eine andere Steckdose probieren.
• Wurde die Sicherung des Netzanschlusses ausgelöst?

Safety Instructions
■This device must not be used by children. Children and animals
must be kept away from the device and mains cable!
■The device may be used by people with reduced physical,
sensory or mental abilities or a lack of experience and/or
knowledge if they are supervised or have received instruction on
how to use the device safely and have understood the dangers
resulting from this.
■Children must not play with the device.
■CAUTION! The blades are sharp! Be careful when handling the
blades in order to prevent any cuts. Only ever grip the plastic
parts.
■The device must always be disconnected from the mains power
when it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling
or cleaning the device.
■Do not make any modifications to the device. If the motor unit,
the accessories, the mains cable or the plug show visible signs
of damage, the device must not be used. Do not try to repair
the device yourself or to replace the mains cable or mains plug.
Have the repairs performed only in a specialist workshop! In
the event of any damage, please contact our customer service
department immediately.
Dangers of Injury
■Danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from children and
animals.
■Danger of injury due to rotating device parts! Keep clothing, jewellery, hair and
other body parts away from the device so that nothing can get caught in rotating
device parts.
■Make sure that the connected mains cable does not present a trip hazard.
Danger of Electric Shock and Fire
■Use the device only in closed rooms.
■Always place the device on a dry, even and firm surface.
■Maintain a sufficient distance from other sources of heat, suchas hobs or ovens.
■Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids! Ensure that the motor unit, the
mains cable and the mains plug cannot fall into water or become wet.

■Should the motor unit fall into water, switch off the power supply immediately. Do not
attempt to retrieve the connected device from the water!
■Never touch the motor unit, the mains cable or the mains plug with wet hands.
■Only connect the device to a plug socket that is properly installed and matches the
technical data of the device (see the "Technical Data" chapter). Only use suitable
extension cables whose technical data is the same as that of the device.
■Position the mains cable in such a way that it does not become squashed or bent and
does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
■Remove the mains plug from the plug socket if a fault occurs during operation or
before a thunderstorm.
■Always pull the mains plug and never the mains cable.
Avoiding Damage to Material, Property and the Device
■Always check the device for damage before putting it into operation. The device should
only be used when it is fully assembled, undamaged, and in working order!
■Do not use any additional accessories! Only the accessory parts supplied by the
manufacturer should be used.
■Do not drop the device or subject it to heavy impacts.
■Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, wide temperature variations, wet
conditions or direct sunlight.
■Make sure that the device remains stable during operation.
■Do not use the device for longer than 1 minute without interruption to prevent
overheating. Allow the device to cool down for a short time before using it again.
■Do not clean the motor unit in the dishwasher!
For Your Health
■The device may contain production residues. To avoid harmful effects to your health,
clean the device thoroughly before you first use it (see the "Cleaning and Storage"
chapter).
■Clean the device and the accessories immediately after each use to prevent germ
formation. Do not allow food residues to dry on.

Before Initial Use
• Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for completeness and any transport
damage (see the "Items Supplied and Device Overview" chapter). If you find any
damage to the components, do not use them (!), but contact our customer service
department.
• The device may contain production residues. To avoid harmful effects to your health,
clean the device thoroughly before you first use it (see the "Cleaning and Storage"
chapter).

Use
CAUTION!
■The blades are sharp! Be careful when handling the blades in order to prevent any
cuts. Only ever grip the plastic parts.
■Always remove the mains plug from the plug socket before changing accessories.
■Make sure that the device remains stable during operation.
■The device must not be moved or transported while it is switched on.
■Do not use the device for longer than 1 minute without interruption to prevent over-
heating. Allow the device to cool down for a short time before using it again.
1. Place the collecting container (5) on a dry, even and firm surface.
2. Place the motor shaft (8) with blades (10) onto the receptacle for the motor shaft (6).
Make sure that it fits correctly.
Use the stirring insert (9) for stirring liquids or whipping cream:
–Place the stirring insert (9) onto the motor shaft (8) so that the blades (10) and
the stirring insert (9) are parallel to one another.
–Make sure that both parts mesh together. Slide the stirring insert (9) all the
way to the bottom so that it covers the blades (10).
3. Pour the food to be chopped up / blended into the collecting container (5).
Make sure you do not overfill it! Do not pour in any more than 300– 400 ml of food-
stuffs or any more than 200 ml of liquids.
4. Place the protective lid (3) onto the collecting container (5) so that the locking lugs on
the protective lid fit in the latches (4) on the collecting container (5).
5. Twist the protective lid (3) clockwise to secure it in place.
6. Connect the device to a plug socket that is properly installed and matches the
technical data of the device (see the "Technical Data" chapter).
7. Place the motor unit (2) on the protective lid (3).
8. Press the motor unit (2) down and hold it down, the motor shaft (8) will rotate and the
blades (10) will chop up or the stirring insert (9) will mix together the food.
To achieve a higher rotational speed for a short time, e.g. to chop up hard food-
stuffs such as ice cubes, use the TURBO: Also press the TURBO switch (1) with
brief interruptions while pressing down the motor unit (2).
9. Let go of the motor unit (2) once the food has been fully chopped up or stirred together.
10. If the device is no longer going to be used, pull the mains plug out of the plug socket
and place the motor unit (2) to one side.
11. Take off the protective lid (3) and remove the food from the collecting container (5).
CAUTION! Do not reach into the blades (10) as you do this!

Cleaning and Storage
CAUTION!
■Remove the mains plug from the plug socket before cleaning the device! Wait until
the motor has come to a standstill.
■Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids! Ensure that the motor unit, the
cable and the plug cannot fall into water or become wet.
■The blades are sharp! Be careful when handling the blades in order to prevent any
cuts. Only ever grip the plastic parts.
■After every use, thoroughly clean the device and accessories immediately with warm
water and a little mild detergent to prevent the formation of germs. Do not allow food
residues to dry on.
■Do not clean the motor unit in the dishwasher!
■Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. These can damage
the surface.
• Detach the motor unit (2) from the protective lid (3).
• Turn the protective lid (3) anticlockwise and remove it from the collecting container (5).
• Pull the motor shaft (8) off the receptacle for the motor shaft (6).
• If necessary, carefully detach the stirring insert (9) from the motor shaft (8).
• Wipe down the motor unit (2) with a slightly damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly.
• Clean all other accessory parts with clear, hot water and a little mild detergent or in
the dishwasher.
• Allow all parts to dry completely before assembling the device and / or putting it away
for storage.
• Store the device and all accessory parts in a dry, clean place that is not accessible to
children and animals.
Troubleshooting
If the device does not work properly, check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!
If the device will not switch on, check the following:
• Is the motor unit (2) seated correctly on the protective lid (3) and therefore on the
motor shaft (8)?
• Is the mains plug inserted in the plug socket correctly?
• Is the plug socket defective? Try another plug socket.
• Has the fuse of the mains connection been activated?

Consignes de sécurité
■L'appareil ne doit pas être utilisé par des enfants. Tenez l'appareil
et son cordon d'alimentation hors de portée des animaux et des
enfants.
■Cet appareil peut être utilisé par les personnes dont les capacités
physiques, sensorielles ou mentales sont réduites ou manquant
d’expérience et/ou de connaissances lorsqu'elles sont sous
surveillance ou qu’elles ont été instruites quant à l'utilisation
sécurisée de l'appareil et qu'elles ont compris les risques en
découlant.
■Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec l'appareil.
■ATTENTION ! Les lames sont tranchantes ! Manipulez les
lames avec précaution afin d'éviter toute coupure ! Saisissez-les
exclusivement par les parties en plastique.
■L'appareil doit toujours être débranché du secteur lorsqu'il n'est
pas sous surveillance, avant d'être assemblé, démonté ou
nettoyé.
■Ne procédez à aucune modification sur l'appareil. L'appareil
ne doit pas être utilisé si le cordon d'alimentation, la fiche, les
accessoires ou le corps de l'appareil présentent des dommages
apparents. N'essayez pas de réparer vous-même l'appareil, ni
de remplacer son cordon d'alimentation ou sa fiche. Faites ef-
fectuer les réparations exclusivement par un atelier spécialisé.
En cas de panne, contactez sans délai le service après-vente.
Risques de blessure
■Risque de suffocation ! Tenez l'emballage hors de portée des enfants et des
animaux.
■Risque de blessure au contact des parties en rotation de l'appareil ! Tenez
vêtements, bijoux, cheveux et autres parties du corps à distance de l'appareil afin
que rien ne vienne se prendre dans les parties en rotation de l'appareil.
■Afin que personne ne risque de trébucher, veillez à ce que le cordon d'alimentation
branché ne gêne pas le passage.
Risque d'électrocution et risque d'incendie
■Utilisez l'appareil uniquement dans une pièce fermée.
■Placez toujours l'appareil sur une surface sèche, plane et solide.

■Maintenez-le à une distance suffisante de toute source de chaleur, comme par ex.
des plaques de cuisson ou d'un four.
■Ne plongez jamais le corps de l'appareil dans l'eau ou tout autre liquide ! Assurez-
vous que le corps de l'appareil, le cordon ou la fiche d'alimentation ne risquent pas
de tomber dans l'eau ou d'être mouillés.
■Si le corps de l'appareil devait tomber à l'eau, coupez immédiatement l'alimentation
électrique. N'essayez pas d'extraire l'appareil de l'eau lorsqu'il est branché au
secteur !
■Ne touchez jamais le corps de l'appareil, le cordon d'alimentation ou la fiche avec les
mains humides.
■Raccordez l'appareil uniquement à une prise de courant correctement installée
et correspondant aux caractéristiques techniques de l'appareil (voir paragraphe
« Caractéristiques techniques »). Utilisez uniquement des rallonges conformes dont
les caractéristiques techniques correspondent à celles de l’appareil.
■Faites cheminer le cordon d'alimentation de sorte qu'il ne soit ni pincé, ni coincé, et
qu'il n'entre pas en contact avec des surfaces chaudes.
■Retirez la fiche de la prise de courant si un dysfonctionnement survient au cours de
l'utilisation ou avant un orage.
■Pour débrancher l'appareil, tirez toujours sur la fiche, jamais sur le cordon !
Évitez les détériorations de l'appareil et du matériel
■Avant chaque utilisation, vérifiez que l'appareil ne présente aucun dommage. Utilisez
seulement l'appareil s'il est intégralement assemblé, en bon état et en ordre de marche.
■N'utilisez pas d'autres accessoires que ceux fournis à la livraison par le fabricant.
■Ne faites pas tomber l'appareil et ne lui faites pas non plus subir de chocs trop
violents.
■N'exposez pas l'appareil à des températures extrêmes, à des variations de tempéra-
ture trop importantes, à l'humidité ou au rayonnement direct du soleil.
■Pendant l'utilisation, veillez à la stabilité de l'appareil.
■Afin d'éviter toute surchauffe, l'appareil ne doit pas être utilisé plus d'une minute
au max. sans interruption. Laissez l'appareil brièvement refroidir avant de l'utiliser à
nouveau.
■Le corps de l'appareil ne se nettoie pas au lave-vaisselle !
Pour votre santé
■Des résidus de production peuvent encore adhérer à l'appareil. Pour éviter tout
risque pour la santé, nettoyez soigneusement l'appareil avant la première utilisation
(voir paragraphe « Nettoyage et rangement »).
■Nettoyez l'appareil et les accessoires immédiatement après chaque utilisation afin
de prévenir toute formation de germes et qu'aucun résidu alimentaire ne subsiste.
