Hydraulic lifting device lawn tractor
Please check after removing the packaging, the shipment is complete and undamaged. Any
defects must be reported to the supplier and the seller immediately. subsequent complaints
damages that were already present on delivery, will not be considered. Please read these
instructions carefully and familiarize yourself with the product. The images used in this
manual may differ from the goods actually delivered and are merely illustrative.
Keep the instructions and take them to pass on the appliance to third parties, because it is
part of the product.
As part of the process of continuous product improvement, it can be quite minor Deviations
of design, operation or the functional range come. Defects in the product, a claim is therefore
unfounded herein.

1. Safety
1, Read this manual and familiarize yourself with the product before you start to build it.
2, Please check before assembling ,make sure the delivery is complete.
3, Please Build the device exactly according to these instructions.
4, Use the lifting device only for its intended purpose.
5, Keep the device away from children and do not let them play with it.
6, During lifting ,keep other people especially children away from the lawn tractor lifter.
7, Use the device only up to its maximum lifting load of 300kg. A higher load can cause
device damaged or bring injuries to people.
8, The lawn tractor lift is designed for use on firm ground. When used on unstable
underground, the device may fall over, which may cause damage or injury.
9, The load must always be secured against slip.
10, Check the integrity and functioning of the lift and test it once without load first..
When lifting ,No person is allowed under the lawnmower .
11, Do not use the device to lift people.
12, Keep these instructions on, will be needed when use, or when it passes to a third party , it
is part of the product.
13, We recommend strictly, during construction, protective clothing (work gloves, work
shoes,Protective glasses) are worn .
14, Set the lifting device on not windy or wet weather conditions. Parts could fly about and
injure you and other persons or damage objects.
15, Dispose of the packaging according to local regulations.
16, Keep children away from plastic packaging, there is risk of suffocation!
17, Place small items in a container so that it can not be lost.

2. Installation of the product
The product is already assembled to your customer satisfaction .
3. Operation
1. To operate the lawn tractor lifter, just use the foot pedal, which is supplied with the
product .
2. You should continue the lift gear to the end, use the supplied necessarily support frame,
They shall be attached to the main frame with Security clasp.
3. To lower the lift , take oof the Foot pedal from the anchorage and put it onto the small
projection. (See image)
4. Turn the foot pedal and release the air, the lift shall go slowly lower and down.
4. Raise a mower
1,. Position the lift on a flat, solid surface.
2. Position the mower on the lifter, the base of the mower parallel to the lifter reinforcement
frame .
Note: For riding mowers, the rear wheels must be placed on the lifter.
3. Press the pedal to lift the mower 2-3cm. Tie the mower wheels on to the mower lift ,using
the security strap ,then fasten it tightly ,continue to lift the mower higher further .
Caution: Do not lift the mower too high ,it could tip over otherwise. Lift it only as far as
is needed to carry out the required repairs / maintenance.

5. Maintenance
When the lift is not in use, make sure that the hydraulic function is intact secure, maintain it
every 3 months yet. Cleaning the unit with an oiled cloth.
6. Disposal notes
Disposal of packaging.
Please make reference to the services in your area guidelines and standards for a
corresponding disposal of the packaging. In fact, the package may consist of plastic bags -
watch out, regard it with particular care to ensure that this does not get into the hands of
children. It threatens Suffocation!
